Evening Meditation.
So lie down in your bed,
Roll your shoulders back underneath you,
Start by connecting with your breath,
Breathe deeply and slowly into the base of your belly and audibly release.
So two more times like that together,
Inhale deeply and audibly release,
Inhale deeply and audibly release.
So you can just tap through the points or you can actually imagine that someone's tapping for you and on you.
So I'm going to start with three gratitudes for this day.
Today I'm grateful for.
Today I give thanks to.
And today I'm really,
Really grateful for.
Thank you for this day.
Thank you for this day.
Thank you for this day.
And now you can imagine that this beautiful divine white light coming from above and entering your body and cleansing and clearing away the day,
Clearing away any energy that no longer serves you,
Any stuck beliefs,
Patterns or habits.
Just choose and feel them releasing and letting go.
And you can repeat these affirmations out loud on you in your mind.
I release this day.
I release any resistance to a deep sleep.
I release any tension in my body.
I release any resentment I'm holding onto consciously or unconsciously.
I choose to rest deeply.
I'm proud of myself integrating the changes that I'm making.
My body is ready for a deep sleep.
My mind is ready for a deep sleep.
I forgive myself fully.
I forgive others.
I welcome relaxation in my entire body and mind.
I welcome peace.
Deep breath in.
I am grateful.
Deep breath out.
Thank you.
Breathe in.
I'm whole.
Breathe out.
I'm grateful.
Breathe in.
I'm calm.
Breathe out.
I'm relaxed.
Each breath relaxes me even more.
