My pronouns are she and her and today I'm going to invite you to laugh with me for one minute to get a quick reset in your day.
So when we laugh we are informing our nervous system first and foremost that we are safe,
It helps us to relax tension,
To change the state.
So you may not feel like laughing,
If you don't feel like laughing that's okay,
You can still create the state of laughter by putting your face,
Your body,
Your breath,
Your voice into laughter.
So fake it till you make it basically and after a minute of doing this you may find that you're genuinely laughing.
So I invite you to laugh with me,
Don't worry if you feel a little bit silly or awkward at first,
Just laugh through it and if you can't,
If you don't find it easy to laugh along with me I invite you to laugh at me,
I don't mind.
Okay so I'm going to set the timer for a minute and let's laugh.
