Hello welcome this is the short version of brain wrapping take a breath first gently through the nose and if you like open your mouth and sigh gently out move your attention to your eyes inviting softness in the inner corners the outer corners and behind the eyes now bring your awareness to the center of your forehead from here gently draw back and back arriving in the center of your head keeping a soft focus resting here in the center of your head and then moving your awareness gently around the left side of the brain back to the center and then looping around the right side of the brain back to the center as you do this your eyes might move as they follow this figure of eight round and round wrapping up the left side of the brain and then the right side keeping it slow and soft and kind find your rhythm and keep flowing around this infinity shape this wrapping up of any tension and offering it softness and care letting your eyes move and follow your awareness if they want to then rest with your attention gently in the center and then if you like you can wrap through the front of the brain back to the center and then the back back to the center so the infinity shape is going from front to back flowing gently taking care offering soothing to any tense areas any overstimulated areas and pausing in the center and then you can wrap any way you like choosing to take your figure of eight in any shape any plane finding the areas that need to be soothed and then letting it all go this practice can be done anywhere anytime whenever you need to soothe your mind and this was the short version there's a longer track that takes you through the practice a bit more slowly and in more depth thank you for joining me i'm kerry mckay and i'd love you to listen to my other tracks

Wow. I’d never heard of this before but it worked first time. I will be doing this again and looking for the longer track to try next. This is fabulous and I’m so grateful to you for sharing it here.

Worked amazingly well for my overstimulated AuDHD brain. Thank you so much for introducing me to this technique.

My head has been buzzing all day and feeling pressure from both the inside and out. This almost felt like flossing my brain and getting all the nitty gritty stuff. Surprisingly and so pleasantly effective. Definitely keeping this in my faves. My ADHD brain thank you so much! I really needed this.

I enjoyed this meditation and exercise. I don't think I've included my brain in any body scan work before so this was fresh and different. I felt a difference especially when changing directions and orientation. I will listen to the longer version! Thank you! 🙏😊❤️ Karl

I will search for the longer version! I loved the bilateral figure 8. I have used figure eight breathing for myself and with my clients (I am a psychologist who specializes in trauma work.). I never thought of visualizing it directly inside my brain!

Wow, usually nothing calms my ADHD brain, so I was surprised that this slowed it down so quickly. Definitely bookmarking and will check out the longer version!

This was wonderful! I tried it because I was stressed and the title was interesting. It was as if I could physically feel the tension in my temple is getting softer. Thank you so much.
