Find a comfortable place where you will not be disturbed.

Perhaps you have a meditation space where you can light a candle as you sit.

Or maybe you're sitting in nature.

Or perhaps you're just catching a breath in your car.

Wherever you happen to be,

Settle into a position where you are comfortable enough to travel inward without dozing off.

Once you find yourself settled,

Close your eyes or soften your gaze.

Taking a slow deep breath through the nose,

Filling up the belly.

Now open your mouth and as you release this breath,

Let your body completely relax.

Pressing the lips together,

Take another slow deep breath in,

Filling up belly and lungs.

Then open your mouth,

Breathing out any concern or worry you may be holding onto.

We'll take a third deep breath in,

This time filling up belly,

Lungs and chest.

And on your open mouth exhale,

Release all your thoughts,

Leaving your mind completely free.

After that third exhale,

Return your breath to a normal depth,

Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the nose.

Imagine that you're sitting on a tropical beach on a clear,

Warm summer day.

You're on vacation and you have all the time in the world.

As you look around you take in the soft colors of the sun reflecting off the ocean water.

In this scene that you have created,

Perhaps this is a sunrise or maybe it's a sunset.

Take a few deep breaths to look around and take in your location.

What's the color of the sand?

Does your beach extend for miles?

Maybe you're on a private cove.

Perhaps you notice small crabs digging holes on the beach or maybe you see birds flying close to the water.

Imagine your scene as vividly as you can.

Notice if you're sitting on a beach towel or a chair or maybe you're relaxing in the sand.

Is there an umbrella above your head?

Maybe there's a table next to you with your favorite book and drink.

Take a deep breath in.

You notice the smell of salt in the air.

When you close your eyes you notice the warmth of the sun on your skin and the feeling brings a smile to your face.

This is your space that you've created for yourself.

You feel completely content to sit still,

Relax,

And listen to the sound of the waves.

Nothing ever guitar Wow.

Hold on to the peace and stillness you've cultivated through this visualization practice.

And maybe keep yourself on the beach that you've created as we transition into our deep listening.

Today's deep listening question is inspired by the Ayurvedic concept of Rajas.

Rajas is a universal quality that is the energy of passion,

Movement,

And intensity.

Rajas is the energy we embody when we are excited about what we are doing and when we push the limits of what we believe is possible for ourselves.

Rajas is needed to bring our desires into action.

So turn your focus inward as you consider what do I want to manifest.

Sit with this question without trying to analyze or think and allow any answers to come up from deep within.

What do I want to manifest?

What do I want to manifest?

What do I want to manifest?

What do I want to manifest?

What do I want to manifest?

As you practice deep listening,

You may notice that your inner wisdom doesn't always use words.

You may have gotten images or impressions or even seemingly random thoughts.

Take a few breaths to process what came up for you and consider if you want to act on anything that you learned.

As we reach the end of today's practice,

Bring the palms together at heart center,

Slightly bowing your head,

And take a moment to reflect on your experience.

Were you able to connect with your inner wisdom?

Did you practice listening and being open?

Allow the experience and any insights you have gained to stay with you as you bring your awareness back to your physical surroundings.

Take your time and when you are ready,

Open your eyes and allow your body any movement that it needs.

manifesting an everlasting abundance in my life is calling on me to take my time and acknowledge that every move I’m called to make toward that goal is of the utmost importance, simultaneously requiring the least amount of thought. this meditation reminded me to be amenable to the flow of inspiration and change. šŸ˜ŒšŸ™šŸ¾
