Bad habits become a pattern because of the immediate gratification they might give; like a sense of comfort, safety, and security, a feeling of relief from stress, an escape from reality, etc. It's crucial to question: are these habits still necessary, or just outdated coping mechanisms? After all, engaging in futile actions only drains your time and energy — valuable resources better spent on creating empowering habits that support your physical, mental, emotional, and energetic well-being. You have Free Will. Self-control is key. Not all habits need complete elimination; it's about reducing them and their negative impact. Though some habits are just too destructive to continue. The journey of Change involves commitment, awareness, and action. These I AM affirmations are catalysts for change, empowering you to break free from the shackles of negative habits and live your life with purpose and fulfillment. Listen daily for as long as needed while eliminating or reducing bad habits.

Dear soul,

Thank you for being here,

I really appreciate it.

These affirmations are for you who would like to strengthen your self-control,

Self-respect and self-awareness,

So that you are better protected against the temptation and lure of bad habits.

These affirmations will help you to get more clear about things,

About your priorities,

And you will start reducing the time you spend with self-sabotaging habits.

Can I think it can even support you in ending a habit completely?

It is possible.

Imagine that the coming affirmations are part of the authentic you,

Activating the creational power of your heart,

Mind,

Soul and spirit,

Now.

Let's start.

My habits are a behavioral pattern,

They are not who I am.

I wasn't born with my habits,

I am free to change.

Sometimes I act as if my habit is holding me hostage.

It isn't.

It is I who have held the habit hostage.

I don't owe my habits anything.

Active habits are low-quality strategies for feeling better in the moment.

I am free to create high-quality strategies that support my physical,

Mental,

Emotional and energetic health.

I am choosing to let go of the need to be a bad habits policer.

For some reason,

I have given bad habits my power.

That ends right here and now.

No negative habit has any power other than what I give it.

I am taking back my power,

Reclaiming it,

Remembering it,

Now.

I stand in the center of my essence.

I value my energy more than any destructive habit.

I value my time more than any self-sabotaging behavior.

I am choosing to honor my values.

I am allowing myself to take care of me,

To see,

Hear,

Know and understand the parts of me that have created my bad habits.

Accepting that I have created these habits does not mean that I will tolerate them.

My excuses are not accepted as the final say in any matter.

I am choosing to realize the power that I have,

The power that I am.

It's not realistic to stop all negative habits completely at the same time,

But reducing them is doable.

Consciously thinking before acting is possible.

I am now choosing to consciously respond instead of unconsciously react around habits.

I accept that reducing and ending bad habits can take time and effort.

I am patient and persistent because I know that drops of water can hollow out the stone,

Not by force,

But by persistence.

Habits become weaker when I raise my standards.

I am kind and assertive towards myself.

I am stronger than the strongest temptation,

Period.

My temperance and consciousness is the shield that protects me from temptations and excess.

Moderation is key.

I am listening within,

With discernment,

Reason and intuition.

I am strengthening my self-control.

I am becoming a self-control ninja,

Stealthily avoiding distractions while walking steadily towards my goal,

Becoming aware of the emotions,

The situations,

The triggers and the patterns that sets off the habit.

When the source of the habit isn't able to hide in the shadows,

The habit loses its power.

I choose to learn from the time I've spent with my habits.

I use my experience as a stepping stone to become a better version of me,

The authentic version of me.

Holding on to guilt and shame for the negative consequences of bad habits will not change the past,

It will not heal anything and it will not make anything better.

However,

I can use the guilt and shame as a catalyst for changing what needs to be changed.

All negative emotions can and should be used as feedback and fuel for healing and expansion of consciousness.

The weeds of bad habits can choke positive intentions,

Therefore I dig out these weeds from their roots now.

I plant and nurture seeds of self-control,

Self-love and self-respect.

I am stronger,

Wiser and more capable than I can imagine.

I set boundaries for myself that steer me in the direction of a high-quality life on my terms.

I am building new and empowering habits with conscious awareness.

An empowering habit might not give me the immediate gratification,

But it will give me long-term positive results.

I am channeling my creational fire towards creating habits that serve myself and ultimately others.

Creational power is in my hands,

My mind,

My heart and my spirit.

Thoughts,

Choices,

Actions align now.

I am banishing the mirage of helplessness.

I am not a child.

I am a grown adult.

Time to act like one.

I am stepping into a new level of self-awareness,

Self-respect and self-control.

The strength of my determination grows by the hour.

I am affirming my self-ownership and self-responsibility.

I am responsible for all the choices I make and the actions I take.

No need to waste time acting otherwise.

My spirit is powerful,

My will unbreakable,

My heart courageous.

I acknowledge and accept my authentic being.

With a sword of discernment,

I am severing the energetic cords of negative habits,

Weakening the patterns of self-sabotage now.

I choose to walk unbound with a clear body,

Mind,

Heart and soul.

I stand centered and anchored in the love,

Power and wisdom of the original source creation.

I am taking back my power,

Reclaiming it,

Remembering it now.

As I’ve always said Kenneth’s voice is perfection but beyond that his message is aligned with the universal truth. He is steadfast, he knows the importance of words and he conveys them with power backed by music that reaches into the fiber of your being. His work is a cut above all others.

This one is going on my favorites list. 🙏❤️🙌 One request: could you create shorter separate meditations which break these affirmations up? Each meditation would focus on only four affirmations with time in between them to meditate on the words and let them sink in? 🙏😊
