So as always,

We will begin by finding a position that feels supportive for your body right now.

Whether that's laying down on your side with pillows tucked around you,

Sitting upright,

Or anything in between.

Do your best to get as comfortable as you can.

And allowing your body to be held.

And closing your eyes if that feels good.

And begin by taking a deep breath in through your nose,

Filling up your lungs completely,

And then exhaling slowly through your mouth,

Starting to release some of that tension.

Doing that again,

Inhaling deeply,

And exhaling fully,

Just allowing your whole body to begin to unwind.

And now begin to bring your awareness to your body.

Just notice where you might be squeezing or clenching.

See if you can let go of that,

Even just the tiniest bit.

Notice your shoulders,

Let them soften.

Relax the muscles in your face and jaw.

Allow your belly and hips to grow heavier,

Sinking into the surface beneath you.

Letting your arms and legs be at rest and heavy as you let go of any squeezing or clenching here.

Breathing deeply.

Imagining that with every exhale,

Stress is melting away and flowing out of your body.

Like you can imagine that stress is flowing out of your body and going down into the earth.

You don't need to hold onto it.

You are safe in this moment.

You can release that stress,

That worry and tension.

As your body continues to settle,

Focus on your breath.

Let it move in and out naturally,

Like the steady rhythm of waves.

Inhaling,

Bringing in that peace and calm.

Exhaling,

Releasing any stress or worry.

Letting your breath become a gentle anchor,

Guiding you deeper into relaxation.

Shifting your focus now towards your baby.

Maybe even placing your hands softly on your belly if that feels good.

With each inhale,

Imagine you're sending your baby a little bit of calm,

Love and warmth.

With every exhale,

Imagine you're creating a magical space inside for your baby to grow,

Rest and simply be.

Imagining now a soft cocoon of light forming around you and your baby.

It begins as this warm glow at your heart.

It begins to spread outward with every breath.

Every breath cycle,

That warm glowing light begins to expand.

Bigger and bigger,

Wrapping you and your baby in this comforting blanket of light that shimmers and sparkles,

Like the golden rays of the very first sunlight of the day.

The cocoon surrounds you fully,

Holding you in its embrace.

You and your baby,

Holding you in this safe,

Nurturing embrace.

And inside this light,

There's nothing to do,

Nowhere you need to be.

Just stillness,

Warmth,

Comfort and calm.

With every inhale,

The light grows brighter and steadier,

Filling you with even more ease.

With every exhale,

It clears away any worry or tension,

Dissolving away any stress,

So only peace remains.

Feel how your baby is nestled inside of you with this cocoon.

The two of you are deeply connected,

Resting,

Just sharing this special space together.

And if you would like to stay here longer and continue to be in this space,

Continue to rest,

You can.

But this is where I will leave you with my guidance.

Thank you so much for joining me today,

And I hope you have a great rest of your day.
