We'll begin by getting comfortable here,

Maybe creating a long spine,

Softening the shoulders,

Closing the eyes,

Or doing any last little thing that you need to settle in,

Making sure there's nothing blocking the abdomen or getting in the way of your breath.

We'll begin just by taking a few big,

Deep,

Easy breaths,

Inhaling through the nose and open mouth exhale,

Sigh it out,

Letting go.

Do that two more times,

Then settling into a natural rhythm of breath,

So just letting the air move effortlessly in and out of your body.

With every breath,

Allow your body to become a bit more still,

Like you're just dropping into that place of effortless stillness,

Just relaxed being,

Just breathing and being.

Every single breath brings more peace and stillness to your body.

Now as you continue to breathe,

Let every breath bring more stillness and peace to the thoughts moving through your mind,

Almost like a snow globe that you shook up and now you're watching all the little bits of snow begin to drift down to the bottom.

Let your breath do this for your mind,

Just every breath brings more stillness and peace to the thoughts moving through your mind.

Now letting every breath bring more stillness and peace to your heart,

To your energy,

Your emotions.

Every breath cycle emotionally brings you more peace.

And now continue to breathe,

Letting that breath be low,

Slow and effortless.

Every single breath cycle,

You become more peaceful,

More tranquil,

More still,

Just creating this little peaceful bubble all around you that gets bigger and stronger with every breath.

And now as you breathe,

Incorporating the mantra,

On the inhale,

Think peace and on the exhale,

Think release.

So inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Just continuing with this,

Every single breath cycle,

Become more peaceful,

More tranquil.

Inhale peace,

Exhale release.

Doing one more round of that mantra and then releasing it,

Just taking a few quiet moments,

Just enjoy the peace around you and within you as you breathe and begin to return to your body,

Into the present moment by taking three more deep cleansing breaths.

Inhaling through the nose and open mouth exhale,

Sigh it out.

Doing this two more times and then moving your body and opening your eyes and coming back to the space and closing your meditation.

Thank you so much for joining me today.

Simple but effective. Good length. Great mantras and I really like the snow globe analogy for quieting the mind. 😃
