So take a moment and get comfortable in any position that feels good in your body today.

You might want to set the scene by dimming the lights,

Grabbing a blanket,

Or just resting your hands on your lower belly to connect with your womb space,

If that feels right for you.

And then when you're ready,

Take a big,

Deep breath in through your nose and sigh it out through your mouth.

And do that two more times.

Big,

Deep breath in through the nose and exhale,

Releasing and sighing out through the mouth.

Now allow your breath to settle into its natural rhythm.

Easy inhales,

Smooth,

Effortless exhales.

Just keeping the breath flowing,

Inhaling completely and exhaling entirely with a smooth,

Steady rhythm.

And just stay with your breath.

Focus on the waves of breath dancing in and out of your body.

And as you inhale,

Feel fresh energy and vitality moving into your body and mind.

And as you exhale,

Feel heaviness,

Fatigue,

And any lingering stagnation release from your body and mind.

Inhale energy,

Lightness,

Possibility.

And exhale fatigue,

Doubt,

And anything that feels like old,

Heavy residue.

With every breath cycle,

Feel yourself become just a little more energized.

Maybe 1% more with every round of breath.

Slowly,

Gently,

As you breathe,

Your inner spring,

Your inner energy,

And your spark is awakening.

You're filling up with fresh energy and clearing out what you no longer need as you breathe.

Each moment,

Each breath cycle,

You become a little more creative,

Lighter,

And energized.

And now in your mind's eye,

Begin to feel that energizing breath moving throughout your body,

Sending the breath down your legs and into your feet,

Through your hips and pelvis,

Along your spine and into your heart,

Up into your shoulders,

Arms,

And hands.

And send this breath all the way into your throat,

Face,

And the space between your eyebrows.

Allow yourself to be filled with fresh,

Nourishing breath.

Let it pour into every one of your cells.

As you breathe,

Each cell wakes up a little bit more,

Like little bits of energy and vitality being infused into your cells.

Your energy is brightening and building.

You might even notice a subtle tingle,

A feeling of vitality and light.

And now send that breath up into your mind.

Feel a calm,

Clear alertness move through your thoughts,

This energizing,

Nourishing breath.

Let any mental chatter soften.

Any heaviness,

Fog,

Or second-guessing begin to melt away with every exhale.

Inhale clarity,

Focus,

And creativity.

Exhaling mental clutter,

Self-doubt,

And overthinking.

With every breath cycle,

Feel your mind becoming just a bit more awake and bright.

And from this place of energized calm,

Bring your awareness to your heart center.

And as you focus on your heart,

Call to mind one thing you'd love to invite in or grow over the next few weeks.

It might be a feeling like confidence,

Joy,

Or ease.

It might be a new project,

A relationship,

A habit,

Or supportive change in your daily life.

Just choose something that feels aligned and true to you.

And allow yourself to imagine every detail as you visualize this thing.

What exactly do you want?

How would your life feel with this thing in it?

How would you feel waking up in the morning knowing this was a part of your life?

Let yourself fully experience this version of you as if it's already happening.

Now take one more moment with this vision,

This version of you,

And begin to release your grip on it knowing that it's on its way to you.

Taking a big,

Deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Returning to the space around you in this moment,

Wiggling fingers and toes and opening up the eyes.

Now take a deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth,

Wiggling fingers and toes and opening up the eyes.
