Here you are.
Go ahead and get comfortable.
So maybe you're sitting or laying down.
Do anything you need just to feel a little bit more at ease.
And begin to breathe.
Let your breath be full and nourishing.
Let it be soft and natural.
But really feel how good it feels to just take a few deep breaths.
Let the breath move down into your belly.
Let it spread out into your cells.
Nourishing your body from the inside out.
Just take a moment to connect with your body.
Not to fix anything.
Not to control anything.
Just to connect.
Soften any places that feel tight or guarded.
And just be here with your body.
If there's any areas really calling your attention,
You can send some breath there.
But just be with your body.
You and your body being together as a team,
Maybe even as friends.
Just you,
Your breath,
And your body.
And open your heart,
Even if it's just a little.
Let compassion pour in.
Compassion for your body and for where you're at right now.
And as I call out these affirmations,
You can repeat each one to yourself three times.
I support my body with love and patience.
I trust my body to do what it knows.
I release worry and welcome ease into my body.
My body and I are on the same team.
I honor the timing of my journey.
I release pressure and invite softness into my body.
I welcome my baby into my heart and into my body.
I tend to my emotional well-being every day.
I am walking my own path.
My body is ready to grow a baby.
I am worthy of becoming a mother.
I am fully nourished and fertile.
I surrender control and know that my time is coming.
My womb provides a soft and nourishing place for my baby to grow.
My mind and body are healthy and I am ready to be pregnant.
Every day brings me one day closer to meeting my baby.
All will happen at the right time in the right way to bring me my baby.
I'm just letting these words settle into your body.
Letting them land wherever they need to land today.
Taking your hands and placing them over your heart.
Giving your body a moment of compassion and love.
Giving yourself a moment of compassion and love.
It's all going to be okay.
Every breath,
Every moment brings you closer to your baby in exactly the way it's meant to happen.
Take a big deep breath in through the nose and out through the mouth.
Then opening your eyes and closing your meditation practice.
