And begin to breathe with a low,
Slow,
Deep breath in and an effortless,
Smooth breath out.
Feel the cool air entering through your nose,
Expanding into your lungs,
And then release it all with a gentle exhale,
Allowing any tension in your body to soften and release.
Just allow your breath to flow naturally and effortlessly in and out of your body.
And with each breath,
Allow any areas of tension or stress in your body begin to soften.
Feel any of that tightness or fatigue,
Let it just release,
Soften,
As if someone came up and placed a warm stone or a heated blanket on that area of tension.
Instantly feeling these areas become comforted as you continue to breathe.
Let this breath signal to your body and to your nervous system that it's safe and it's ok to enter a place of deep relaxation and restoration here.
Continue to breathe.
Imagine each inhale brings an oxygen and nourishment to your body and immune system,
And every exhale calms your nervous system and your mind as you drift deeper into relaxation and rest.
And now bring your attention to your body and visualize your body working hard every day to support you and your health.
In your mind's eye,
See a cool blue light begin to surround your body,
Creating a cocoon of comfort,
Nourishment and vitality all around you.
See this blue light begin to flow into any areas of your body that may feel sick or inflamed or tense.
Feel every inhale bring nourishment,
Support and health into your body,
And every exhale calm you and let go of that stress or illness or inflammation you have in your body.
Just continue to breathe,
Allowing every inhale and exhale to support you,
Your immune system and your well-being as you breathe and rest in this cocoon of blue light.
Now watch as this blue light continues to move through your body,
Allowing every cell in your body to become nourished and recharged.
With each breath,
Your body is finding that inner balance and is returning to a place of harmony and health.
And with each passing moment,
Your immune system grows stronger and more resilient,
Ready to protect and support you as it recharges in this place of rest and relaxation.
Taking a few final moments,
Thanking your body for all that it does for you,
And taking a big deep breath in through the nose,
And open mouth exhale,
Sigh it out,
Letting go.
Gently opening the eyes and closing your meditation practice.
Thank you so much for joining me today.
