This practice will begin by creating a long spine,

Softening the shoulders,

Opening the throat,

And relaxing the belly,

Allowing your jaw to be soft.

And instead of going right into our bumblebee breath,

We're going to prepare our lungs and our throat for this breath with three big deep cleansing breaths.

So we'll exhale all of the air out of our lungs,

And then inhale,

Filling up all the way,

Big breath in,

And open mouth exhale,

Let it go,

Really sighing it out.

We'll do that two more times,

Big deep breath in,

Open mouth exhale,

Letting it go,

Sighing it out.

And one final time,

And just breathing naturally for a few cycles.

And as a reminder,

In a moment,

We'll be taking a big deep breath in,

Plugging the ears,

Closing the eyes,

Exhaling,

Lips are closed,

Create space in the mouth,

And humming as you exhale,

Noticing the vibrations.

We'll be doing that together for a few minutes.

So exhale all of the air out of your lungs,

Inhale,

Filling up all the way,

Plug your ears,

Close your eyes,

And exhale,

Hum,

Hum for the entire breath out.

And just continue with this.

We're going to do one full minute of this breath together,

Focusing on the vibrations,

And finishing the round of breath that you're on.

And after your next breath out,

That long hum,

Release your hands,

And return to a smooth,

Easy,

Effortless breath.

And just noticing any lingering sensation,

Maybe it's tingling in the nose or the throat.

Maybe you feel some mental clarity,

Or anything else.

Just noticing how you feel after that breath practice.

And together,

We'll take a big deep breath in,

Open mouth,

Exhale,

Let it go.

That is the end of our bumblebee breath practice.

Thank you so much for joining me today.
