Settle in for the open to manifestation meditation.

We'll start by taking a few rounds of breath together.

Inhaling from the belly through the nose,

Feeling the abdomen expand,

Then the rib cage and the chest broadens.

Now exhale and release the breath.

Do that again,

Breathing in from the belly,

Abdomen,

Rib cage,

Chest expand.

Exhale to let that go.

Breathing in again,

And on the next exhale,

Allow the eyelids to gently close.

Let your body settle,

Releasing any tension or pain you might be experiencing,

And releasing every moment of today before now.

Lowering the shoulders,

Releasing the jaw,

Softening the stomach,

Relaxing the arms and the legs,

Allowing the body to simply melt into deep relaxation.

As the body settles,

Notice any thoughts that might be running through your mind,

And without attaching to any one thought,

Just observe what those thoughts might look like from a few steps away.

Maybe they're bubbling up slowly in your head.

Maybe there is a highway full of fast-moving thoughts speeding through the mind,

Or perhaps there is one giant cloud of a thought taking up space in the head.

Whatever you notice,

Take a deep breath in,

And as you exhale,

Could you release those thoughts,

Letting them all float away around you with the exhale?

And just notice,

Notice how clear you feel in this moment,

How light,

How open.

Just be here for a bit,

Present with this feeling.

From the space of openness,

Think about just one thing you desire right now.

Perhaps it's a desire to feel healthy and peaceful in your body.

Maybe it's a desire to be in a loving and vibrant romantic relationship,

Or even a desire for financial freedom or time freedom.

Whatever it is,

Just see it in the mind.

Observe your desire and notice the details.

Allow the senses to help your desire become more defined,

More brilliant.

Notice the colors,

The scents,

The sounds,

The tastes,

The textures,

And take a moment to allow the mind to paint an even clearer,

More intense picture of your desire.

Now imagine what it would be like to have it right now.

Allow yourself to become a part of this vision in your mind.

Step into it.

This is your dream.

You are manifesting.

Let the body feel what it feels like to have this desire.

Perhaps even feeling the goosebumps of excitement on the skin or the smile spread across your face.

Allow yourself to be one with the emotions that come up as you see yourself experiencing this desire right now.

Feel the chest expand with air as you feel the love,

The excitement,

The joy,

And the thrill of having your desire right now.

Observe any thoughts that come up as they align with having this desire in this very moment and say,

It is mine.

Thank you.

It is mine.

Be here for a bit,

Immersing yourself in the vision of you having this desire right now.

You deserve that which you most desire.

Open your heart and your mind to the fact that you are a powerful manifester.

Step into what it feels like to already have it.

It is a powerful way to bring your desire to you.

So take a deep breath in,

Letting the air expand the chest and expand your belief that your desire is already yours.

And as you exhale,

Allow yourself to drop into gratitude.

Gratitude for this practice and gratitude for receiving that which you desire.

Namaste,

Beautiful.
