Hi,

Welcome to this opportunity in this sometimes heavy world,

Reconnecting in this practice to a spark,

Your vitality,

A sense of flow,

And if it feels right,

Consider starting by shaking or moving the hands,

Wrists,

Making circles with the feet,

Tapping the arms,

Or rubbing the legs,

Whatever feels right to set the stage for a new embodied experience.

Take a moment to set an intention,

A loose anchor really,

For what signifies revitalization for you.

What is that thing you crave more of?

Or a phrase that supports it?

Something amazing will happen today.

Whatever your intention is,

Stating it to yourself so that your whole being feels it.

And with a deep inhale of that spark,

Vitality,

And on the exhale,

Feeling it move like a glowing mist over every cell and muscle of your body.

Taking three such conscious breaths now.

With each of these breaths,

Getting closer and closer to feeling this flow and vitality.

Noticing sensations throughout the body,

Allowing each part to come online without trying to change anything.

Simply noticing sensations at your mouth,

Ears,

Nose,

Eyes,

Forehead,

Scalp,

Neck,

The whole neck and head alive with sensation.

And now the shoulders,

Arms,

Elbows,

Forearms,

Wrists,

Palms of the hands,

And fingers.

Both arms radiant with sensation and where they meet at the torso.

That's animated with each breath at the belly,

Lower back,

Chest,

And upper back.

The whole torso alive with sensation where it meets the hips,

Thighs,

Knees,

Forelegs,

Ankles,

Feet,

And toes.

Both legs animated with sensation and aware of your whole body now.

The whole body,

The front of the body,

The back of the body,

Even the area that extends up above you and below you,

Behind you,

And in front of you.

With each breath,

Feeling yourself expand out into this area of awareness.

This quiet place that holds you.

This rested place of awareness filled with wisdom.

Listening,

Watching,

From this place,

Allowing the image to emerge of your life's purpose.

Your spark within.

Now as if you are greeting this spark or flame,

This vitality and hope.

What does it look like as you watch it?

Perhaps across a meadow or coming through a forest?

What is the quality of this?

Is it old or new?

What colors do you see here?

What form or shape does it take?

Be patient here and feel your way.

This image of hope,

Vitality.

It calls out to you,

Telling you that phrase you long to hear.

Something amazing will happen today.

Soaking in this phrase,

Reconnecting with this that powers you forward.

Repeating it to yourself now.

Loud and clear,

This message of hope.

Alive within yourself.

Noticing where in your posture,

Your breath,

Your mood or energy,

Where is the center of this optimism?

This sense of empowerment.

Feeling it expand with each inhale and wash over you with each exhale.

Yourself reconnected.

Vital.

Comfortable.

And at home.

At home.

Inspired.

Ready.

Content.

Resting here.

And as you slowly come back to your waking state of consciousness,

Feeling at one with that self you long to be.

Gently moving your wrists,

Your ankles,

Rubbing or tapping your arms or legs.

Feeling yourself within the room around you.

And coming back with a sense of well-being.

Something amazing is going to happen today.
