Transcript

Welcome to this visualization for gratitude.

Sit comfortably in your chair,

Hands,

Palms facing up in receiving mode,

Spine comfortably erect and focus on your breaths.

As you exhale,

I want you to release all tension.

Focus your eyes,

Your jaw,

Your shoulders,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your hips and your legs.

Now that you are relaxed,

I want you to go to the place with all your goals achieved.

This is your life as you'd like it to be.

You spend your days doing what you love with the people you love.

Look around and notice who is with you.

Notice where you are.

Notice what you are celebrating.

Feel the warmth of the sun on your skin.

Feel the breeze in your hair,

The sounds of laughter,

Glasses clinking together with joy.

Now I want you to come out from your vision and float above yourself.

You're watching it all unfold.

You're watching yourself live the life you always wanted.

What are you grateful for?

What are the successes that you are grateful for?

The people that are with you?

The experiences?

Feel the gratitude for all that you have.

This is the feeling of the wish fulfilled.

This is the feeling to take with you into today.
