I have a little bug inside.

It can be rather naughty.

It hits and shouts and whines about,

Especially when it's angry.

I know this naughty,

Angry bug can look a lot like me,

But I'm a cuddly,

Happy child,

So it really cannot be.

I've spoken to this bug of mine and asked it what it needs.

I sing it songs and give it love and teach it how to breathe.

I put my hands upon my belly.

I take a big breath in,

Then let the air out through my nose and do it all again.

In,

In,

In,

In.

So every time my little bug awakes in a bad mood,

I now know what to do to change its mood from bad to good.
