Welcome to this Yoga Nidra to visualize your full potential as a business creator.

This meditation is particularly but not exclusively designed for solopreneurs,

Soulpreneurs,

Entrepreneurs or simply every human being who desires to connect with their full potential of creation in the world.

The magic of Yoga Nidra lies in its power of active rest.

As we progress in the practice,

Your body will get to a space of deep relaxation and you may even notice a feeling of sleep in your limbs,

In your entire physical body really.

The potential of this practice lies in the remaining wakefulness of the mind.

As body relaxes and mind stays awake,

You will enter a space of deep intuition as you are free of the distractions of everyday consciousness.

You will gain access to a source of wisdom opening you up to enter a safe and relaxed state.

And you will be provided with powerful insights offered to you by your innate guidance system which is often hidden behind layers of activity,

Of identity and internalized systems of collective expectations.

My invitation with this Yoga Nidra practice is for you to allow yourself to truly relax.

Let go of the everyday long list of things to think about in your business or your personal life and surrender to a deeper source of knowing,

Of wisdom,

Of seeing that arises from the core of your being.

As usual,

We begin the Yoga Nidra practice by simply assuming the most comfortable position you can.

You may want to lay down on a yoga mat,

On a couch or even in your bed.

Choose the right level of comfort in which you will not immediately fall asleep.

If you do not have the possibility to lay down,

A comfortable seated position will do just as fine.

Then take decent care to make sure you feel fully supported and warm.

Place a blanket on your body for extra warmth,

A thin cushion under your head for extra comfort and make sure notifications on your phone are turned off so you remain undisturbed throughout the practice.

And then take a deep breath in and with the exhale fully drop into the space and time of this very moment.

Allow yourself to be here in this moment,

In this space and give yourself permission to that,

To fully be here and trust the nourishing capacities of this practice.

Now I want to invite you to bring your attention to your breath,

To the flow of air coming in and out of your body,

This nourishing oxygen for all parts and every cell of your body on the inhale and the air not needed anymore flowing out on the exhale.

Breathe,

Inhale and exhale,

Dropping in,

Letting go of any distractions.

Breathe,

Inhale and exhale,

Relaxing.

Make the commitment to your breath,

A commitment to become more and more present in the here and now,

Breathing in and arriving even more on the exhale and then let a wave of relaxation flow through your physical body as you continue to stay with your breath.

Allow relaxation to flow into your legs and feet with your breath,

Releasing tension and restlessness on the exhale.

Allow relaxation to flow into your pelvis,

Abdomen and upper body with your breath,

Releasing tension and any contraction on the exhale.

And the next inhale offers a wave of relaxation to your arms and hands all the way into your fingertips and tension is flowing out of you on the exhale.

And then a soft inhale offers space,

Relaxation and ease to your entire head and also to your entire face.

Let any tension,

Any contraction around your jaw,

Your eyes,

On your forehead simply be washed away.

Less and less tension in the body,

Less and less contraction,

More and more ease and space in your entire physical body.

Continue to stay with your breath,

Breathe your entire body.

Just be attentive,

Listen,

Be open and notice what is there.

There's no need for any interpretation or judgment,

Just be open,

Listen inward and embrace your experience of what is there.

Letting the breath be a loyal,

Faithful witness of your experience.

Now relax deeper into the breath,

Relax also deeper into the body and then slowly bring your focus and attention to the chest area.

Notice the chest rising and falling with every inhale and every exhale.

Breathing into your chest,

Touching every corner with your breath,

Every cell with your breath.

And then narrow it down a little bit more,

Start breathing into your heart space.

This can be at the center of your chest or any other place that resonates with you when I say heart space.

Bringing awareness,

Bringing attention to your heart space with your breath.

And also in return allowing your heart space to take the space it is asking for and it deserves.

This may be big or small,

Specific or more vast,

Whatever size or form your heart space has,

Just allow it to unfold,

Give it full permission.

From here it is now time for your sankalpa,

Your intention for the practice.

Allow your heart to be your guide here.

What is a heart's desire you have connected to your full potential?

Is it to get in touch with this full potential,

To become it,

To be it?

Is it to find peace,

Freedom,

The experience of pure love as you embody more of your full potential?

What is your heart wishing for,

For you and your full potential?

And once you have identified that,

Start to formulate your sankalpa,

A short,

Concise sentence starting with the words I am.

So for example,

I am the embodiment of my full potential.

I am the free expression of my full potential.

I am non-apologetically embracing my full potential.

You choose,

Formulate your sankalpa now,

Your deep resolve.

Now once your sankalpa is clear,

State it three times wholeheartedly and with sincerity in your mind.

And then take a deep breath in.

And with the next exhale,

Give thanks and let it go.

I will now guide your awareness through your physical body.

And for this,

The invitation is to remain relaxed and also awake.

Remain open and receptive to my voice.

And as your awareness rests on the different parts of the body,

Those parts are invited to find even more relaxation.

Simply offering awareness can often be enough to allow energy to flow more freely,

To let tension dissipate,

And to find more ease in your body.

So we begin by bringing your awareness to the right hand thumb.

Let your awareness travel to your right hand thumb.

And then let your awareness travel to the second finger on the right side,

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

And last finger.

Pinky finger,

The spaces between the fingers,

The tips of the fingers,

Palm of the hand.

Then your awareness travels to the center of your right wrist joint,

Forearm,

Elbow,

Right shoulder,

Armpit,

Right side of the chest,

Right waist,

Hip,

Thigh,

To the center of your right knee joint,

Lower leg,

Center of your right ankle joint,

Heel.

Arch of the right foot,

Top of the right foot,

Right big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

Pinky toe,

Spaces between the toes,

Tips of the toes.

And then feel the whole right side of the body at once,

The whole right side.

Then shift your attention to the left hand thumb.

Your entire awareness travels to the left hand thumb.

And then it travels to the second finger on the left side.

Third finger,

Fourth finger,

Pinky finger,

The spaces between the fingers,

The tips of the fingers,

Palm of the left hand,

Back of the left hand,

Center of the left wrist joint,

Left shoulder,

Armpit,

Left side of the chest,

Left waist,

Hip,

Thigh,

Center of the left knee joint,

Lower leg,

Center of the left ankle joint,

Heel,

Arch of the left foot,

Top of the left foot,

Left big toe,

Second toe,

Third toe,

Fourth toe,

And pinky toe.

The spaces between the toes,

The tips of the toes,

And now the whole left side of the body at once,

The whole left side.

And now we bring awareness to the back side of the body and all the contact points with the surface underneath you.

Right heel,

Left heel,

The space underneath the right knee,

The space underneath the left knee,

Buttocks,

The back,

Shoulder blades,

And the back.

And bring your awareness to the top of your head,

Then to the whole face,

The whole face,

Right eye,

Left eye,

Right eyelid,

Left eyelid,

Left eyelid,

Right eyebrow,

Left eyebrow,

The space between the eyebrows,

Right ear,

Left ear,

The space between the ears,

Right nostril,

Left nostril,

The space inside the nostrils,

The space between the nose,

Upper lip,

Lower lip,

Chin,

Jaw,

The entire chest,

The entire abdomen,

The entire legs,

The entire feet.

Now both legs together,

Now both arms together,

The whole body at once.

And awareness to the whole body,

The whole body.

Resting here,

The body is deeply at rest.

And staying with this restful feeling,

I'm going to invite you now to come back with your attention to your breath.

The air coming into your chest and heart space and flowing out of it,

Flowing out of it,

The chest rising,

The chest falling.

And with every breath,

You can notice the body becoming more spacious,

More transparent,

And yet receptive and at ease.

You are relaxed,

You are awake,

You are practicing yoga nidra.

Yoga nidra.

It is now time to invite opposite sensations in the body.

For that again,

Continue to feel relaxed and at ease.

Simply do your best to feel the sensations in your body.

You can begin by inviting the sensations into one part of your body and then let it expand from there.

First,

Invite sensations of direction and clarity into your body.

Notice where direction and clarity is most accessible in your body.

Find the body part where it shows up most easily.

And notice the sensations of direction and clarity in your body.

And then let the sensations expand.

Let it expand to your entire torso and head,

To your limbs,

Hands,

And feet.

Until you feel the sensations of direction and clarity in your entire body.

You are experiencing direction and clarity in your entire body.

You are relaxed,

The body is deeply relaxed and at ease.

And you are having a direct experience of direction and clarity in your entire body.

Now let go of the sensations of direction and clarity and we'll now move on to invite flow and creativity into your body.

Sensations of flow and creativity.

Where is this most accessible in your body?

Identify the body part where flow and creativity the body part where flow and creativity are most present.

And trust that your body knows the sensations of flow and creativity.

Now expand the feeling,

Expand the sensations in your body to other body parts,

To your torso and head,

Limbs,

Hands,

And feet.

Feeling flow and creativity in your entire body.

You are experiencing flow and creativity in your entire body.

You are relaxed,

The body is deeply relaxed and at ease.

And you are having a direct experience of flow and creativity in your entire body.

And now it is time to feel both,

Feel direction and clarity as well as flow and creativity in your body.

Don't think about it too much,

Move back and forth between them until they dissolve into each other.

Feel direction and flow,

Feel clarity and creativity,

The polarities at the same time the polarities at the same time in your body.

You are relaxed,

At ease,

Trust your body's knowing and wisdom here.

And then let go of these sensations.

You are relaxed and at ease,

You are awake,

You are practicing yoga nidra.

And you will now move into the wisdom body.

And for that I invite you to collect your And for that I invite you to collect your awareness in the space between your eyebrows.

Bring all your attention to the eyebrow center.

Let your being rest in this space.

You can even use your breath to bring your awareness into that area.

Focusing your attention in the eyebrow center.

And then from here start to imagine a big wide screen in front of your closed eyes.

A wide screen,

Completely innocent,

Open,

Free and available.

And on this screen appears a mini version of you.

Slowly,

Initially it is a little blurry but then it gets more shape until you see this mini version of you in the middle of the screen.

And meet it with love,

With care and with faith in its potential.

And then as you tap into your inner wisdom and a field of infinite possibilities,

Start to imagine that mini version of you to grow into its full potential.

In fact,

Visualize it growing into its full potential,

Piece by piece.

It starts to take on a shape of its full potential.

This version of you begins to radiate the energy of its gifts and also its services in the world.

And it's becoming the full,

Wholesome version of a creator,

Of someone who is radiant in sharing.

And it's becoming the full,

Wholesome version of a creator,

Of someone who is radiant in sharing their magic unapologetically,

With confidence,

With a strong,

Grounded,

Rooted voice.

And it's becoming the full,

Wholesome version of a creator,

Of someone who is radiant in sharing their magic unapologetically,

With confidence,

With a strong,

Grounded,

Rooted voice.

You are seeing yourself growing into your full potential as a creator.

And notice,

Without any interpretation,

Maybe even without words,

What is there?

How does that full version of your wholesome self look like?

What does it transmit?

Maybe,

How does it move?

How does it talk?

What is it doing?

How is this version of you approaching its daily tasks?

And how is it meeting people in your life,

New potential clients,

Business partners,

Maybe even your team?

And how is it meeting people in your life,

New potential clients,

Business partners,

Maybe even your team?

And how is it meeting people in your life,

New potential clients,

Business partners,

Maybe even your team?

And how is it meeting people in your life,

New potential clients,

Business partners,

Maybe even your team?

Be fully open,

Observe,

Notice,

Take in what you see.

Be fully open,

Observe,

Notice,

Take in what you see.

And be receptive to the full potential of your business creator self.

And be receptive to the full potential of your business creator self.

And at this point,

See if you can withdraw an essence of what you see.

And at this point,

See if you can withdraw an essence of what you see.

Maybe that is a color,

A shape,

A feeling.

Maybe that is a color,

A shape,

A tone,

A feeling.

Maybe that is a color,

A shape,

A tone,

A feeling.

Something that represents your full potential in its essence.

Something that represents your full potential in its essence.

See that clearly before you,

What it is,

How it appears.

See that clearly before you,

What it is,

How it appears.

The essence of your full potential.

Now let that essence find its way into your body.

Now let that essence find its way into your body.

It is time for that essence to come home inside of you,

It is time for that essence to come home inside of you,

In your own body.

Let it become a fully embodied part of yourself.

Let it become a fully embodied part of yourself.

Pulling in.

Letting it reach all corners of your body,

Your physical body,

Your energetic body,

Your mental and emotional body,

And your spirit body.

This essence is you.

It has always been.

And so it is.

And to integrate this experience,

We are going to rest here in stillness and spaciousness,

Letting all parts of you absorb the goodness of what just happened.

Into the space of infinite potential,

Let your sankalpa,

Your intention,

Your I am statement arise once more.

The same intention you set at the beginning of this practice.

And now as you are deeply connected with an abundant field of possibilities,

Let your sankalpa drop in and meet that inner wisdom.

So repeat your sankalpa once more three times silently in your mind.

And then take a deep breath.

And release it on the exhale.

And it is time now to return slowly to your form,

To your individual form.

Bringing the awareness back to your physical form and also to the space you are in.

The room,

Maybe you can notice temperature,

Sensations,

Sounds,

Temperature,

Sensations,

Sounds,

Your clothes on your skin.

So starting to become more and more engaged,

And feel fully awakened and relaxed at the same time.

You have met a potential today.

And I invite you to take its essence from an inner place of wisdom into the rest of your day.
