This yoga nidra offers a pathway to an embodied connection with your soul's purpose. Through the means of deep relaxation, we let the body wisdom find its natural expression and tap into a felt experience of what it means to let your soul speak.

Welcome,
Beloved.
Welcome to this Yoga Nidra for Soul-Body connection.
This Yoga Nidra is your practice and your gateway to your soul through your body and to your body through your soul.
The body with its tremendous inner resource of its own infinite wisdom is here,
It's all time available to open the door to what is most important,
Most meaningful and most nourishing for you in your life.
Your body wisdom is waiting.
It is waiting to be seen,
To be recognized and to offer all it has for you so you can live a life of meaning,
Connection and calling.
And the soul is the gateway between heaven and earth,
Between body and spirit,
A communicator that translates your higher self's direction into worldly forms,
So that our individual higher purpose for being born in this human form can be expressed and spoken and manifest itself through the extraordinary being you are.
And there is no need to wait any longer.
This body,
This Godly given gift in this lifetime,
Is meant to express our soul's calling.
And in that it serves as endlessly patient alley in providing access to our soul's voice,
As well as being the reflector and manifester of our soul in its highest expression.
And a form in which our body cooperates with us in its highest intelligence is in a state of deep rest.
As it is given a break from the worries of the mind,
The anxieties of the emotions and any physical effort,
It can surrender to a deep rest out of which its wisdom naturally arises.
And this is where Yoga Nidra comes in.
So bring this body in the most comfortable position you can possibly imagine.
Yoga Nidra is usually practiced in Shavasana,
Laying on the back where the legs can comfortably fall to the sides.
Also your feet can fall to the sides.
And your arms rest in comfort on the sides of the body.
Arms facing towards the sky.
Perhaps you want to offer your soul body extra comfort in the form of a blanket,
Maybe a thin cushion under your head,
And if you have a bolster under your knees.
Take a moment to create this space.
This space for a prosperous deep rest,
So that you can surrender into the depth and beauty of this practice.
And then to really signal the body mind that now is the time to come to a deep rest,
Take a deep deep breath in.
Open the mouth and let your exhale flow out with a generous sigh.
One more time.
A deep deep breath in.
Open the mouth and let the exhale flow out.
Let it flow out completely.
Make the exhale longer than you would usually do,
Until there is absolutely no air left in your lungs.
Beautiful.
Just a few deep breaths.
Signal the parasympathetic nervous system that now is the time to rest and digest.
That the body is safe,
Protected and taken care of.
You can now release and rest.
Allow the eyes to rest.
Let the inner vision become soft,
So that the eyes can softly fall back into the sockets.
Taking a break from the endless amounts of stimuli that flow in all day long.
Allow the entire forehead,
Including the temples,
To rest.
Let any weight or any micro tension flow out of the back of your head into the ground.
And as we do that,
We give a signal to the brain that thoughts are now invited to come down.
That there is no need to solve anything,
Plan anything or think something through.
Thoughts are becoming like clouds,
Flowing through.
Yet there is no grip on them.
Allow the shoulders to drop backwards and rest.
Letting any weight that has been residing on the shoulders melt out and into the surface underneath you and all the way into the earth.
Allow your mind to balance out between the left and the right shoulder socket.
A balanced mind between the left and right shoulder socket.
Allow the organs to come to rest.
The lungs and the chest area.
The stomach and spleen beneath the lower ribs.
The kidneys on the back side on the inside of the lower ribs.
The liver on the level of the right side waist.
The entire digestive tract winding down towards the anus.
And the sexual organs all coming to a rest in this moment.
Allow the legs to come to a rest.
Relaxing your mind between the left and the right knee.
The mind is finding balance between the two knees.
Allow rest to spread all the way down the legs into the feet and the toes.
This is a time for relaxation.
This is a time to dive deeper into the layers of yourself that are blessed with intelligence that no thought can capture.
This is a time to let go of the doing of your everyday life.
This is a time to let the doer rest and come into a deep experience of sensing and feeling.
Taking a moment now to simply sense and feel your body.
How is your body doing in this moment?
What are the sensations you can perceive?
In exchange thinking for feeling here.
Drop into the layer of your awareness that notices sensations without the need to analyze them,
Give them words or turn them into anything.
A deep feeling,
A deep sensing of your body in this moment as it is.
Beautiful.
And remain here.
Remain in a field of sensations.
Notice the body as an open wide field of sensations,
Energy running through this field,
Cells,
Trillions of cells interacting,
Cooperating,
Coming together in the form of organs and systems that support your soul body to thrive every day.
Just take a moment to become aware of this tremendous intelligence right there in your body.
Isn't it amazing?
And now drop a layer deeper.
Drop a layer deeper and invite your body's inherent intelligence to guide you to a place in your body in which it has located your soul's potential.
That soul potential which has at its core a deep interest in your well-being,
In a life lived wholeheartedly and that carries the seed of your highest form of expression in this lifetime.
Trust your body to guide you.
Even if your awareness is guided to a place that is unfamiliar to you,
Trust that this is the right place.
And if that place is less specific and rather a field,
Trust that this is the right place too.
Take a moment to receive yourself here.
Take a moment to receive the sensations,
The energy,
Perhaps even temperature or a color.
See,
Open yourself and take in what you can notice.
The place where your soul's potential is located,
Expressing itself in the form of sensations right there.
Be open,
Be curious,
Observe and let it emerge.
Give it full permission to simply be there and be seen.
And also for now,
There is no need to find words.
Simply stay on the level of sensation,
Sensing and feeling your soul's potential as it expresses itself right there in your body.
So based on this experience,
I want to invite you now to state your Sankalpa.
Sankalpa in Yoga Nidra is a potent positive intention which carries a seed of potential for transformation,
Manifestation or integration.
And today I want to invite you to use the felt experience of your soul potential in your body as your Sankalpa.
So internally,
Say silently to yourself,
Being in touch with this part of your body,
I am that.
And with that we refer to that part of your body where your soul potential is located.
So repeat three times silently,
Being in touch with this part of yourself,
I am that.
I am that.
I am that.
Allow the ripple effects of your Sankalpa to weave into your soul body experience.
Allow any echoes to be there.
Let them gently land like a leaf falling down from a tree into the experience of you,
That you are,
And that you are becoming more and more in every moment.
This Sankalpa is your friend.
This Sankalpa is your guide.
Is now ready to turn into form and manifest as a felt reality in your life.
So for a while we will now let your Sankalpa do its work in its own ways and we will return to the physical body and allow the awareness to travel through all the different parts of the body.
Allow yourself once more to fully relax and trust that your inner wisdom combined with my guidance will provide the experience that you need today.
As we move through the body,
Repeat the body parts gently and silently in your mind so that your awareness has an anchor of support to stay awake during this part of the practice.
And we begin on the right side.
Bring your awareness to your right hand thumb.
Right hand thumb.
And really inhabit your right hand thumb.
Be fully in your right hand thumb.
Immerse yourself into this part of your soul body temple.
And then from here let's move on to the second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger.
Space between the fingers,
The tips of the fingers,
Palm of the hand,
Back of the hand,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
Waist,
Hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Calf,
Ankle,
Heel,
Sole of the foot,
Top of the foot,
Right big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
The space between the toes,
The tips of the toes.
And inhabiting,
Fully immersing yourself into the right side of your body.
From the right thumb to the right little toe.
Be at home here in the right side of your body.
And then we shift awareness and we come to the left side.
Bring your awareness to your left hand thumb.
Left hand thumb.
And also here really inhabit your left hand thumb.
Immerse yourself into this part of your soul body temple.
And then we move to the second finger,
Third finger,
Fourth finger,
Fifth finger.
Spaces between the fingers,
Tops of the fingers,
Palm of the hand,
Back of the hand,
Wrist,
Forearm,
Elbow,
Upper arm,
Shoulder,
Armpit,
Waist,
Hip,
Thigh,
Knee,
Calf,
Ankle,
Heel,
Sole of the foot,
Top of the foot,
Left big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
Fifth toe,
Space between the toes,
Top of the toes.
And then inhabit,
Fully immerse yourself into the entire left side of your body.
From the left thumb to the left little toe.
Be at home here in the left side of your body.
And then we come to the back of the body.
Bring your awareness to your right heel,
Left heel,
Right calf,
Left calf,
Right thigh,
Left thigh,
Right buttock,
Left buttock,
Lower back,
Middle back,
Upper back,
The entire spine,
Right shoulder blade,
Left shoulder blade,
Back of the neck,
Back of the head,
Then top of the head,
Forehead,
Right temple,
Left temple,
Right ear,
Left ear,
Right eyebrow,
Left eyebrow,
Middle of the eyebrows,
Right eye,
Left eye,
Right nostril,
Left nostril,
Right cheek,
Left cheek,
Upper lip,
Lower lip,
Both lips together,
Chin,
Jaw,
Throat,
Right collarbone,
Left collarbone,
Right side of the chest,
Left side of the chest,
Upper abdomen,
Navel,
Lower abdomen,
Right groin,
Left groin,
Pelvic floor.
Now the whole right leg,
Whole left leg,
Whole right arm,
Whole left arm,
The whole face,
The whole head,
The whole torso,
The whole body,
The whole body,
The whole body.
This body,
Your soul temple,
Fully inhabit your entire body.
You are completely embodied in this moment.
And as your body is resting now,
Allow your attention to flow to your breath.
Let your mind,
Let your attention rest on your breath.
Inhale and exhale,
Letting it flow as it is.
And let the exhale simply smooth out.
Without you pushing it outwards,
It slowly and gently becomes very soft at the end until it comes to a completion.
And notice there's a pause at the end of the exhale.
Let yourself rest here.
As the exhale softly comes to a completion,
Let yourself rest in the pause that welcomes you before the inhale begins.
And trust your body.
Trust your body that it will take the next inhale when it needs to.
Let your awareness rest in the pause until your body initiates the next inhale.
And stay with that for a few moments,
Letting the exhale become very soft,
Resting in the pause,
Trusting your body that the next inhale will come when it needs to.
Beautiful.
And let go of the breath.
Your body will continue breathing in its own way.
Let your awareness gently drift away from the breath.
And at this point,
I want to invite you to come back to the part of your body where your soul's potential resides,
The part of your body you identified earlier in the practice.
Connect with it and let your awareness travel there,
To this place where your soul's potential expresses itself in the form of sensations,
Feelings,
Or perhaps even color,
Form,
Energy.
Sensing and feeling once more how your soul's potential expresses itself here.
So remember it as sankalpa,
I am that.
I am that.
Now stay with your soul's potential.
And I want to ask you,
Can you invite the possibility that your soul's potential would like to communicate with you?
The sensations you have been experiencing have a message,
But there is something they have to tell you.
Just open to the possibility and see what emerges.
No need to force anything.
Maybe simply turning to the possibility is enough today.
Or there is a voice,
A whispering,
Maybe just a vibration or a pulse.
Allow your heart to softly open and listen with your heart's ears.
What is my soul trying to say?
What is it it wants me to know?
Slow down and take a few moments to open from a space of inner listening,
From a place of patience,
Of welcoming with openness.
Beautiful.
If there was something that emerged for you today,
Let any message,
Any words that might be there,
Start to fade away again and return to a pure witnessing of sensations.
Seeing whether the sensations in the area of your soul's potential have changed.
Perhaps by the means of deep listening from your heart,
Something might have changed.
Take a moment to notice,
To witness.
Very good.
Then let any sensation slowly fade away.
If your awareness was resting in a particular part of your body,
Let go of any grip that might be there,
Allowing your awareness to float freely.
For a moment,
Come back to your breath.
Once more,
Simply noticing your breath as it flows in and out very naturally.
Now notice that underneath the breath,
There is a deep silence,
A silence that is already there.
Resting,
Being.
Available for you to notice and step into.
Come aware of the silence that surrounds your breath.
From here,
Let yourself completely surrender to this silence,
Allowing body,
Soul,
Mind,
And your entire being to simply rest in this silence.
You are this silence.
This is you.
It is the ground out of which everything emerges,
Also our soul's potential.
It is the ground of being that is all time available,
All time ready to fully welcome you with your presence.
We will take a few moments to rest here,
Resting in the pure ground of being.
Aumento And out of this silence,
Start to again include your physical body.
Become aware of your physical body deeply at rest,
Floating in this ocean of silence.
And invite your soul once more to find its space in your experience.
Notice that there is a unity and a parallel existence of body,
Soul and silence.
They are dancing next to each other,
With each other,
Co-creating the beauty that is waiting to manifest from the abundant field of infinite possibilities.
Take a leap of faith and allow this emergence to happen.
And with this,
The practice of Yoga Nidra is now complete.
