Hello everybody and welcome to this meditation to help you refocus your motivation.

Let's begin by taking a moment to settle your body into a comfortable position.

You may choose to close your eyes or keep them slightly open with a soft focus.

Whatever feels right for you.

Allow your shoulders and belly to relax.

And now let's take a full breath into the body and a long slow breath out.

Let's do that one more time.

Take a full breath in and now release.

And now I'd like you to call to mind something where you might be feeling a lack of motivation.

Perhaps it's with a task at work or a project you've been putting off at home.

Maybe it's repairing a relationship issue with a friend or family member.

Whatever the issue is,

I invite you to listen to the following questions and simply see what comes to mind.

And now ask yourself when it comes to this issue,

What is my greatest aspiration?

What about this particular issue is most important to me?

What might be getting in the way of me addressing this issue?

And how do I want to show up in relationship to this issue?

Now take a few moments to notice what comes to mind and how you feel when you consider those questions.

No judgement,

Just curiosity.

And now ask yourself the following questions.

If this issue was in progress or completed,

What would that mean to me?

If this issue was in progress or completed,

What would that feel like?

See if you can really feel that feeling,

Allowing yourself to fully absorb it.

And as you experience these feelings of accomplishment,

Consider how you can access this place again the next time you face a similar issue.

How can you use these feelings as a source of focus?

Can these feelings serve as a motivation for you to engage?

And finally ask yourself,

What is my intention going forward?

And as this practice comes to an end,

I encourage you to make time to reflect on what intention you would like to hold for yourself and what things you can let go of.

And now let's finish with a full deep breath into the body.

And a long slow breath out.

And when you are ready,

Gently bring your awareness back to the room and open your eyes.

Once again,

Thank you for joining me and have an amazing day.

A very simple, short but helpful refocus! Exactly what I needed. Love the positive outcomes and sense of achievement as the guide. Thank you. x
