Hello!

Welcome to this short yet effective practice to come back into alignment.

For this practice I invite you to get into a comfortable position that still allows your spine to be straight and then closing your eyes when you're ready.

Bringing your attention inwards,

Start taking deep,

Slow breaths all the way down into your belly.

In and out through your nose,

Noticing the expansion of your belly with your inhales and then as it falls down with your exhales,

Releasing and letting go whatever doesn't serve you in this moment.

And notice if there are any emotions or sensations present in your body,

Gently witnessing them,

Meeting them with kindness,

And allowing your breath to support you with releasing them,

Letting go of all the things that are not in alignment.

And now I invite you to bring your attention to your spine and visualize a golden thread that moves from the top of your head all the way down your spine to the base of your spine.

Golden thread.

Seeing it,

Visualizing it,

Feeling it.

And I want you to repeat several times the phrase,

I am coming back to alignment.

I am coming back to alignment.

And for the next few minutes of this practice,

I invite you to breathe up and down your spine,

Inhaling and moving up your spine,

Following the golden thread,

And then exhaling,

Moving down your spine,

Following the golden thread.

And with every exhale,

You have an opportunity to release whatever doesn't serve you,

Whatever is not in alignment.

Taking deep,

Slow breaths and staying so present with all of your experiences.

And it's time for you to return back to your normal breathing,

Noticing how you're feeling,

Gently coming back to your space.

I hope you feel much more aligned now and are ready to continue with your day.

May it unfold in a beautiful way.

Thank you so much for joining me in this practice.

Till next time.
