Hello and welcome to this practice that holds the intention of supporting you to connect deeper to your truth.

It can be used as a way to access your inner knowing,

Your inner guidance or it is a way just to connect to your true self behind all the masks we hold,

The fears,

The doubts,

The beliefs.

So either way,

You are welcomed,

Please take a comfortable seat,

It will be the best for you to have your spine straight as the alignment is very crucial for our own connection.

So having the spine straight is very supportive in this case.

So take a second to get really comfortable,

Having this time and space for yourself,

Minimize any distractions.

And as you sit,

I want you to land into your body,

Bringing your consciousness and all parts of self back to your body right in this present moment.

Take deeper breaths either in your belly or in your heart space,

To whatever feels more aligned,

Just taking beautiful big breaths in and out,

Not forcing them,

Being very gentle with yourself.

And as you breathe deeply,

Allow more of yourself to come through,

To get back home into your body to this moment.

Notice how your belly and your chest expands and contracts as you breathe.

Maybe noticing the quality of the air,

Bringing your full focus and attention to your body and the sensations.

Relaxing any tension in your body,

Noticing if there is any gripping or contraction.

You can gently breathe into those spaces and just relax,

Allowing every single muscle in your body to relax,

To unwind.

Noticing the state of your mind,

It's ok if it's busy and wired,

It's very human to have these experiences.

Just gently breathe in and out,

Allowing all the noise to quiet down.

Going deeper into your body,

Into your heart space or into your belly,

Taking deep,

Beautiful breaths in and out.

And as you are going deeper and deeper into your body,

Just notice if there are any sensations arising,

Any emotions,

Tension.

Just notice that,

Give it space and observe.

Not trying to change anything but by being present,

Giving your precious attention to all these different aspects of self.

And if it's difficult,

It's challenging,

Just deep breathe in and out,

Focusing on that specific sensation or thought,

Creating space and letting go.

And let's drop even deeper,

I want you to keep connecting to your heart or to your gut,

Whatever intuitively feels right for you.

And imagine as with every single breath,

You are dropping deeper.

So imagine as you are breathing out,

You are dropping deeper into that space.

If you like to visualize,

You can imagine as you are taking steps down or moving down the ladder.

Whatever is supportive,

Allow your own body,

Your consciousness to guide you,

To show you what is the exact way,

The best way for you to do it.

So taking deep breaths in and breathing out and dropping deeper into your center point.

Connecting to your own truth,

Your own wisdom,

Your knowing that only you have access to.

So many times we are searching for answers outside of ourselves,

Trying to find guidance but only you know everything that you need to know,

All the truth,

All the wisdom.

And yes,

It's important to hear the guidance from the outside sources as it can be very very supportive,

But claiming back your knowing and your power as you are your own best guide,

Your own best teacher.

And using this practice as an opportunity to strengthen your connection to that part of self.

So connecting to your center point,

Whatever that feels for you,

There is no right or wrong,

It's very unique,

This process.

Every single person has very unique experience,

Really deciding to trust,

To trust yourself in this moment.

And notice if any tension came up,

Maybe you can feel any contraction,

Any thoughts,

Doubts.

Just acknowledging them and connect back to the intention you had for this practice,

Whatever you wanted to receive and knowing about anything happening in your life or you just in search of guidance for your next step.

Maybe you were just drawn to this practice to connect deeper to yourself.

So bringing back that intention and just feel into it.

What do you want to receive from yourself in this moment?

What do you want to receive?

And ask that question or state your intention and just allow,

Not trying to look for anything but creating space for anything to arise.

There are so many ways to receive a message.

Just trusting your own process,

Whatever that is for you.

Could be some glimpses,

Images,

Symbols,

Maybe you can hear something but also it can be nothing and that's also perfectly fine.

Just continue focusing on this space,

Allowing whatever wants to arise to arise.

Focusing on your breath,

If your mind feels busy,

It's okay if it does.

Just bring your attention back to your breath and allow that to support you in this moment.

And notice if there are any sensations,

Feelings,

Emotions arising as lots of time we carry a lot in our fields during the day and as we get time that we can be very quiet,

All those things can arise as they want to be seen by you.

So if anything arises in this moment,

It's perfect because connecting deeper to yourself it's also about how you truly feel,

How your heart feels,

How your body feels.

It's not necessary about just the guidance for your future or for your life.

Connecting deeper to what you truly feel is actually very,

Very important.

And we often overlook that.

So seeing the beauty of this moment,

Whatever it is for you,

Whatever is a lot of things happening or if there is not much happening,

It's all beautiful,

It's all perfect.

Continue connecting to your inner center point,

To your body,

To your breath,

Keeping your attention inwards and I will leave you for some minutes in silence so you can connect,

You can journal if that works for you,

If that supports you,

You can just spend this time in silence and feeling your inner being,

Your fullness,

The full expression of who you are.

And you can stay even longer in this space if that's what is right for you but I'm going to be closing this practice and just bring your attention back to your body,

To your physical space,

Bring some movement to your fingers,

Your toes,

Taking time to gently stretch and to bring yourself back into your space.

Noticing how this practice was for you,

What was your experience,

What you have received from yourself and feeling the gratitude to yourself for the time you took to connect And may this be your daily practice,

Whatever way you want to connect yourself,

Whatever serves,

Whatever brings you joy and excitement,

But having time every single day to connect deeper to yourself,

To your body,

To your emotions,

Whatever wants to be seen in that moment.
