Welcome!

This practice is a very effective way of resetting our nervous system,

Our body and our whole being,

Bringing it to the space of ease.

It is very much centered around a specific way of breathing and I'm going to be guiding you through it.

So,

I invite you to get into a comfortable position,

Closing your eyes when you are ready and start taking deep,

Slow,

Conscious breaths all the way down into your belly.

As you inhale,

Let your belly expand and allow that expansion to move into your ribcage,

Feeling it widen from front to back and side to side.

At the top of the inhale,

Take in just a little more air and imagine your breath gently expanding beyond your physical body,

As if you are inflating a balloon that stretches just a few centimeters past your ribcage.

Pause here in this space of expansion and then slowly exhale,

Releasing all the air from your lungs.

Breathe in and out through your nose and allow your full attention to rest on the sensations of each breath,

The rise and fall,

The expansion and contraction,

Moment by moment.

Feeling the expansion of your belly,

Of your diaphragm and then gently pushing your breath outside of your physical body and pausing for a moment at the peak of that expansion and then slowly releasing your breath.

And stay so fully present with your breathing,

With your body,

With any emotions or sensations that are part of your experience,

Creating space for whatever is present for you and allowing your breath to move away whatever doesn't serve you any longer.

And as you inhale,

You are creating space for ease,

Peace,

Stillness,

Grace,

Lightness.

And with your exhales,

You're letting go of the tension,

Density,

Heaviness,

Stress,

Overwhelm,

Frustration and anything else that does not serve you any longer,

Allowing your breath to take away all the things that are not in alignment with you.

And you got to the end of this practice.

I invite you to return back to your normal way of breathing and take a moment to notice how you're feeling,

How your body is feeling.

And I hope you have experienced the shift and you're feeling so much more spaciousness and ease within your own being.

Thank you so much for joining me in this practice.

Have a wonderful rest of your day.

Till the next time!
