Welcome to a guided tapping exercise to help you let go of anxiety,

Any grief,

And cultivate joy and gratitude.

So get comfortable,

Whether you are seated upright in a chair,

On a cushion,

Or sitting on your bed.

Take a moment to tune in with how you feel about joy.

If you can,

Rate the feeling,

Whether that's feeling uncertain about how to cultivate joy,

Or feeling anxious in this moment,

On the scale from 1 to 10.

Now let's start tapping,

Starting at the karate chop point,

The area underneath the pinky.

Even though I feel uncertain about cultivating more joy in my life,

I trust that I am capable of manifesting a more positive experience.

Even though I feel held back from feeling joy because of a challenging situation,

It's okay that I feel this way.

Even though I feel a bit hopeless,

I choose to express gratitude for the small joys present in my life.
