Welcome to this brief meditation to rekindle our oneness with everyone and everything.

When you're ready,

Find a comfortable seat and gently close your eyes and take your inner gaze to your heart,

The center of your heart,

What ancient wisdom calls the seat of the soul.

And as you breathe,

Imagine breathing in and out of the heart as if the heart itself were breathing you.

Notice the expansion of the heart as you inhale and the softening,

The surrender as you exhale.

Inhaling expansion,

Exhaling softening,

Breathing in and out of the heart center.

Ernest Holmes said,

There is but one life,

One body of love,

And all are a part of it,

One perfect being.

So here in the quiet of this moment,

In the peace and beauty of this day,

Say gently to yourself in the voice of your mind,

There is but one life,

One body of love,

And all are a part of it,

One perfect being.

And allow yourself to melt into this unified field as you relax into this open field of spacious and connected awareness.

And as the Buddha said,

Gladden your heart,

Gladden your heart in this unified field of spacious and connected awareness.

And in the gladness of your heart,

Imagine a beautiful flower at the center of your heart.

What could be any blossom,

Any flower of your choosing,

Move your gaze on the flower of your heart and notice its petals,

Its color,

Perhaps you could even imagine its fragrance and come closer to this flower at the center of your heart.

See the center of this flower at the center of your heart,

Seeing it as a portal.

And move yourself through this flower at the center of your heart,

Moving into the centermost place of the heart.

And notice the web of connectivity all around you,

A scintillating golden web of life that connects all that is.

Letting this web of life come into your awareness and let your mind begin to wander in awe,

Having a felt sense of the connection through the web of life all around you.

Notice how it emanates from the center of your being.

This expanding golden web of life connects your physical body to the earth below you,

To the sky around you,

To the waters,

Streams,

Rivers,

And oceans.

Feeling this connection through this web of life to the land around you,

To our mother earth and beyond.

Experiencing yourself as part of this ever-expanding connection to source,

To all that is,

To everything and everyone.

Sensing a connection to all that is seen and to all that is unseen.

Immersing yourself in this scintillating golden web that brings everything to source and from source.

And if there is anything or anyone that you have turned away from,

A person,

A condition,

An experience,

Turn your awareness gently to it.

Just observe it and begin to look for a small thread of connection,

A connection to source,

A small thread of life that you can offer up that can weave this oneness back to source.

Weaving this oneness through all aspects of life.

See how everything comes from source and returns to source.

Everything and everyone connected to source.

Continue to expand this connective web,

Scintillating golden web of life from source to everyone,

Everything and every aspect of your being.

And say to yourself in the voice of your mind,

There is but one life,

One body of love and all are a part of it.

And take a deep,

Full breath in,

Returning through the portal of your heart,

Fully present and aware to this very moment,

This space open and receptive to the connectivity,

The web of life all around you,

Creating,

Sustaining,

Revealing,

Concealing and supporting this web of life where you have your divine being.

We are the one and perfect being and so it is.

Svaha.
