This is a meditation on a specific situation you would like to reflect on.

Connect with your breathing,

Feel yourself breathing in and out,

Allow yourself to see to notice where you are,

Hear the sounds around you,

Feel the air on your skin,

Whether it's coolness or warmth,

And start clearing the space on the inside,

Whatever comes put it on an imaginable shell,

Thoughts,

Emotions,

Situations,

Just clear the space,

Any difficult emotion appears,

Frustration,

Put it on that imaginary shell,

Don't worry,

It's going to be there check whether there is a space opening inside of you,

Breathe into that space,

Allow it to expand allow yourself to feel the lightness,

The peace and the relaxation of the inside,

And breathe into that space gently,

Kindly,

Compassionately,

It's your home and now bring a specific situation into your mind,

Something that happened recently,

Recall what you felt what did you do at that time,

Where were you,

And bring these feelings,

Thoughts,

The situation bring it from your mind into your body,

Feel the situation in your body in that clear space and notice what is happening,

Perhaps an anger or frustration appear,

Just describe it to yourself don't judge,

Don't block,

Just allow it to be,

Just observe it in your clear space just check in with your experience now,

How is it,

Has it changed,

Just allow it to be gently observe how the situation is for you,

Let yourself breathe it's okay to stay with a situation that is unclear,

Or that brings difficult emotions to us don't rush into anger,

Just allow it to be,

Just allow it to develop on the inside and slowly we're going to close this exercise,

You don't need to sort out anything,

You don't need to make any decisions you are just allowing yourself to experience the situation the way it is let yourself breathe in,

Breathe in,
