Relaxing Meditation for Deep sleep. This is the best way to recode the mind before sleep. When we sleep, we shut our analytical conscious mind but our unconscious mind is fully active, the part of your mind which is responsible for what you do 95% of the time. When you allow yourself to sleep in a state of gratitude and relaxation, then you are preparing yourself to experience more of this state the following day. I hope you enjoy this short meditation. It works like Magic!

Simply close your eyes and get comfortable.

Take a nice big deep breath.

As you breathe out,

Let go of any stress.

Once again,

Take another big deep breath.

As you breathe out,

Feel your body letting go of any stress.

Just allow your thoughts to come and go.

Allow your belly to soften.

Relax your shoulders.

Just be aware of your breath.

You didn't have to think about breathing.

It's just happening on its own.

You don't have to worry about where the next breath is going to come from.

Isn't that marvelous?

As you continue to be aware of your breath,

Notice the breath moving in and out through the nose.

Remember how precious this one breath is and the next one.

And then bring your awareness to your heart.

Feel the heartbeat.

Perhaps if it is quiet enough,

Then you can even hear your heartbeat.

Stay aware of your breath and also your heartbeat.

In gratitude for this breath and the heartbeat.

And still aware of the breath and the heartbeat,

Bring your awareness to the space between your eyes.

Feel the buzz inside your head.

The top of your head.

Back of your head.

Your neck.

And your shoulders.

Still aware of your breath,

Your heartbeat,

Your head.

And now bring your awareness to your body.

Here.

Your lungs breathing,

Heart beating,

Trillions of cells working together in harmony right now.

Just to keep you alive.

Still aware of your breath,

Your heartbeat,

Your head,

Your body.

And now bring your awareness to your thought.

Your mind,

This part of you can think and thoughts turn to feelings and feelings turn to actions.

Not always in that order.

And that defines your energy.

And your energy attracts your experiences.

It's all happening by itself.

We have this body,

A marvelous instrument of consciousness to experience whatever reality we want to experience.

You have everything you need to awaken.

Give thanks to all that you have experienced and all that is on its way to you.

Feel grateful that all you need is within you.

Just allow yourself to sink in this abundance of life within you.

Be aware of your breath.

Stay in this space of gratitude and deep relaxation.

At peace with everything.

Feeling safe.

Feeling comfortable.

Slowly relaxed.

As you slowly drift away into deep sleep.

Feeling relaxed.

Calm.

Deep sleep.

Thank you.
