This is my personal practice that I have had great success with. It begins with grounding, an essential piece of holding boundaries and safety in the body. Then breath: experience the soothing flow of your Torus energy field — a gentle loop that rises through your center and circles around your body like a protective halo. This practice nurtures calm, restores your nervous system, and creates a felt sense of safety and containment from within. Finishing with aligning yourself with the frequencies of gratitude and abundance. This practice is short yet profoundly powerful.

Good morning.

My name is Kali.

After exploring countless different practices,

This is a practice I have designed for myself that I find extremely powerful.

Begin sitting comfortably with your eyes softly closed and your back straight.

Becoming aware of your breath.

Allowing it to gently deepen.

Visualize a field and see yourself sitting on the earth.

In your mind's eye,

See light or an anchor and it can take on any visual form.

It could be golden light,

A rainbow,

An actual steel anchor.

Coming out of your perineum or your pelvic floor and dropping heavily deep into the earth.

This anchor is weighted and it moves at the speed of light.

Anchoring all the way down to the center of the earth.

Connecting you deeply with Mother Earth.

This is your grounding.

This is an essential process with a sensitive soul.

Imagine a gentle glowing line running up through the center of your body.

From your pelvic floor or perineum through your spine to the crown of your head.

This is the central axis of your torus.

Your energy field.

As you inhale now,

Imagine energy flowing up through your perineum,

Through your midline and billowing outward at the top of your head like a fountain.

Let that energy fall in a soft arc around your body.

Down the sides of your body like a protective waterfall.

As you exhale,

Imagine that same energy curling underneath your feet and rising back up through your center.

Completing a looping circle around you.

A torus field.

As you inhale,

You breathe in through your perineum up through your central line.

Feeling that energy,

That prana,

That life force coming up through the center of your body and out the top of your head.

Feel it waterfall down the sides of your body,

Around your body,

Creating a protective field.

Breathing in again,

Breathe that light up your central line.

And as you exhale,

Be aware of that energy,

That breath flowing out like a waterfall down the sides of your body.

Continue this slow circular visualization of your breath.

Sense yourself contained within a soft luminous bubble,

This field.

Inside this bubble,

You are safe,

Whole,

Complete.

Now bring your attention to the center of your chest,

Your heart chakra.

Visualize golden light coming from the sky,

Landing in the center of your chest.

Feel its warmth.

As you inhale,

Visualize this golden light expanding in your chest,

Coming down from the heavens.

Feel its warmth expanding.

Maybe even sense some tingling sensations in your chest.

Can you sense the lightness it creates?

And this energy from the heavens combines with this energy you've breathed in up through your perineum from the earth,

And they combine in your body.

Your heart feels warm and light.

In your mind,

Name three things you are grateful for.

I am grateful for.

I am aligned with a frequency of gratitude and abundance.

Today,

I will give and receive gratefully.
