Welcome,
Dear one,
To my talk in reflection on pausing or slowing down to receive.
I feel this is something everybody needs to reflect on time and time again.
Why do I feel as such?
Because once you do,
You can gain new awareness for all areas of your life,
Which means you will begin to direct your life in more meaningful ways.
This can shift things more in your favor,
Boost your energy levels,
And it will give you more opportunity to see and feel the sweetness of life.
And isn't that a beautiful thing?
Let me start with how we have been programmed from a very young age to measure our worth based upon the idea of always doing more,
More,
And more,
Staying busier than we need,
Which in some ways convinces us that we are more valuable or more worthy.
There seems to be a glorified message that you will receive a medal of some sort for being burnt out at some points in your life.
It acts as a marker of some sort to indicate you're making real progression.
That is far from the truth.
Let me assure you of this.
Slowing down each day to reset and not moving so fast is often considered a weakness in our society.
This is not true at all.
You must consciously remind yourself that you can move in a pace of grace or find it within once you give yourself permission to.
And a pace of grace is simply finding and living in the sweet and harmonious rhythm with life.
I used to feel so rushed,
Anxious,
On to the next thing,
Convincing myself that the more that I did,
The more I was achieving.
Again,
So not true entirely because it was not from a conscious level of awareness.
Now let's talk about the energy of rushing and not taking time to pause each day and how it affects you.
When you are always rushing,
Feeling hurried,
Moving like an energizer bunny,
Tuning into what's next,
You're not only not in the present moments,
But you are feeding and sending out an energy of resistance into the universe.
Take a moment to think about this.
This in turn is affecting your mood,
Your energy levels,
Prosperity,
Relationships,
And your overall health and flow with life.
There seems to be little to no peace within you or outside of you.
Let me remind you that movement,
A fast paced life doesn't necessarily mean progression.
Take a moment to understand this.
Most of our actions and commitments that we make or accept are done from an unconscious conditioned space within us.
And because we are so rushed daily,
We rarely create or have time to focus on if our actions and thoughts are in alignment to our truth.
And if we are experiencing a quality life.
Think about this just for a moment.
Here are some benefits of pausing or slowing down daily for you to remember.
Pausing or slowing down to receive sends out a lighter energy into the universe.
It sounds something like this.
I am more open to receiving for my greater good.
Pausing,
Slowing down creates more room to feel happier and clearer.
Pausing and slowing down helps to reset,
Regenerate your mind and body.
Pausing and slowing down boosts your energy levels.
Pausing and slowing down raises your vibration.
Pausing and slowing down impacts productivity and creativity in a more positive way.
Pausing and slowing down allows space for deeper self-reflection.
And pausing and slowing down helps you communicate and hear better with yourself,
Others and source energy.
Make some conscious moments to understand these benefits and how they may affect your vibration,
Body,
Mind and life overall.
Let me share with you some more strong and loving reminders of slowing down and pausing.
Choosing to pause or slowing down doesn't mean you're falling behind.
Choosing to pause or slowing down doesn't mean you're going to miss out on something.
What's meant for you will always come to you.
Choosing to pause or slowing down doesn't mean you are weak.
Rather,
It allows you to create room to feel and be more connected,
Conscious about who you are and more conscious about life.
Choosing to pause and slowing down does not mean you're not progressing.
I strongly encourage you to return to these reminders as often as needed.
Give them permission to rewire your brain and body through repetition.
Now let's incorporate some pausing affirmations.
I suggest you close your eyes right now,
Place your hands at your heart center to help activate it.
And you can repeat after me or just listen to my words and allow yourself to really feel these affirmations.
I allow myself to slow down and listen to my internal guidance.
I allow myself to consciously stop and notice the sweetness that life has to offer.
I am open to understanding the clarity I will receive when I choose to pause.
It's okay for me to slow down and move in a pace of grace.
Today I allow myself to breathe with awareness and release the desires to rush.
I will take in each moment as fully as I can,
Allowing divine guidance to come through.
I will listen to my body's desires,
Rest when called to do so.
In doing so,
I am resetting to show up stronger.
Please take care of yourself and begin today to incorporate some of these messages from my recording in your life.
Your energy is so precious.
One way to be more aware of it is by understanding where you can slow down daily so you can start to show up feeling better as you move through your days and in your life.
