Take a deep breath and completely relax.

Relax your mind down into your body.

Don't control the breathing.

Simply observe the breath lightly.

Allow bodily sensations to be as they are.

Don't make thoughts a problem.

Allow your thoughts to arise.

Don't control or follow them.

Relax with any discomfort in the body.

Give it permission to be there.

Relax with any unease in the mind.

Give it permission to be there.

Let go.

Don't try.

Allow the mind to be vast.

Let go of the past.

Let go of the future.

Allow what arises.

Let go of control,

Fear,

Resistance.

Let go of judgment.

With each exhalation,

Open a little more.

Let go of someone or something you may be holding onto.

Breathe out that memory and let it go.

With each exhalation,

Let go of one more thing,

Whatever comes to mind.

A sensation,

An emotion,

A feeling,

A relationship,

A person,

A fear.
