Hello and welcome to your daily unshakable morning practice.

This is something that you can do every morning to calibrate yourself and feel exactly how you wish to feel and stepping in every day to exactly who you want to be.

I would highly recommend that you use this every day for a week,

For a month,

For a year and watch the compounding effect of taking the time to show up as you every morning.

Now,

I would find yourself as comfortable as possible,

As undistracted as possible,

Turning on your Do Not Disturb.

Remember,

This is a time for you to calibrate to yourself before you show up in your day.

So I would,

You can sit straight up,

You can lie down.

Just make sure you're putting yourself in a position where you're going to have the least amount of body signals telling you to move or shift so that you can go deeper.

Now let's begin.

We're going to start with a deep inhale in the belly and we're going to exhale.

Now this is going to be a little bit more rapid than we normally breathe.

And so you may find yourself a little bit caught up in the breath and feeling out of breath or even maybe feeling a little bit of emotion and fear bubbling up or surfacing.

This is totally normal.

Everything from tingling sensations to lightheadedness is super normal.

So I would encourage you to try and push through.

You're getting enough oxygen,

Clearly,

But just try and push through and tap into this.

If you do really feel a state that you're not going to be able to reach a level with,

If you're getting into a state that's not serving you,

Just pause,

Close your mouth,

Take a nice slow inhale in your nose,

And then jump back in when you can.

So here we go.

Ready?

Deep inhale with the mouth.

Keep going.

Maintain that cadence.

You'll notice building that heat within your body.

You're already feeling sensations.

Lean in.

Trust that you're getting the air that you need.

Keep going.

What do you want to let go of today?

What do you need to clear out?

What do you need to release?

Remember,

Sound helps energy move.

If you need to sigh it out,

If you need to vocalize,

If you need to yell,

Releasing the breath,

Releasing sounds,

Releasing those emotions.

Trust that your body knows what it's doing.

You are wise beyond your belief.

Your body is ancient and wise.

It has a design.

Follow it.

Lean into the edges of your design.

As you exhale,

If you need to shake it out,

If you need to express,

If that emotion needs to be released,

Use sound,

Use movement.

This is for you.

This is your healing,

Moving organically.

Allow,

Receive,

Clear it out.

We're going to move into our second phase here.

Take a deep inhale.

Hold.

Hold.

Hold.

Hold at the top.

Connect now with how you want to show up today to your life.

What do you want to feel?

What do you want yourself to fully step into and embody?

Who do you want to be?

See it clearly.

When you feel you're ready to let it go,

You can let it go.

Become empty.

Trust in the safety of your body.

Take a slow inhale and exhale.

Take a cadence like that of an ocean.

Allow yourself to melt.

Enjoy the tingling.

Enjoy the sensations.

Just enjoy that safety and relief.

How good can you let yourself feel in who you are?

Enjoying that vision,

Becoming one with it.

What do you want others to feel from you today in your life?

What do you want to be known for?

What does that embody?

What is no longer you?

Trust what's coming up and release it.

Thank it,

Breathing in that slow ocean cadence.

As things come up,

Thank them for presenting themselves to you and release.

Thank it and set it free.

Keep with that ocean cadence.

Rock yourself back and forth into comfort.

Breathe your body,

Your soul,

Your mind,

Your heart back into view.

Coming back home in that every single ocean breath.

Remember who you are.

Deep breaths.

Beautiful.

Breathe in one more time.

Deep breath.

Fully exhale.

Let it all go.

Hold it out.

Stay empty.

Pour it out.

Become empty.

Hold it.

Trust in the safety.

You are safe here.

You are completely and totally safe and at home and all is well.

Hold it out.

When you're ready and you feel that prompt,

Allow yourself to breathe in gratitude,

Peace,

Joy,

Safety,

Whatever it is you need to feel most.

Just breathe it in all the way.

Call it and command it.

Release.

Release that back out into the universe.

If you breathed in gratitude,

Breathe out gratitude.

If you breathed in security,

Breathe out security.

Breathe it in for yourself and send it out to the world.

Tune in to everything that is buzzing within you and trust that energy.

It is beautifully perfect.

It came from you,

From within you.

As it manifests,

That is a miracle.

You are a miracle.

You are in between heaven and earth.

Your life and who you are is here to translate heaven to earth.

Then you can come back to this place every day.

No one and no thing can take this from you.

You are exactly safe to be exactly this and safe to let go of anything that is not that.

You are safe to be here.

You are safe to go there.

This is your sacred home.

Notice any tingling that has faded to pull all of your energy back into your heart and ready to show up in the world.

When you are ready,

Begin to feel some movement in your fingers,

Your toes,

In your spine.

When you are ready,

You can open your eyes.
