Find a quiet and comfortable place to sit for several minutes.
Starting to slow down,
Gently closing your eyes and starting to bring awareness to your breath as it flows in and out through your body.
There is nowhere to be and there is nothing to do.
This is a place of peace,
Not a place for judgment.
Bringing your awareness as your breath flows in and out through your nose.
On the inhale,
Straightening your back and on the exhale,
Softening your shoulders,
Letting them drop down.
Your hands falling to your knees,
Facing up for receiving.
Finding a moment of stillness here.
Inhaling,
Bringing the breath in through your belly all the way up into your heart.
Nice long exhales,
Letting our body know that we're okay and we're in a safe place.
Now I want you to picture a beautiful waterfall that's nestled deep within a canyon.
What does your area look like?
Are there trees?
Are there birds?
What is the scenery like?
What is the color of the water?
Is it muddy?
Is it bright and vibrant?
Blue or green?
Is it so clear that you can see through the water?
What does your beautiful waterfall look like that's nestled deep within a canyon?
Now start to pay attention and hear the rushing water.
Watch the steady flow of the droplets.
Now imagine this waterfall is overflowing with your accomplishments and your successes.
All the things that make you proud to be who you are.
Taking a moment to focus on all the big and all the small things that have made you who you are.
Visualize yourself moving to stand directly underneath the waterfall.
Feel the flow of all of your achievements and your successes washing over you.
How does it feel to bask in your own worthiness?
How does it feel to take a moment to pause and appreciate your achievements and your successes?
So much of our life is spent going and moving without pausing to enjoy the small things.
Especially women,
We forget how to stop and just embrace and celebrate our accomplishments and our successes.
Taking a few more breaths here as you breathe in the vibrant good energy that comes with all of this,
That comes with appreciating your worthiness and exhaling anything stale that no longer serves you out of your body.
Now repeating after me either to yourself or aloud,
I cannot make you happy but I can commit to support you in the creation of your own happiness.
Remembering that you are the only person that you can make happy.
Now as we bring this meditation to a close,
