In this meditation you will be mindfully creating space for the new within your mind, body, and heart. You will first let go of any thoughts that are not serving you. You will then release anything you are holding within your body that no longer aligns with you. You will then tap into your heart to set free what is ready to go. Finally, you will create new by intentionally choosing what you want to cultivate within your mind, body, and heart.

Today's meditation is called Mindset Freedom,

And I'm super excited to share this practice with you because I think that it is a fundamental key tool to have in our mindset toolbox of realizing when it's time to let go of something that we are stuck on in our thoughts and our bodies and our hearts in order to create space for the new.

So that's what we're going to do today.

Prepare for this meditation by gently slowing your breath.

I'm going to do a little bit of vagal breathing,

Which will activate your parasympathetic nervous system.

And to do that,

We're just going to have equal inhales and exhales.

Just breathe in.

Breathe out.

See if you can make your breath a cyclical rhythm,

In and out.

As you continue this breath,

Open your heart.

As you feel your heart opening,

Give yourself permission to let go.

If they aren't already,

Please gently close your eyes.

I'm going to ask you a few questions with space in between.

Just allow your answers to come to the surface and then float away.

Right now,

In this moment,

What thoughts are you ready to release?

Tap into your mind.

What thoughts aren't serving you?

Whatever they are,

Place no judgment.

Just witness them and let them go.

What is your body ready to let go of?

Tension?

Pain?

Sadness?

Fears?

What is your body ready to let go of?

Once again,

Witness it,

Bring your awareness to it,

And then let it go.

What is set within your heart is ready to be set free.

Now that you have released,

You have created freedom in your mind,

Your body,

And heart.

So now let's create new.

Again,

I'm going to ask you three questions,

Giving you space between.

What new mindset are you ready to embody?

What new actions are you ready to take that support your body?

And what are you ready to cultivate within your heart?

Let's come back to the even breathing,

Just gently inhaling and exhaling.

Let your breath flow.

Take a moment to check in with yourself and how you feel.

Hopefully if you're able to let some things go,

You feel the shift.

It's amazing sometimes if we are just aware of what it is that we're feeling stuck on or holding on to that's not serving us.

By letting it go and then reframing with the new that we want to create,

Creates the shift in that moment.

So come back to this practice anytime you're feeling stuck or down or upset or frustrated and you just want to create a positive shift for yourself.

Please come back to this moment,

Gently open your eyes.
