In this bedtime (or rest time) meditation, I will gently guide your breath and awareness to move through each of your chakras, and your energy centers. This practice will softly guide your energy, your senses, and your mind and body toward relaxation and restoration. Get comfortable for this meditation and feel free to fall asleep if that calls to you. Ritualizing this practice at the end of your day will establish a flow of calming energy, allowing you to release any blocks or extra energy from the day, and embody peacefulness within. If you would like to deepen this practice, begin your day with "Morning Chakra Awakening, Opening, And Healing". This is the morning version of this meditation and will awaken and enliven your energy following this restorative session.
