
90 Second Practice For Emotional Release And Resiliency

Science shows that with just 90 mindful seconds, you can move through emotion and build emotional resiliency. This meditation is the practice that will allow you to experience emotional freedom, which is so beneficial for your emotional and physical health. In 90 seconds you will acknowledge the physical sensations you are holding within your body, you will then label this emotion, and finally that somatic connection allows the emotion to move through you. Practice this meditation daily, use it when you are overwhelmed stressed, sad, or lonely. And then, at the end of the meditation, you will claim the new emotion that you want to hold, to embody.
