Hello and welcome to this guided meditation to help support you while on a fertility journey.

This meditation is aimed at anyone currently attempting to conceive,

Whether naturally or through IVF or any other medical means.

My name is Julie Ila Grace,

And I am honored to be your meditation guide today.

Before we begin,

I'd like to invite you to practice today with a profound sense of compassion and nonjudgmental awareness.

There is no need to judge your thoughts,

Your feelings,

Or yourself in any way.

Try to simply be with whatever may come up for you,

And feel yourself welcoming deep healing into this space.

Now begin by finding a quiet,

Comfortable place to either sit or lie down.

Use any props that will support you,

Whether blankets,

Cushions,

Bolsters,

Or anything else,

And allow yourself to be fully supported,

Warm,

And even cozy as you practice today.

Once you've found that comfortable position,

Close your eyes and take a few deep inhales through the nose,

And then exhale,

Either sighing or blowing the air out of the mouth.

Imagine that with every inhale,

You are bringing a calm and peaceful light into your body,

And imagine that that light is penetrating deeply into your cells,

And breaking up accumulated stress and tension.

And then imagine that with every exhale,

That stress and tension is being released.

In a moment,

We will begin a visualization,

During which time you will only hear the music in the background.

You can do this visualization either methodically or intuitively.

Simply allow yourself to respond in whatever way serves you right now.

So for this visualization,

Imagine that with each inhale,

There is light beginning to move through different parts of your body.

For example,

Down one arm,

Then the other,

Down one arm,

Then the other,

Through the spine,

Down one leg,

Etc.

Or again,

You can do this more intuitively by allowing the breath and the light to direct itself.

But just imagine again that with each inhale,

You are bringing light into your body,

And with each exhale,

You are releasing anything that needs releasing.

Avoid judging anything here,

And just allow yourself to be with whatever comes to you.

So taking about 10 breaths here,

Just keep visualizing that light as you relax deeper deeper and deeper,

And allow the healing music to simply support you.

Coming back now,

Feel your breath,

Body,

And mind as deeply connected in this moment.

As we move further into the practice,

Avoid attaching to or judging any thoughts or feelings that may come up.

Practice being an observer as well as a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

Pause and consider the energy that you give when you embrace or support a loved one in some way.

Reflect on the energy transferred when you speak kindly and lovingly to another being,

Or when someone speaks kindly and lovingly to you.

Consider that there are studies demonstrating that speaking kindly to plants helps them to flourish,

While bullying plants can actually cause them to wilt,

Fail to thrive,

And in some cases,

Even die.

Again,

Without attaching any judgment,

Reflect on how you speak to and about your body and yourself,

Particularly on this journey.

How would you feel if you heard someone speaking to a loved one in a way that was Does your self-talk make your body and energy shrink or thrive?

For most of us,

There are places in our self-talk that can be improved.

Again,

There is nothing to judge here.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

You are a conductor of energy.

There is nothing to judge here.

You are simply building an awareness and empowering yourself in this practice.

Remember,

Whatever you practice,

You get better at.

So if you practice speaking lovingly and kindly to yourself and to your body,

You will get better at such self-talk.

But unfortunately,

If you speak unkindly to yourself and to your body,

You will get better at that too.

So let's begin to build an energy of gratitude for the body right now.

Feel yourself opening up to the vibration of gratitude.

Imagine that there is a light blooming from inside your heart,

Ready to circulate gratitude throughout your body like blood.

Consider that there are anywhere from 60,

000 to 100,

000 miles of blood vessels in your body right now.

If laid out end-to-end,

They would be long enough to travel around the equator more than three times.

Remember the line that you are neither small nor insignificant,

Just very,

Very well-folded.

Imagine now that your gratitude is traveling with your blood vessels throughout your complex and incredible body.

So far,

This body has survived every injury,

Every illness,

And even every heartbreak,

Allowing you to breathe.

Remember that not everyone gets this long in a body on earth,

And that each day is truly the only day.

What came before has passed.

What comes next is unknown.

What is here is here.

What is not here is not here.

What comes next is unknown.

What is here is the present moment right now.

So in this present moment,

Feel yourself sending gratitude throughout your body,

Honoring the millennia of DNA and the ancient elements that make up every atom in your body.

Truly,

You have come from stardust.

Breathe into that ancient wisdom that exists within you.

Feel yourself saying,

Thank you.

Thank you,

Body,

For sticking with me,

For giving me every opportunity to exist in this life.

Thank you for every breath,

For every beautiful moment that I have experienced.

I honor you now,

And I honor all the gifts that you have already given me,

And that you continue to give to me.

Every second,

Your body produces 25 million new cells.

Imagine that from now forward,

Every new cell in your body is met with loving kindness and gratitude.

What would it look like to live in a body full of light and gratitude?

To live in a body full of light and gratitude.

Visualize that body now,

And the power that truly exists within you.

Visualize light moving through the parts of your body to which you may speak unkindly,

Or with which you may experience frustration.

Imagine your reproductive organs bathed in light.

Imagine your endocrine system bathed in light.

Feel healing energy pulsing through your nervous system.

Feel as if there are sighs of relief coming from your cells now.

See your body as healing,

Healed,

And completely full of light,

Ancient wisdom,

And strength.

Feel light pouring over and through your mind now,

Breaking up negative thought patterns.

Imagine anxiety loops weakening and dissipating.

See your mind opening up to receive new patterns,

New affirmations of love,

Kindness,

And gratitude.

Likewise,

Know your heart as full of light.

Know yourself as strong.

See yourself as the most vibrant,

Energetic version of yourself right now,

And know that you are more than enough.

Fast for a few moments in that knowledge and in that vision.

Now,

On this journey,

You may have been touched or even overwhelmed by feelings such as anger,

Grief,

Or frustration.

Without any judgment,

Notice where you tend to fall on a spectrum from suppressing difficult feelings to being consumed by them.

Simply become aware of any patterns that you may have here.

Know that your feelings are valid,

And give yourself permission to honor your feelings,

Whatever they may be.

Imagine that you are a person who has a lot of love and compassion for others.

Line up those challenging emotions in front of you as if they were spheres of energy.

Maybe you see them as certain colors or textures.

And just remember that you cannot know light without knowing dark.

You cannot know day without knowing night.

So,

Pause and remember that your feelings bring you deeper into this human experience.

Again,

Without attaching any emotion or judgment,

See yourself thanking these emotions for what they are offering you in this process.

When feelings do not have permission to exist,

They actually strengthen their hold on us,

Dragging us deeper into despair.

So,

Thank your grief and thank your anger for laying a foundation for healing.

If it resonates for you,

Give yourself permission to begin letting go of anything that is no longer serving you.

Any of these feelings that you would like to release,

See them being transmuted by your powerful inner light that is coursing throughout your body and throughout your awareness right now.

What happens when these energetic spheres meet that light?

See yourself as lighter and lighter,

Ready to embrace your body and your life with gratitude.

Remember that regardless of any outcomes,

What exists is this moment here and now.

So,

In what energy do you want to live right now?

In what energy do you want to direct your life?

Remember that feelings,

Thoughts,

Moods,

And reactions are all part of life.

They are all part of your life.

Remember that feelings,

Thoughts,

Moods,

And reactions are all part of life.

There is nothing to judge as you move through your journey.

Simply envision that you are settling into an intentional baseline,

One based on light,

Kindness,

And gratitude.

See light paving your path forward.

See that spotlight affecting every interaction that you have,

Every interaction with others,

With the earth,

And with yourself.

What would it be like if you were in a place where you were not aware of the world around you?

What would it be like if you allowed your life as it exists right now to be more than enough?

What would it be like if you flowed through each moment in thankfulness for the blessings that already exist in your life right now?

How does your body respond?

How does your energy respond?

If you notice resistance,

How do your body,

Mind,

And energy respond to that?

Again,

This is all just awareness.

Come back to your breath now and notice your lungs.

Lungs are often considered to be a storage place for grief,

But feel yourself able to breathe more deeply now,

Having taken this time to practice gratitude,

Healing,

And empowerment today.

Take deeper and deeper breaths.

What is it to breathe with gratitude?

Open your eyes.

Feel and know yourself as ready to proceed on this journey,

And open to receive from an already grateful heart.

Be empowered in the knowledge that you are an energy conductor full of light.

Feel yourself shining from the inside out.

What a vibrant light you are.

When you're ready,

Bring movement back into your beautiful and miraculous body,

And welcome this moment here and now with a soft smile.

Bring your hands together into prayer and gently bow.

Honoring your body,

Your light,

Your practice,

And this earth.
