This meditation is called the still point meditation.

The intention is when the world rushes that we remain still inside.

So I want you just to take a moment to settle.

Settle into a comfortable position.

Let your hands rest gently.

Maybe even let your shoulders drop.

And at this moment I just want you to take a slow deep breath in.

And a long soft breath out.

You see you've arrived.

This is your time.

Everything else is not required of you right now.

Nothing else is required of you right now.

You see this is where we don't need to change anything.

We just simply need to notice our breath.

We notice the rise.

Notice the fall.

We notice the beauty in the quiet spaces in between.

This is where our silent point sits.

But I want you to bring your awareness to your feet.

Just imagine the ground beneath you supporting you fully.

You don't have to hold yourself.

The earth has you.

Then I want to feel your legs,

Your hips,

Your spine lengthening naturally.

Your body is softening.

Your nervous system is beginning to settle.

And as you breathe in,

I'd like you just to imagine the thoughts in your mind begin to slow.

Just like snowflakes resting quietly on the ground.

There's nothing to chase.

There's nothing to push away.

There's nothing to fix.

And if a thought appears,

Well,

Let it drift by.

You don't have to follow it.

You don't have to argue with it.

Just let it pass like a cloud crossing a very wide and beautifully open sky.

Now I'd like you to bring your awareness to the center of your chest,

The heart space,

The quiet space.

And just imagine a small soft light glowing there,

Warm,

Steady and moving.

This is your still point.

The place inside that you don't rush,

That doesn't fear,

That doesn't break.

And I'd like you,

If you can,

Just to breathe into this space.

Just feel the calm building.

Feel the quietness.

Feel the stillness.

And just with each breath,

Imagine yourself stepping deeper into this quiet,

This inner quiet.

We're not escaping life.

We're just meeting life from a very different place.

The world may still rush around you.

People may demand things of you.

The season may swirl with pressure.

But here,

In this still point,

Nothing can touch you.

Here you are safe.

Here you are whole.

Here you are home.

And I'd like you to picture the noises of your day.

Just picture them slowly falling away,

Like the coats you no longer need to wear.

The expectations,

The worries,

The busyness,

The pressure,

All of it gently drops to the ground around you.

You don't need any of it in this moment.

You only need your breath and your presence.

Now I'd like you to imagine a very soft,

Warm wave of peace moving towards you.

Warm,

Slow,

And deep.

And just let it wash over your chest,

Over your shoulders,

Over your faith,

Over your whole body.

In fact,

Just let it fill the spaces where tensions once lived.

Just imagine it settling into your bones.

You don't have to earn this peace.

You only have to receive it.

And we can take a gentle breath here and silently repeat,

Even when the world rushes,

I remain still inside.

Even when the world rushes,

I remain still inside.

And then just let this affirmation settle,

Settle into your bones like the truth that it is,

Because it is.

And as we begin to deepen your breath,

You feel your body again.

You feel the ground beneath you.

And know this,

The still point you touched in this meditation,

It's always there.

It never leaves.

And you can return to this space any time your soul whispers enough.

And when you are ready,

Take a nice deep breath in,

Open your eyes,

And welcome back.

I hope you enjoyed that meditation.

It's just about you,

Reconnecting with you,

Finding and feeling that inner space,

That beautiful,

Beautiful connection that we can build and just be.

We can cultivate the still point.

Have a wonderful day wherever you're doing,

And thank you for joining me on this.

God bless you.

Be love and give love,

And goodbye.
