
Yield Into Life - The Impact Of Unkindness

As we gather in Gracious Space we feel the energy of connecting with others in Light and Love. Let us lay down our burdens, heartache and pain for a little while and enjoy the space of connection. In this meditation, we are assured that we have the innate ability to forgive, release and adjust, even in the face of harshness and unkindness.

Wonderful.
Here we are gathering in this gracious space once again and I really really thank you always always for making that little commitment of time.
I know it's just a little bit of time but the energy that we can create by coming together is enormous so it doesn't matter the time of our connection is what is really important is that we connect and it doesn't matter what we do in life it matters that we are connected into what we are doing in this life so we can be doing something that's terribly humble and unobserved and might never be seen that might never be known or even appreciated by another but what we are doing when we are in our doing this is we are actually activating an energy field our activity our energy towards that activity is a catalyst and that energy creates a ripple effect so everything we're doing with the intention to be present and with love and with kindness and compassion no matter what it is is a gift to all creation and to this universe and we can't fathom that we're just it's so hard for us to really get that but if we can in just moments try and connect back to that idea we sit and keep resetting I think it'll become easier and easier for us to maintain a more consistent stream of connectivity which is what we want to try and get so this will be our gift to to life to all life and as we are in the space together let's really bring our hearts into the space feel like we are holding each other in the most beautiful way reaching our arms and our souls and our hearts out to one another and whatever your life is about right now whatever you're feeling and whatever is perhaps worrying you in your life just imagine that you can bring it into this collective energy space and just place it here lay it down for just a little while and let's bring our love and compassion to each other for the mighty journeys that we are doing all right my lovely ones so if you'll do that settle down now and let's drop into the sweet space and hold the energy here with great love let's take a deep breath in my treasures we breathe out it's long slow considered breath and in the releasing of the out breath in the same moment we open our heart and we place in the space of love and grace all our troubles and woes heartaches and burdens all our insecurities and all our fear we simply place it into this collective energy space of love and for a little while we allow ourselves to feel the freedom of not carrying this burden while we allow ourselves the great privilege of connecting with the divine light the highest vibration of love and light that we can bring into our souls into this beautiful being and as we step into the gracious space we become aware of the distortions around us the chaotic energy feels the mean words the angry thoughts and perhaps we'll feel a little remorse for our own participation in that and bring that to into the space and release it and let it go and for those who have created an offending gesture words towards you that has touched your heart made you ache or was created a sense where it is not to your confidence in a little way bring those words and ideas those gestures to the space release it here too we understand that the meanness that comes through really is deep insecurity deep pain and deep fear unwillingness to hear or go beyond and mean spiritedness when it touches you and hurts you in some way really impacts upon your energy and the worst part about impacts of unkindness is the way it does affect the energy field of the one who is holding a high vibration it's an unexpected act of betrayal it's unanticipated and what happens is we close our hearts and still again and protect ourselves and defend and deflect deny distract and even bring in the energy of destroy so let's become aware of these shields that we create to protect ourselves and ask ourselves what is that what is the shield of protection that I need to place around my heart because another has behaved in an unfortunate way what is that why does it wound me so ask that into your being and as we ask that question allow this beautiful mind body and being of yours to relax into the space and we leave all of this outside of us and we allow this beautiful being this gracious being of love and light to rest here just a little while in a sanctuary space of light and love clear your brow soothe the skin on your beautiful face calm your scalp breathe deeply soothing your body drop your shoulders relax your back feel the balance of your body and the strength of your skeleton the scaffolding that your body that is holding you deep within become aware of this powerful scaffolding your bones your strength your armor and then become aware of your joints and the cartilage the movement that is there that each part of your body is connected to something that helps it to move but nothing is rigid nothing is set everything inside of this beautiful body moves and adjusts muscles and the ligaments and the tendons of this body all adjust so that it can accommodate where we are and how we are holding ourselves ask your being am i holding myself in the way that I would like to be adjusted into am i holding my balance connect first into your body left and right hip left and right ankles knees shoulders elbows how balanced am I inside my body as the framework within holds me visualize the strength of this frame and then visualize the softness the yielding energy of the joints the cartilage the connections here the resiliency here the adaptability in my strength there is the ability to adjust the ability to adjust is my strength here that become aware how wonderful it is to be able to have this body know how to yield how to merge how to let go of its rigidity stubbornness defiance and yield and still maintain its frame then we ask deeply into our being so what is this frame what is the framework of my being what position am i holding in me and in my life what adjustments am i making to be yielding to soften to merge to allow to reach to change and see the two fields working beautifully together because they are like fingers interlocking holding each other finding the network as we join fingers right deeply down into each other this beautiful body is showing us the way this beautiful body is giving us an opportunity to observe ourself finding the way there is no point to this journey unless we are able to merge adept become flexible make those adjustments there is no point to a journey unless we are willing to take the walk we need our framework and our strong scaffolding structure of being and the joints to enable us to walk to run to move to swim and then we take the journey we see ourselves now moving through this life with more ease and grace in these moments of respite we place the burdens that we've been carrying we place them down all our insecurities all the beliefs we place them down like taking off the heavy backpack and putting it down and letting this body just be without the burden of carrying its stuff and it rests a little while imagine that is you you find a space with the greenest grass and you lie down on this green grass so soft and cool against your skin and as you lie back you look up into the wondrous blue endless sky a vast expanse of openness clarity space and become aware that you are being held by the earth the earth like the skeleton of your own inner system holding you supporting you feel now that you can release all your weight into the arms of gravity resting upon this cool beautiful luscious grass looking up at this endless blue sky no structure here just endless possibilities endless space endless choices of direction and then ask yourself the path that I have chosen and the path that I have been traveling how well does it suit me now how much further along this path am I to walk is there a sense of completion and am I still going to carry that heavy backpack or can this part of my journey rest here the value of every journey is that we get the experience not just have the experience but we get it the point of it all what is the point of it otherwise it's just an endless mindless journey calling upon our energy of endurance to continue relentlessly step by step what is the point when we stop a little while and ask this and if we feel deep with in our being the truth that this journey is your journey ask your being why why is this my journey what is of value still in this journey for me and those with whom I am sharing this journey what is the value here we come back in the circle to the awareness that we felt right in the beginning everything we are doing is of worth and of value when we are mindfully connecting to it nothing is a mistake I am NOT broken and nor is the situation around me I have the strength to continue and I have the flexibility to adjust what value can I be here and if your decision is to have the life experiences of enrichment in this journey in the one that you know so well then could it be possible that we make a new commitment to our being and we speak deep within to our heart that is longing and we ask this heart what are you longing for everything we are longing for is right here we may wish to find it on the journey beyond this moment and we can recreate it all again to get to this point again or we can just speak into our heart now and get the point of where we are and those who are here with us and we can hear the spiteful angry words the heartache I can feel it little stings awakening us and who am I in this who am I because of this this life is of immense value as being here is of immense value and the spaces that we are so uniquely placed into are the perfect places for us to learn and fold to adjust to adapt to yield towards relax into that thought and that feeling and if right now there is an uncertainty in you listen again it is not the situation the people it is not the journey it is the self what do I have to give in this moment in the space in this place how can I see it in another way how can I stop playing in the space and activating it in the same way with the same results from this beautiful space of rest feeling the strength of your body aware of the open vast expanse of space the opportunities all here and I am here to be in it so what opportunity will I bring in to this perfect space that I'm in right now who am I in the space that can graciously and lovingly allow for every single thing that is unfolding around me and not lose myself in this who am I ask your being find yourself here reconnect we align we affirm feel the yielding softness of your body the cushioning that is around you and the strength that is within harness all of you you are as you gently bring your awareness back to a moment consider what it is that you have been carrying is it your suit your armor is it your protection your records of injustices and ask yourself how much of this would you continue to carry along this journey lighten your load and remember who you are a divine being of light and love in the creation of this journey we are creating energy we are activating in every step and every breath that we take the activation of that energy is a ripple it moves into all that is even beyond our birth if it is not seen by those around you it is felt in the energy matrix be assured of that you beautiful you gently bring your awareness back to your beautiful being to this time in this place it is so easy for us to be able to connect outside of our awareness and place our awareness in a new space like that grassy space the blue sky above hold that vision and the living goal and made that guide and inform and inspire you as you recreate your life journey now with every step placed in purpose full attention so much love here please see his upon all the pain that we have placed here and to those who have contributed to the pain blessings to them for the pain that they are in blessings to your body to your family's health and wellness to all that all life forms to our beautiful earth may they be peace now mind body and soul may you be held gently so much love my darlings take a deep breath in and when you're ready come on back gently into the space thank you for you my darlings namaste many This is about accepting with grace the pain others cause us and understanding that their actions come from their own insecurities and pain. By deeply letting go of our ledgers of injustices committed against us, we can grow a resilience that transforms pain into understanding and love of ourselves and others. A very practical and fundamental meditation that I found quite helpful.
