
Release Trauma Signals - Panic

Releasing the trauma signal of panic begins with energy awareness, recognizing how survival patterns freeze our mind, body, and being. As we hold higher consciousness, we see why we default to immobility, trapped in past fears. By creating a bypass to these old imprints, we reclaim our breath, our presence, and our power to move freely.

Today we're going to talk about that energy signal of panic.
That's a hard one for us to hold and contain,
Especially when it just surges up and it rises up in its little face of misery.
It becomes very challenging for us to calm down,
Settle down,
Because panic overrides everything.
It just sends us on this runaway train.
We want to find a way to be able to be with that.
We first got to connect in a very thoughtful,
Mindful way.
If we can understand what this process is and the gift of panic,
Then we can start to say,
Okay,
I'm not against it.
It's just that I need to use that signal and understand when it starts to come in before it hits that highest expression,
How we can hold it.
And that would be a wonderful gift for us to be able to use our being here in a way that is more mindful,
Thoughtful,
Conscious.
That's truly what I feel my connection is that I wish to give to each and every soul,
Is to help everyone to find their own inner strength,
That part of them that is their divine,
To remember who you are.
When we remember who we are,
We can start to recalibrate from a different perspective.
When we think we're just these humans at the mercy of life,
And all these things are being tossed at us,
And we've got nowhere with all,
No abilities,
No creative connections,
Or higher thinking to get us away from that space.
When we think we are the victim of this life,
It really does make us that and it makes it very difficult for us to be here.
That mentality,
My lovelies,
We know it's not our story that we created,
It's the story that's being passed on to us.
And it's a very,
Very old story,
Thousands of years old.
Humanity has been struggling to survive,
Just to survive.
So the survival game,
The survival code is the one that we're playing in right now.
Now we're coming to the end of that story,
We're starting to go,
Hey,
Wait a minute,
There's something else,
I'm something else,
There's so much more,
And I can hold a different energy in this time and space.
We start to adjust us.
Instead of just managing and coping,
We're shifting away from the survival.
We're starting to come into a different place where we start to choose,
Discern,
And understand.
We start to see things from a different perspective,
And that is giving us the capacity to change the stories that are running in us.
So let's really pay attention to the fact that we're at this cusp,
We're at the very point where things are changing.
If we can be mindful in this little gap,
This little spot that's right between the thing that we don't want to do anymore and the thing that we think we would love to bring in but we've got no idea what that is,
There's a little gap right between.
It's a sacred space for us to reconsider and reconnect.
We're going to hop into that space and we're going to look at the picture again from another perspective.
So if that sounds like something you would love to stay around for and be here,
Then hop into the space with us,
Hold your energy here,
And see if you can settle down now for a little while so that we can bring in this beautiful energy and a recalibration.
Gorgeous idea.
So let's do this together,
Take a deep breath in,
Long slow out-breath,
Close your eyes if you can,
If it's safe,
And just be in the moment of where you are right now.
Let your whole body settle down,
Relax into this.
And once you make that commitment to just stop what you're doing,
You are allowing yourself to come into a different space.
It's such an easy activity for us to do.
There's no just have to do this,
Just have to do the next thing and quickly do this and get that sorted.
Just stop.
You can stop pretty much anywhere where you are,
As long as you're not driving or doing something like that.
But if you are in your day-to-day routine and you're starting to feel a little discombobulated,
Overwhelmed,
Just stop.
Even if you just stop and pretend you're smelling a flower or looking at a note on your desk or sitting at your chair and just putting your head in your hands for a moment,
Just holding yourself in a different position or a different way.
As you're holding that,
You're allowing yourself to think about itself in its place,
The time and the space,
The place that you're in.
It's like you are able to step out and witness yourself in that moment.
That is the gift we bring in when we stop.
Stopping is lovely because it gives us an opportunity to bring a pause to the activity that we're in.
But when we stop with an awareness that we can witness ourselves in that pause,
We truly start to see something else.
We start to witness our being taking a break from its everyday usual mundane routine and noticing itself in this moment.
Do that now.
Notice yourself in this moment.
Feel the connection to the earth.
Become aware of the breath of life that is breathing into you.
Do a little scan through your system and check,
How am I doing?
You just ask your being gently,
How are you doing?
Like you would put your arm around a friend and say,
How are you?
How are you doing?
Do that to you now.
Put your arms around your being and say to your being deep inside,
How are you doing?
Wait there for a little bit and see what comes up.
If there is this part of you that says,
Oh no,
I haven't got time for this.
Must get on.
Things to do.
Tap,
Tap,
Tap.
See if you can be gentle with that part of you that pushes you out and away from your awareness and call yourself back.
Just a moment.
Just a moment.
I want to be still and I want to be here and be present.
Right now,
You are disconnecting from a pattern that has been running a program in you and through you.
If we are in any kind of pattern,
Locked into any kind of system,
Then my lovelies,
We are doing nothing new.
We're running on a default.
We are operating in a structure that has been so embedded and encoded for one thing alone and that is just to manage,
To hope,
To cope,
To survive.
Surely we can do better than that.
So here we are in this point of pause,
Taking stock of this being.
Now notice your tummy.
We do this every time,
Don't we?
Your tummy is such a fabulous indicator.
Soften your tummy right now.
Breathe into it and relax that beautiful belly of yours.
Drop your shoulders,
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Whatever it is that has been causing you a little bit of rising thoughts or anxiety,
A level of nervousness or whatever that might be,
You have an opportunity now to place a soothing balm of light and love upon it.
It is you as your higher self putting your arm around your beautiful human self saying,
How are you doing?
There is such compassion and kindness here.
See if you can give that to you.
You do that for you.
The sweetness,
The sincerity and the deepest kindness.
If you find your mind moves along a certain way to doing a blaming,
Shaming,
Disregarding,
If there's a story like that creeping in,
Then you start to be the protective one of your own being.
You put that arm a little tighter around you and you say,
Ah,
Not here,
Not here.
No,
You don't get to say this to this one that is so precious and so precious to you.
Imagine saying that to ourself.
If we had a really good friend or precious member of our family and someone was speaking badly to them,
We would absolutely protect them and defend them.
We would put our arm around them and say to the other person,
No,
You're not doing that here.
No,
You do not speak to my mother like that.
No,
You do not treat my dad this way.
No,
No,
This is not acceptable.
We would speak up or hold the space in a different way for the one that we love.
I'm asking you to do that for you.
You do this for you.
You protect you,
You honor you,
You hold you,
And you bring a kindness into this being,
Thoughtfulness.
Now the being knows that you are listening and it can trust you.
It sounds so weird to talk about ourself in a split way,
But truly we are also this human and at the same time,
We are also our light being.
The eternal part of us,
We are that as well.
It's a wonderful time for us to remember that we're not just this human.
And we know that,
Don't we?
Because we have this calling and longing of our heart for something else.
Always,
When we're in an unhappy situation,
Things are not going very well,
We know that it's not great and we know that we don't want to be there.
How do you know?
How do you even begin to know that?
It's your higher self that understands this is not the very best that we can do or create for this darling life.
So our awareness,
When we split it in that way,
Is a kind thoughtfulness towards ourself.
And that way,
We remain intact with our wholeness,
The whole being.
We're not just fracturing our awareness here and there.
We're recognizing that there are so many facets of our being,
But there is a wholeness within that.
Just like a diamond with many facets,
We can shine in all the different directions,
But we're still the diamond.
And this beautiful diamond is the very breath of the divine.
You,
My lovely,
Are such a beautiful,
Intricate,
Divinely interwoven being that is part of the design,
Here on time,
At a perfect time.
So why in heavens would we possibly bring in an energy of panic?
Gently starting off,
Perhaps,
As nervousness,
A little anxiety,
Agitation.
And then when it just takes that next leap,
It goes into absolute blind panic.
We just don't know what to do.
We don't know how,
What next to say.
We just are blinded in that moment.
We know that this signal,
The panic signal in our being in ancient times,
Was probably a little helpful,
Because in that time we could very quickly escape,
Get away,
Because we thought of nothing else except get out,
Get out,
Get out,
Get out of the place,
Save yourself.
And that's probably quite a good thing,
If we were coded only for survival.
If that's the only game we get to play while we are here in this human story.
But it's not the only game.
And we know that now.
Now we know we are here to shift into the potential of thriving,
Abundance,
Collaboration,
Kindness,
Integrity.
And so that delightful list goes on.
That's why we're here.
And that's why our hearts are calling in for something else.
Come on now,
Come on now,
Let's get this right.
This dear heart of ours keeps calling us in to a different space.
Open your heart and feel what your heart is calling in.
Now,
This is the piece we really want to pay attention to.
When our heart is calling in for something different,
This being that has been relying on a pattern and a system to feel safe,
Predictable,
Comfortable.
There is this other part of us that wants something else.
But we haven't found that something else yet.
We haven't reached our highest potential in it because we're still locked in a very low vibration.
But we have this calling,
This deep calling.
That sometimes,
My lovelies,
Can spike this energy in us that creates this panic or anxiety.
The feeling I'm not doing enough.
I'm not showing up as the best person I possibly can be.
And I want you here to really allow yourself to know that the signal that's coming in that's pulling you towards something else,
We can register it as anxiety or discomfort,
Panic,
Concern.
We can put it in any one of those brackets.
But we could equally put it in a bracket,
A little container that says,
This is my pull,
My magnetic connection to something else that's more in alignment with my truth.
That's flowing with life and abundance,
Prosperity,
Creativity.
And then we give ourselves this incredible gift.
And I know not what that is yet.
Because,
My treasures,
It has not yet shown itself,
Created itself in this dimension.
This dimension has just been about survival.
Our hearts have always been pulling us out of a quagmire.
That feeling of wanting to shift into something else is our gift.
It's the most incredible gift that we will ever have.
But in that is the signal of,
I'm not certain.
I don't know.
Can I trust it?
Oh,
Gosh.
Then once that comes in,
We go into a spike.
The energy starts to run.
And that's when we get these nervousness attacks,
Panic attacks,
All this stuff comes in,
Because we don't know.
There's this jittery,
Ooh,
Insecure,
I don't know.
But I know there's something,
But ooh,
I don't know what it is.
Because we seek the comfort of the predictable and the known.
How are we going to stand in the space without falling apart,
Without forgetting who we are and what we're here to do?
How are we going to do this?
There is such a lovely way,
And we started off right in the beginning feeling that.
When the one that loves you and holds you,
That is aware of the journey that you as your delightful human is taking,
The witness to your journey,
Your highest self,
When we start to connect to that dear awareness around us and allow those arms that are our heart and soul wrap around us,
Hold us.
I've got you.
You're going to be okay.
We're looking for something else because,
My lovelies,
Hear this,
We are something else.
We're not just these mechanisms that move from A to B to C in this very linear,
Orchestrated,
Trapped,
Manipulated system.
We are beings that know something else.
We are the very breath of the divine.
We know something else.
We don't know yet how to create it.
But just like the breath that is coming into us and the dawning of each day and the seasons that come into flow,
This too shall create itself.
If we can be in the place where we can start to witness ourselves here in this incredible redesigning of the human story,
We start watching ourselves in it,
Giving ourselves the freedom to step into that,
Reassuring this being that we have the skills,
We have the magnificence,
We have awareness,
Heightened perceptions that haven't yet switched on.
We are able to think and connect in ways that are quite beyond what this human has the capacity to because we've been sitting on a certain frequency,
The 3D reality.
One more thing in this.
The 3D reality,
My lovely,
It's not going to get better.
Please make peace with that because we waste a lot of time wishing and hoping that it's going to get better.
It's not.
This is the stage where the production fits best for us to understand duality,
Separation,
And for us to be pushed to the point of choosing something else.
It's the platform.
Just see it as that.
It's the platform of duality.
It shows us so clearly this and that,
Which gives us the opportunity to choose.
The choosing activates your throat,
Your heart.
The moment we activate this,
We step into our free will.
It is the most sovereign gift that God could ever have given us,
And there is nothing that can bypass it.
You have got your free will,
And you alone can open it and activate it.
No one else can.
You choose.
Now we've got this platform where the crazy is going on.
What would you choose?
Even though it's difficult,
Even though it looks hideous,
Even though,
Even though,
Even though.
This platform is giving us the step up to the next one.
This frequency is going to be completely different.
So are we.
Just like the dawning of a day,
It will be revealed to us moment by moment,
Breath by breath.
We don't want those curtains ripped open 11 o'clock in the morning,
Midday,
When we've been sleeping in the dark little room.
Boy,
We'll be blinded by all that light,
Gently assimilating,
Allowing us to bring it in slowly and surely.
Understand all this.
Understand the story.
And then,
My loves,
We start again.
Then we start again.
We are in control of our emotions,
Our story,
And who we are.
Nobody and nothing can control you unless you give your power away.
So stand in that,
Honor you,
Love you,
Put your arm around this dear one that is you,
The magnificence of you.
You start to calibrate your being.
Watch those signals that have been embedded and encoded in that survival system just dissipate.
They don't have any hold any longer unless there is a story holding them.
Release the stories.
Be in observation.
Be in witness to what the stories are.
You can unwrap it for yourself.
We've got the intelligence to do this.
Apply it now with all your heart and all your soul.
