Hello my treasures,
Hello lovelies,
Come on into the room with me,
I love it.
Beautiful that we can be together and talk about energy again,
That's our best thing as we hold each other and connect.
So welcome if you're new here,
Stick around if it appeals to you,
The idea of releasing trauma signals.
We are on a mission,
We are releasing these trauma signals week by week and opening up our own inner energy space so that we can have more ease and grace.
Today we want to talk about that energy signal of lack of control.
We know that that feeling of being out of control,
Ugh it's just awful isn't it?
Right now we want to have some sense of control or some sense of what we're doing is purposeful and on time,
But for so many with whom I'm working and speaking,
Friends and clients,
This lack of control is showing up in such an awful way.
It's unsteadying us so that we don't feel like we can hold the space.
Sometimes many are wondering,
Is it even worthwhile being here right now?
Because there's so little that's predictable.
This precious human being,
Oh my gosh,
It loves predictability because that has been the base upon which we built our structure to this point.
The sense of what is known,
What is going to happen today,
Tomorrow and the next day.
It's this very linear mechanized way of timekeeping and holding space.
So anything that's not predictable,
That we have no idea what's going to come next,
This is just shaking us up in the most horrendous way.
How do we be here with that?
How do we hold ourselves and how do we hold the space when we feel like we've got no control?
So let's talk about that today as we hop in,
Open our hearts,
Welcome all our guides,
All our angels and divine presence so that we have a really strong energy field that we can tap into.
Where you are right now,
Let's settle down.
We're going to take a deep breath in and drop into this glorious space.
Take a breath,
My lovelies.
Long,
Slow out-breaths,
Soften your tummy,
Drop your shoulders and feel the balance of your body in the left and the right.
Right there,
You are stabilizing your being.
It's so easy,
It's so quick.
You can always do this no matter where you are,
No matter what is happening in your life.
Just stop and let go.
Take that beautiful breath of life into you.
And as you breathe out,
Drop,
Drop all the tension out of your body.
If we are holding this tension,
This terror inside of us,
When we are holding it,
Our whole body becomes tight and closed.
And it doesn't help us one dot if we are holding ourselves tightly closed or whether we are open and relaxed.
The situation that we find ourselves in stays the same.
The story that we are creating looks a little different when we come into it with our vehicle,
Our being,
Our body,
And we're holding it in a different way.
It will be a fun little experiment if you would try this.
If you would play with a simple little story,
Not of something that's terribly difficult.
But if you could go into a situation,
Maybe there's a little bit of an altercation in your family,
Someone's being a little bit off or maybe you're being a little bit off.
If you can be there and then feel what your being feels like,
Feel the tension in your jaw,
The tightness in your being,
That's stiffening in your tummy.
Listen to your words,
The tone of your voice.
Just listen,
Hear,
Sense,
And perceive as much data as you can in that moment when this altercation or the sadness or something's coming in.
And then if you can,
Switch off all those reactive connections,
The tightening of the tummy,
The clenching of the fists,
The narrowing of the eyes,
The fast little breaths.
Imagine that you've got the button and you have,
Switch it off.
And consciously soften your tummy.
Relax and take a breath,
Drop your shoulders and feel the balance of your body.
Now you are in a responsive state.
And now whatever is unfolding around you,
You,
My lovely,
Are in a different space to hold that connection.
Your being is more receptive,
More open.
And the wonderful thing about being able to train and retrain this beautiful energy being this human that we are busy playing in while we're doing this life journey,
When we retrain ourselves to respond to the world around us,
To pay attention to what is going on in and around and through us,
We are teaching ourselves to open up all the faculties of our heightened awareness,
Our heightened perceptions.
This is such a gift for us.
I can't even begin to tell you how wonderful this is.
When we are anxious and fearful,
Tight and restricted,
We immediately go into some kind of defensive energy because we don't want it and we don't love it.
We push it away.
So we do this defensive,
Pushing away,
Angry,
Rejecting kind of energy.
But truly what we are doing,
Not just pushing the story away or the person away,
But we are also diminishing our capacity to reach our higher thinking,
Connecting to our heightened perceptions.
We are closing ourself down to the basic instinctive limbic connections,
The limbic reactiveness,
Fight,
Flight,
Or faint.
That's pretty much all we are doing in that moment.
So we have diminished,
Pulled back all our wonderful capacities to show up and be in this world in a very different way.
If we can start to pay attention to this,
It is going to make such a difference to the way us as humanity are starting to be in this world,
Starting to hold ourselves and hold others.
It is absolutely time for us to grow up into this heightened perceptive being.
We've got more faculties,
More awarenesses that we have not yet even understood.
We know that because we pick up nuances and senses.
And often we think,
Oh,
I wonder where that came from.
Well,
It came from you,
You magnificent,
Beautiful,
Amazing being.
It's you.
You picked it up.
You picked up that signal.
Thankfully,
That little signal that day at that time managed to penetrate through all the defenses and all the pushing away,
The denial,
The deflection,
Distractions.
It managed to push through and give you a little tap,
Tap,
Tap on your shoulder and bring your attention towards it.
Let's open that consciously.
Take a deep breath in,
My lovelies.
Long,
Slow out breaths.
Soften your tummy.
Drop your shoulders.
Feel the balance of your body and be here.
Notice your breath coming in and through you.
Notice yourself in this moment.
Become aware of what is around you.
The sound,
The feelings,
The sense,
The perfumes,
The aromas.
Whatever insight or instinct or information that you can draw into you,
Do that now.
Whatever you can tap into,
Whatever is touching your awareness right now,
Acknowledge it and let it come into your awareness.
The moment you let your awareness start noticing,
Then there is a whole lot of other faculties that start to help and support you.
When you're paying attention,
I want this information so that I can make a very conscious,
Very clear,
Very awakened and aware decision about my next step.
My next thoughts and my next words.
And all of this is happening in a split second.
How wonderful are you that you can do all of this in the blink of an eye?
We have trained ourselves to shut down,
Shut off,
Push away all the things that are coming towards us because we are overwhelmed and exhausted.
I know that that is a coping mechanism.
But when we do that,
My lovelies,
We are no longer in control.
That lack of control,
That sense of being out on a limb,
Not knowing what to do,
It is part of that.
We need to train our being to know exactly what to do in every situation that we find ourselves in.
And that means we have got to redirect our inner instinctive shutting down,
Running away,
Hiding away,
That reactiveness in us that is helping us to survive.
We have got to reprogram it and change it.
Nobody can do it for you.
You are the only one that can tap into that inner resource.
You're the magnificent being of light and love to tap into that magnificence is your greatest gift.
You know it's there because your beautiful being seeks all the harmony and the peace,
The sweetness.
So here you are in this moment,
Feeling and sensing what is going on around you.
I wonder how much you are receiving right now.
And if your mind is starting to wonder and thinks I want to go and do this and do that and I should still unpack this or whatever the thing is,
Let that part of you wander off there,
Take care of that even if it is only in thought.
Just let it take care of it.
It's not the only part of you.
We are multifaceted beings.
Many years ago,
And I've told you this so often,
I received those words,
We are multilevel,
Multidimensional,
Multifaceted beings of love and light.
We can process in so many different ways.
And this being is a processing unit.
Isn't that wonderful that this being can do and does do so much for itself.
It is truly remarkable that we have the capacity to tap into so much more.
We can do that because we are so much more.
So when you feel that now in you,
Go back and check in with your being.
Just be quiet and still with you for a moment.
Then ask your being,
So what is it in my life that I'm reacting to?
And what is it that I feel the sense of a lack of control,
Out of control or overwhelmed,
However you frame it or phrase it.
What is that for you?
It'll be different for every single one of us.
When you understand that there is a part of you that is seeking some help,
Seeking guidance,
Now is the time to not just think,
Oh,
I've got to wing it on my own.
Now is the time to welcome in your guides and angels and say,
Please just come in now.
I need help.
I need more insight,
Greater clarity.
Come in and be with me right now.
When you open up into that deep loving asking,
If you just ask,
It will come towards you.
Give me the clarity.
Give me the understanding.
Give me the depth of awareness.
And whatever I need right now in this moment to be able to see the picture,
The scenario from other levels of awareness,
From my multifaceted awareness.
We know how to see it in the way that we've been training ourselves to see it.
But what else is there in this picture?
In the way that I am,
What have I missed?
What is it that I need to see now as I'm teaching myself to awaken into so much more?
To tune in my fine perceptive,
Amazing being of love and light.
To fine tune this instrument,
Not just default into a reactive state of survival.
This is when we become magnificent.
And what it is that will bring you towards that is your awareness of this lack of control.
When you feel like you cannot control it,
Then it is you stepping out of the frame of reference that you have had before.
If you're working in a very small frame of survival,
And those are your data points,
Your reference points.
I must always do this.
I must lock the doors.
I must hide under my bed.
Those are the protective defensive energies that we create that give us some kind of sense of control.
I know how to control the situation.
I know what to do in an emergency,
Which is wonderful.
Because then we have got very little time to actually think.
We just got to quickly,
Quickly react.
Those are the things that save our life.
But now at this point of our human story,
We are living our lives in that pattern.
We're not here just to survive.
We are here to thrive.
Somehow along the way,
We've forgotten that message.
We've forgotten who we are.
And we walked away from our multi-dimensional capacity in this game of just trying to manage,
Just trying to cope and survive.
This,
For us right now,
When there is so much turbulence in the space,
Is making us feel like we have no control on the story around us.
That's true.
The story around us is the story around us.
In every generation,
Through all time,
There has always been stuff around us.
There's always been history,
Stories.
Awarenesses.
Horror,
Fear,
War,
And terror.
And all the awfulness that humanity knows how to direct upon one another.
This has always been,
For as long as we as human species can remember,
We have always found a way to continue to be here.
And part of that is because we knew how to react.
If we stay in that reactive mode,
We are definitely going to make ourselves very,
Very ill.
We cannot run on this cortisol,
Epinephrine,
Norepinephrine,
And we cannot keep smashing into our limbic system in this way,
Depleting our energy.
The control that we created in the idea of surviving is different to the control that we can create,
The assurance we can create in a higher frame of reference of who we are in a more cosmic,
More gracious and connected outer awareness.
Please think about that for a little while.
It's going to take a while for us to get this separation of the two ways of coping,
Managing,
And shifting it upward,
Elevating into a much higher frequency.
Where the lack of control is not controlling,
Not restrictive,
Not tight.
It doesn't push us into more rules,
More regulations,
More confined spaces.
All of that is going to capture us and choke the life out of us.
We want to find a way to relinquish this control in the survival system and open up the grandness and the magnificence of who we are,
Open up our multidimensional being to think and create in a whole new way so that that part of us feels like we don't have to control it to be safe,
But we know how to hold ourselves so that we can become so much more than just a species on the brink of its survival.
Please hear that,
My treasures.
It is so important that we understand the game that we're playing right now,
How we are being played in the game.
If we are reacting to the stories of fear and intimidation,
Anger,
Hate,
And greed,
If we are creating any kind of reaction in this body,
Then you are spiking your stress hormones.
You are going to put yourself into your default reactive system.
You will find yourself going into defensive mode,
Defend,
Deflect,
Deny,
Distract,
Detach,
Destroy.
Those are all the ways that we try and survive and manage.
For the extreme cases in your life,
That is apt and appropriate.
But for our everyday living from now on,
We must recreate this awareness,
Start a whole and a new reality in what it is that we wish to control and what it is that we're willing to open up into something that is so much more,
So vast and expansive with all the opportunities.
Right now,
We have no idea what that next step is.
So we can go one of two ways.
We can drop into the predictable to feel safe,
Or we could stand here and say,
Phew,
I've got no control about what is going on.
We can just let it slide through the fingers,
Like when you scoop water up out of a river and you just let it slide through your fingers and return to source.
We hold our hands in this way.
We hold our being in this way,
Just letting it pour through,
Run through.
The recognition that we are a being that is shaking in its boots,
Doesn't know where it's gonna go and what the next step is gonna be.
But we know something,
We know what it is that we will never do again.
And how we wish to be now as a species that is kind,
Collaborative and loving,
Gracious,
Honoring,
Honest with each other,
Filled with integrity,
Connected to the divine.
That is what we do know.
It might not be a controlling energy that you can control it because it's a feeling or a sense or a deep desire.
But there is a magnetic attraction,
A magnetic field in what we can feel.
When your heart feels it with such deep longing,
It amplifies that magnetic field.
When we seek and long for that other thing,
We are changing the whole story to the other thing.
We might feel like we're not doing anything,
But that's the point and that's the magic.
Because when we start physically doing,
We are going to go into our default reactive stories.
But when we start to sit and dream and imagine,
These are thoughts and perceptions and ideas.
It is that that creates an energy wave.
And it is that that catches on with each other.
It goes beyond what we can fathom.
There's some wonderful stories,
And I'm sure you can go and find these,
Where people in different parts of the world have suddenly thought of the same wonderful invention,
Have come up with the same wonderful way of doing something.
They're in different continents.
And in the years before we had internet and smartphones and devices,
People were working on two different concepts.
And they came up with this idea very similar thoughts,
Very similar awarenesses.
How does it happen?
They don't even know each other.
They are continents apart,
And they've never had an opportunity to speak about it or see anything that related to that.
Yet there it is.
There it is.
We are learning how to tap into a consciousness now.
When we let go of the stories of our humanness,
We come up into a much higher awareness of who we are and who we are to be now.
So if you are experiencing lack of control and it's driving you crazy,
I'm so glad.
I'm very delighted.
Get out of that little tight box,
My lovely.
Remember who you are.
You are a divine being of light and love.
You've got more encoded in you.
The blueprint and the divine codes are inside of you.
All we need is a little space for that to become.
And the heart and the desire for that to manifest for the greatest good of all life.
That is what we always say,
For the greatest good of all life.
May that be for you,

Truly wish you peace and harmony and grace as we unfold and unwrap.
Release these signals that are trapping you and holding you captive.
You find your freedom.
Claim it,
My treasures.
Claim it.
If you don't claim it,
It cannot be claimed.
Can we do that?
