The trauma signal of irritation is a subtle yet powerful force that shapes the way we navigate life. It often arises as a response to unresolved wounds, surfacing in moments of frustration, impatience, or discomfort. This underlying agitation can influence our interactions, decision-making, and emotional responses, sometimes leading to reactive patterns rather than intentional movement. When left unaddressed, irritation can distort our perception of others and ourselves, creating barriers to connection and growth. However, by recognizing and understanding this signal, we can begin to heal, fostering greater self-awareness and a more balanced, conscious way of moving through life.

With us all here,

Holding the space together,

We're gonna talk a little bit more about these trauma signals,

These energy signals of great disruption.

We've all got them,

We know that.

And at any given moment,

They can just erupt and drive us a little do-lally-pop.

Also cause us to feel very disappointed with ourselves,

Which is not so great,

Because the moment we feel like,

Oh,

We've let ourself down or someone else down,

In comes a whole bunch of other energies,

Like disappointment,

Guilt,

Shame,

And blame,

Very,

Very low frequencies.

So we want to be able to be real in what we're experiencing and feeling,

Just be in the moment of what is,

Allow ourselves in our human experience,

But at the same time,

Hold an awareness.

That really is the juggling act of this time.

Up to now,

We've pretty much just been doing what we want,

And there's a lot of people still behaving like that,

Just the three-year-old behavior,

Just splurting out what they want to say and doing all the crazy things with no regard to anyone else,

Their feelings and their thoughts.

We all know places and spaces where that happens.

If we're called to evolve and to become an awakened species,

It's really important that we start to view ourselves in the scenarios that we're playing in,

Start observing who we are,

How we speak,

How we show up,

And what we bring into our field.

If we can do that,

Just bring awareness to it,

Half the battle is already over.

So think about this,

Not as you're fixing you,

Because honestly,

You don't have to be fixed.

This contrasting 3D crazy experience is the platform,

It is the stage upon which we will stand to get our highest awareness awakening happen because of the contrast.

So we're not here to make things different and change it.

What we're here to do is to notice ourselves in the stories that are unfolding around us and upgrade our frequency.

In so doing,

Uplift the frequency for all those we know and love and connect with.

Really see it from another perspective,

Because if we just think that we should always be lovely and delightful,

Well,

That's just ridiculous.

This world is crazy.

How are we possibly gonna just be this dear,

Delightful one that's all the time showing up in that pattern?

We're in the duality,

We're in contrast,

We are going to be experiencing that contrast within ourselves.

So please make some peace,

My lovelies,

As we come into the space together,

Hold yourself so gently and let's be kind to ourselves first and then so kind to each other.

So we'll open the energy here,

We'll create this beautiful pod,

Let's call in our guides into that high frequency and we'll settle down and see what comes in as we talk about the energy of irritation.

Such a little tricky vibration that,

Isn't it?

It's the one that's in the cluster that sits in the bladder,

Kidney meridians.

So it's connected to fear and anxiety and anxiousness,

Nervousness.

It's right in that second level,

Almost can imagine if we were to even look at the chakras,

It sits at that second level of our awareness,

Wraps around our back and the lower part of our body.

The other way people talk about this one is to be pissed off.

Very elegant language,

Joy.

But sometimes we say that I'm just so pissed off and that makes sense,

Doesn't it?

Bladder,

Kidney,

Meridian.

And so we actually saying the thing that we are and we also saying where we are experiencing it.

The trick is not to let that frequency,

That story get locked in to one of our meridians because then it starts to hurt our body.

So we wanna notice,

Be aware,

Stand back,

Witness and start to work out all these patterns and see them in a different way.

What a wonderful time to do this.

Such a great difference we're gonna bring in.

So my treasures,

Let's do that now together.

If you can,

Just where you are,

Settle down,

Be where you are,

Put your feet on the ground,

Hold the connection with you to this earth.

We take a deep breath in and as you breathe out,

Just relax,

Drop,

Drop into this moment.

Beautiful you.

Just be still.

Nothing to do,

Just for our next few moments,

Just be here and be still.

If you can,

Stop all the stuff that you're doing.

Give yourself permission to be present.

When we do that,

We are also saying to the presence,

The divine,

That I'm ready to be in the space,

The higher energy space.

I'm ready to receive guidance and upliftment and whatever it is that will help me or support me.

So feel that agreement now,

Make your connection to where you are.

Let's take a deep breath in.

Long,

Slow out breath.

As you do,

As you breathe out,

Feel your connection with you right here,

Right now.

This breath of life,

This energy field that is around you,

This is you.

You are part of it.

You are breathing it in through every moment.

You're moving in and through and around all the episodes and all the stories of your life.

All the time,

This field is around you.

We will notice it when we stop and we start to breathe.

We think about bringing this that is outside of us into us.

So feel that as you take a next beautiful breath,

Opening up your lungs,

Your belly,

Your heart,

Your throat,

Your mind.

Bring it in and feel now that you are linked and connected to this that is supposedly outside of you.

That you now have merged in some way,

Whatever way you can imagine it,

To this that is around you,

That you are part of it.

You're not outside of it.

You don't have to grasp or do anything special to let this breath of life come in.

But when we agree to let more breath,

More life,

More vitality and wellness come in,

Then this is the breath that we're showing and teaching ourselves.

I give to me,

I allow,

I trust me.

I trust me to be able to be interacting in this field,

To welcome into me what it is that will support and help me.

Your whole body gets a sense now of like,

Oh,

I can trust you.

Wonderful.

The minute we develop that connection that our whole being can trust us,

We are really in a fine place.

We are opening up that space of betrayal,

Self-betrayal being the worst of them all.

We stop being hurtful and unkind,

Mean,

Spiteful to our own being.

Be gracious,

Be kind,

Be thoughtful,

Be gentle and considerate,

Be compassionate to this being that is being bombarded by so much energy and so many people and attitudes,

Belief systems and structures.

It's amazing we can still stand,

Isn't it?

You be here,

You hold an honor and love you.

The moment you've got that and you feel anchored and connected,

Now welcoming your guides,

Angels,

Divine presence into a stable field that you are creating and holding with your heart and your mind open towards receiving that which is for your highest good,

Whatever it is that will help and support you,

Expand your consciousness,

Whatever will bring health and healing,

Flow ease and grace into your life,

May that come in now.

Come in now.

Create a deep affirmation,

A deep affirmed statement,

Come in now.

If you can feel a little tingle in your body,

You've said it just right,

Well done.

Come in now.

The moment we feel that connection,

We are connected.

Into this space,

We ask whatever it is that will help us now to do this life in a way that will truly uplift the energy frequencies around us,

That will create the shift that humanity is moving towards.

Whatever we can do,

May we touch upon it,

Realize it and start to move towards it in whatever way is filled with authenticity and integrity for our being showing up as our self.

Nobody else can tell you how to do this,

My lovely.

Not one human on this planet can tell you how to show up in this world as your most excellent being.

For what you can gain is insight from each other,

Is how to hold it with many and how to honor it within you,

Recognize it,

Amplify it,

Activate it.

Those are the things we can learn.

But who you are is already encoded into you.

So here we are,

This beautiful being.

What do we know about that very annoying little signal called irritation,

This agitation that wakes up in our system?

We have a sense that something's wrong or something's off.

Sometimes we'll feel it even in our skin.

Our skin starts to create all these little itchy bites and scratchy bits,

Inflammation.

Start noticing how you're holding irritation.

How do you activate it in your human self?

How does this darling human that you are indicate to you that you're irritated?

What is your first signal that you're getting a little bit edgy here?

Let's see if we can move into that very first nuance of something's not going quite right.

Let's see if we can hold that right now.

I'm sure we can all dig a little in to the space and find something,

Even five minutes ago,

That irritated us.

See if you can bring that to mind.

I want you to take a breath and sit with it just for a moment when this agitation came in.

And ask yourself what was behind it.

What were you thinking and feeling?

What was the activation just underneath it?

It wasn't the situation that was just showing itself to you.

There was something else that was just underneath that.

See if you can capture that for you.

If you can get that next piece down,

You will hear,

More than likely,

You will hear a sense within you that there was an injustice or someone did you wrong.

You were misheard or misrepresented.

You wasted your time.

It comes in as an affront to who you are and how you think and how you show up in this world.

It comes in as a contrast,

And that's why it hits us.

We start in the first part of this process by just feeling a little irritated.

Then instead of noticing that moment of irritation,

Aggravation,

Agitation,

Instead of noticing it,

What do we do?

What is the next thing we do,

Us dear,

Delightful humans?

The very next thing we so often do is suppress it or just push it aside and say,

I'm not allowed to feel like that.

I should be behaving in a better way.

Why can't I look beyond it?

Why can't I just allow it to be?

We'll notice that we pick it up,

But we don't pick up the first agitation,

The signal inside of it.

We pick it up and we expand it into something that's a little bit bigger because then that gives us license to perform a little bit inside of it.

Pulling a funny face with that one because,

Oh,

How we do love the drama,

Don't we?

So now we can have permission to be really irritable.

We can maybe shout a little bit,

Bang a few things,

Smash some stuff,

Bang doors closed,

All these lovely things that we love to do that are showing our aggravation,

Our irritation.

The people around us all going,

Oh,

What to do now?

What to do with this person who is so agitated?

And the behavior becomes the point of awareness,

Not the thing underneath it that activated it.

Now,

The family members or the friends or the loved ones around you will probably say,

Why do you always have to make such a big thing of this?

Don't you love that one?

Why do you have to make it such a great big deal?

Why can't you just accept it?

Why can't you let it go?

But for those of us who are holding energy signals,

Who can understand the energy that is just underneath the behavior,

The reactiveness,

If you are holding a signal where you might feel disregarded,

Unheard,

Unseen,

There is always a something,

A wound,

A pain underneath it.

Those of us who are carrying these signals,

This is like step one of the levels that it can go to.

We feel the agitation,

We feel the irritation.

Step one.

Then if we can capture it,

We can just nip it in the bud right there.

We can honor ourselves,

Say,

Oh,

Yuck,

It really just irritates me so much because I feel,

See if you can go there,

Because I feel,

Because I sense,

Because,

Why,

Why,

Why,

Why are you being this one that is jumping up and down and behaving so badly?

Not because you're a wretched person,

You're a delightful being.

It's because something has scratched upon a wound.

Then look at the wound.

What is underneath there that's embedded a little deeper?

What happens a lot in your life?

Is there a disregard?

Is there a rejection?

Is there a dishonoring?

What is just underneath?

What is the wound?

What is the point of pain?

So here we have the first level when we get a skin agitation or our eyes get itchy or ears start ringing,

We just want to scratch a little bit.

That's a really good indicator that there is irritation of some kind,

Just a little nuance.

But if we can get it here in the subtle,

Oh,

How much more available to being able to do something about this.

We could really sharpen in a different way.

But because there is a pain underneath it,

A shame,

A blaming,

Because we have felt persecuted or judged,

In some way in an ancient line of awareness,

We will bring out the big guns to the story that might not have needed to be so big.

Then those around us who tell us,

Stop making such a big thing of it,

They're quite right.

It doesn't have to be the big thing.

But they don't understand that the level that you are going to has got nothing to do with the incident that activated it.

They will just see you being irrational and ridiculous.

But if you've got a wound in there,

My love,

That's what we must see.

If the thing that makes you so,

So irritable has got something to do with a rejection,

A persecution,

An isolation,

Being ignored,

Being dismissed,

Being dishonored,

If that is a wound,

And those are all big,

Big,

Big wounds,

If you've been betrayed before,

That it hurt your heart so deeply,

Then these are little nuances that lead to great,

Big overreactions.

And the people around us will all go,

Tut,

Tut,

Tut,

Why do you have to be so dramatic?

Exactly,

Why do we have to be so dramatic?

We really don't have to.

But them saying that to us is very helpful,

And they're very clumsy way of saying it.

But what they're really saying,

If you just stop and look at it,

You'll hear,

This is not like you.

That's why they're commenting.

That's why they're saying this is not like you.

This is not like you.

They see you as this beautiful being.

They see you in a different way.

They don't see you with your wounds because you're so good at masking and covering them up,

Because you're so good at finding ways to not reveal them,

Because that exposes your vulnerability.

Sweet,

Darling beings that we are,

We find so many ways to just manage,

To cope,

To carry on.

It truly is a huge challenge,

Isn't it?

It's such a difficulty for us if we don't stop in the moment of that feeling and look at what it really is.

The willingness to be with it and hold it just for a moment,

Scratch down a little bit,

Scratch down,

Look down,

Try and get to the bedrock of what the story is.

If you can go there,

You've got a very good chance of taking a breath into it and just letting it be.

We all feel pain,

My lovelies.

We feel the pain because we're here to heal that signal of pain.

Much rather,

It comes towards us,

The signal as a gentle irritation.

Much rather we do that.

But if it comes to us and smashes and collides into us and breaks our bones and really hurts our mind,

Body and being,

Those are hard to recover from.

So use the irritation that you feel as this precursor to what else could possibly be.

Imagine that we could use this as a signal that is a little further out in the subtle realm.

And when we feel this,

We start to notice it.

The moment you notice it,

This whole being goes,

Huh,

Okay,

Good,

Got that signal.

I don't have to start amplifying the level and now bring in a little bit more and then a little bit more.

So it's less subtle and less subtle and eventually it's just like a huge impact into your mind,

Body or your being.

Let's not be doing that.

So for all of those,

All of you,

All of us who feel this irritation,

Start to notice it and see it as a wonderful first step of awareness and start seeing it for what it is.

It's okay that you feel that way.

Your being is trying to sort things out.

You're trying to process.

This little irritation will grow bigger and bigger if we don't notice it.

Just like a little child who's gonna have a jolly good tantrum.

They want to be noticed.

They want to be seen.

We are the same,

Aren't we?

We're just the same.

The moment someone sees you and says,

I don't blame you,

My love,

You're quite right.

That's very hurtful.

They kind of put their arm around you emotionally or physically and they join sides with you and they say,

It's okay,

I understand.

It's a wonderful feeling,

Isn't it?

Isn't that the most wonderful feeling?

I had a neighbor who had the sweetest little boy.

Oh my gosh,

This little man was just adorable.

He was about 10 years old.

The dogs behind their house barked incessantly and there were four great big Alsatian dogs that never stopped barking.

And they were all in the back of the house that joined into the corners of our homes.

Honestly,

It was like a reverberation from hell.

All day long,

This went on.

Even when we approached them,

The response was,

Well,

Normal people go and work.

They don't stay at home and work.

So I thought that was lovely,

Wasn't that?

So we were nearly going crazy.

I honestly,

One day I just lost it and I just let go of this incredible operatic scream.

It was fabulous,

Very cathartic and marvelous.

And the hugest scream,

It was delicious.

The dogs did shut up for a few moments.

Then I realized,

Oh my gosh,

This little boy was right next door.

I went out,

That day I went out and I was on the road and he was playing on his skateboard.

I went up to this darling,

Luke,

And I said to him,

Luke,

I'm so sorry.

I behave very badly,

My boy.

This little 10 year old says to me,

Joy,

I don't blame you.

Isn't that sweet?

So sweet.

Oh,

I love that child now.

He's nearly 18 and I adore him so deeply.

Just a very clear,

Empathic,

Sweet being.

Irritation is okay,

As long as we can understand that there is a way to work with it,

A way to move with it that will amplify our energy.

Let's take a deep breath in.

As we go,

You'll be able to just keep doing and releasing these stories.

The quicker we do this,

The better it's going to be for us and everyone around us,

Holding each other as tenderly and kindly and compassionately as we possibly can.

When we don't,

Let's make it right.

The only way we're going to make this whole system show up in a different vibrational field is if we pay attention.

That means being accountable,

Responsible,

Loving and kind to our own being.

We can do that.
