I'm so glad you're here, Because this is our beautiful time where we start to connect with our energy. We're unwrapping these huge energy signals that are causing so many problems for us in this world. They register in our system as trauma signals because they block up our pathways. And anything that causes a disruption in the flow of life, This beautiful human being goes, Ooh, Don't know what to do. It starts flooding its system with stress hormones. So any signal that causes a distortion in your being that causes you to be a little bit anxious or uptight, Or whatever your reaction is, Please note that as a trauma signal. And we all think, Oh, Trauma must be a big thing, A great big horrible incident. Trauma can be so subtle, My lovelies. And it might be subtle in its exposure to you or your exposure to it in this life, But trauma is a very, Very big story in our human evolution. When we can release these trauma signals, We will find ourselves able to be here in a very different way as a species. It's the signals that are causing us enormous despair. The reason for that, My lovelies, Is not only is it chemically just absolutely bombarding our system, But also it's stopping us from stepping into our higher self and acknowledging who we are. The moment we can do that, We can remember who we are and step into a higher frequency of our awareness, You know that everything is created in real time though, Don't you? This is not like a studio contrived setup where I'm going, Oh, I wonder what we should do and say now, Just know that this is very authentic. But we're gonna call in our guides and hold the space and just see what comes in as the way of guidance. It's just beautiful for us to be able to come into a space and hold our energy as a collective. Imagine that many people who really want to uplift their energy, Show up in the world in a different way. When you start realizing that that is what is actually going on in the world, You can start to feel a little bit more courageous about this world, Our life, And where we're moving towards. So I wish that for you, My treasures. We thank Insight Time for giving us these incredible opportunities to just keep showing up for each other. So lovely ones, Let's take a deep breath, Let's come into the space, And let's hold this energy just so beautifully. Can we do that together? Because when we send a consistent message to this mind-body that this is me connecting now to this mind-body being, This is me holding this space with enormous grace and love. This is me here. Acknowledge you in that space right now, My lovelies. Feel the earth holding you, My treasures. Feel the breath of life moving easily into you, In and through. Then open your heart and imagine that we can send beaming, Radiant, Unconditional love and light to all those who are here. It's so easy for us to do that because we're not tangled in each other's lives with our human stuff. We're just showing up as our higher self, And we're holding the space together. Just imagine for every lovely soul that's here, That's written a little message, And every soul that's waiting in the background in some way, Imagine that we can just beam these light cords of energy to each and every soul. And we hold that so sweetly with such great kindness. May all beings be well. Then see if you can do the same connection to those in your family, Friends, Loved ones, Those with whom you work, Your colleagues, Your community. Just beams of loving light in every direction. Unconditional loving regard. When we do that, We change our own frequency. And when we change that setting within us, We start to amplify through this heart that is a magnetic field, That is can transmit energy in the most incredible way. So as we do that, And as we transmit this energy, This beautiful signal of love and light, So it's easier now for our guides, Angels, Divine presence to step a little closer. Let's ask our guides now, Step in, Step close. Be with us now. And for whatever this could be for each and every one of you for your families and those with whom you connected, May the opening of the space, The upliftment of our energy be a gracious gift that creates a ripple opening and opening and opening into all the spaces that it can move to. And we just let go. Let go and let God trust, Trust. Can you do that, My lovelies? Hold the space now. Soften your tummy. Feel the connection to the earth. Feel stable, Strong here. So as we hold ourselves, This beautiful being, We consider this little signal that can cause a lot of pain and annoyance in our life, The one of indecisiveness. We know what that feels like, Don't we? When we just can't make that decision, We feel blocked sometimes or we're dithering around. We're just not getting to it. And the reason we do this, My lovelies, Is because we are not always so sure. The sure thing is what this human relies upon to feel safe and to feel like we are holding our space and we are protected or we are assured in some way, Confident that this, What we're doing, This that we are busy playing in is able and capable and that we're able to move into it and able to do it and be there in the way that is helpful to our being. Indecision, Indecisiveness comes in when we don't feel very secure and don't feel very stable. And we tend to dither around the thing. So let's ask now that we can recognize this in whatever way we play it out in our own life. And as we recognize this, Let's bring to our memory a moment in this life when we felt that, That kind of indecision, Indecisiveness, That dithering kind of energy. I'm sure we can all go rummaging around in our filing cabinets of our mind and you go and find an example of that. And as you hold the awareness of that, Ask your being, I wonder, I wonder. Remember those are the magic words, I wonder why. I have been dithering around this, Not committing to it, Not completing it, Not even getting to do it. Just skirting around it, I wonder why. That's the very, Very first step in connecting with most of these trauma signals. Just see it and acknowledge it. Then ask your being, I wonder why. I wonder why it is that I'm reacting in this way or showing up in this way, I wonder why. If you wonder, The part of you that loves completion and resolution will go wandering off into all the pathways of your mind, All the memory banks, And try to find an answer for you. This being is constantly trying to help us and support us to know ourselves in this life journey. Because of the interactions, Because of the impact that we receive and give each other, We know something. So now we set this task out for our being, I wonder why I do this. I wonder why I dither around, Skirt around, Not commit, Not get done with this that is calling me, Beckoning me, What is the reason for that? Then you sit with that just a little while. So sit with it now. I wonder why this indecision is something that doesn't sit well with me. We could so easily just dismiss it and let it go. But have you noticed how it hooks onto your awareness? That is part of that whole structure that wants completion. This being always seeks completion, Beginning, Middle, And an end. It's what makes this human feel comfortable and safe, Reliable, Predictable, And that makes us feel known, Known to ourself and the whole story around us. So ask yourself, What is it that you are trying to avoid? What is it that you just don't want to connect in? Is there a story in there? Is there a reason that you're really battling just to come into that space? If you sit with that one just for a moment and ask your being, I wonder what you're gonna hear. Will you hear the story that you're just not good enough? That other people are so much better at this than you are? There are more people who are qualified, Better qualified than you, Who could do this superbly. And why would you be called to do it if someone else could do it? What's the point of that? Maybe there's a little bit of hardship in there somewhere, Something like I can't fail because I fail too many times. So if I make a commitment and I step towards it and then fail at completing it or succeeding at it, There will be a great deal of tongue wagging, Finger wagging, I will do the same to myself. I will reproach myself, Blame and shame myself for not getting it done, For leaving it undone. The undoneness is so bothersome to our heart, Mind and our soul because this being knows that it's here on purpose, That this is a purposeful journey. We are here as part of the divine design. We are here in the structure that is giving us all the opportunities to know and to grow, To expand our consciousness and to uplift each other. When we step out of that, It just becomes so confusing, So difficult for us to hold that space. Can you recognize the ripple effect of a simple signal of indecisiveness? There is so much that goes with it that it's not worth us just saying, Oh, Well, It's a nothing thing. It's a signal that doesn't really matter. It does matter, It matters a lot because of all the signals that get attached to that story. And all the ways that we self-persecute, Blame and shame, Reproach ourselves for not being good enough. Take a breath and be here with that, Not good enough. Never good enough. So if we step into something and we say, I'm going to do this and I'm gonna show up and hold the space in this way, But we have a history with ourselves and our parents, Our families, Where they expect us to fail in some way, To not complete, To not commit, Where there is already this presentation of doom and gloom, Misery, Not quite good enough. Very, Very hard then to be willing to step into the next thing, Isn't it? Because if we did and we said, This is what I'm going to do, If we let ourselves down, It will just be a whole lot of smirking behind the hands, Smiling and saying, Well, We know that, We know that it's a waste of time, Waste of money. This darling being that wants so dearly to step up and do the thing doesn't get to do it because all the time what's sabotaging it is this fear of failure, This dread, This fear of the contempt that will be delivered. If you can recognize all those attached points of pain to a story, You have a very good way of unwrapping it and coming back to a place of clarity and ease. Wouldn't it be lovely if we could just leave that decision, That decisiveness and we just leave it within us. We don't make a great big announcement to the world. We just make a deep inner commitment. This is me seeking and longing and looking for this thing. Therein lies the key. Because if we seek and long and yearn for something, Then we activate our heart, My lovelies. Until we activate our heart, We're just dithering around the edges of it. It is only when we activate our heart, The magnetic field that we can actually create, Make, Do, Expand into that whatever it is. So in this, The key to this is that this must delight you. It must resonate as a truth or something that you're really keen to do. Because if you're not committed to it, You're not gonna be committed to it. If your heart and soul is not delighted with the idea of what it is that you could create, Then you're not gonna want to create that. If someone says this is something you must, Should and have to do because this is a requirement, A necessity, Feel the resistance that comes in right away when I even say those words. You can just feel yourself slamming your heels into the ground and just say, Mm-mm-mm-mm, No, Don't you be telling me what to do. Don't you be bossing me around. I'm the boss of me. Don't you love that? I'm the boss of me. And yes, You are. You are the boss of you. You are the one who films, Sees, Expands, Directs, Produces, Activates, Captivates. You are that one. You are the one, My lovely. If it doesn't captivate your attention, If it doesn't attract a magnetic reaction from your heart, If it doesn't delight you, Well, Then it's not for you, Is it? If it's a must, Should and have to, Then it's a burden. It's an obligation and it becomes very, Very hard. So of course we're not gonna do the best job because it just doesn't have the energy in it. We don't have the energy to put in it. It's an extra thing, Something extra that I just have to do. That's an annoyance, Isn't it? Because we're already, All of us, Doing more than we can do. We're pushing ourselves very hard in the showing upness of our life. So when we feel it is a burden, An obligation, Hmm, We're in the wrong place, My treasures, And then we are gonna look like we're very indecisive, That's a little bit like a self-fulfilling prophecy, Isn't it? It's a little bit of a setup. This game was set up in a way so that you would fail. You and the failing of it will despair and blame and shame yourself and give yourself this label, I'm the one who can never commit and never complete, And I'm the one and I'm the one. Don't be doing that to your gorgeous you. Don't be doing that. You're a beautiful being that is inspired and motivated to be here in a certain way, In your way, Not anyone else's way. Every one of us is like a sparkle of light on this incredible diamond, This multifaceted life that we are living. And you polish up this little facet, The window that is holding you and reflecting you into this life, I'll polish up mine, And I'm gonna do what delights me because then I'm motivated and I want to do it and I'm happy to do it and I want to move forward with it. But otherwise, It's just a burden. And oh my gosh, We are so burdened already. Aren't we just so absolutely fed up with everything already? Enough's enough. We must choose very carefully at this point. So indecisiveness gives us a window, An opportunity to grow. When we find ourselves dithering around it, It's because there is a little lack, A component that is missing. It is our gift to work that out. What is missing in the story? What am I missing? And who am I in it? Then my love, We have an incredible gift that is gonna help us in the massive transformation of humanity. We have this little thing called discernment, Choosing. This is the greatest gift because it activates our free will. And that, My love, Is the one gift that's gonna bring us all home, To choose and to choose well. So when we are dithering around something and we're indecisive, We just cannot commit, Instead of throwing all of your energy down a great big hole of misery and despair, Ask your being, What is going on here? Who am I in this? What is this that is nudging at me? And all those depleting, Hanging on energies, Those other signals, Notice them and see them. Once you start seeing them, They're not frightening, They're not hiding behind cupboards and hiding under beds about to grab your ankles. They are there for us to see and to understand and then to discern, To choose, What it is that delights us. If every single one of us moved in the motivation of that which delights, Fills us up with a divine light, Delightful, Then we would all be showing up and activating, Leaping out of bed in the morning, Like, Oh, I can't wait to present this to the world or me to the world doing this. It will be such a different place with such a high vibration because we're showing up according to our own divine design. We're holding the space as that. This is the gift that we get now. So look at the piece that feels like it's collapsing, That looks like a signal of trauma, Recode it in your own system, Tweak it, Find the gifts that are hidden, Deeply embedded in this whole story. You will find them if you just stop and say, I wonder, I wonder what's going on here. I wonder what it is that I can do now to make a great difference to this life experience, To my own life journey, To complete my divine and sacred agreement. What could I do now? How could I show up now? When you hook that into it, The motivation to do anything, Everything and anything becomes so superb. It just feeds your energy system and helps you to really come to that point of fulfillment and completion. No more dithering, Showing up and being your most capable, Confident, Amazing divine being of light and love, Which is exactly what you are. So can we take a breath into that lovely energy field? And then as you breathe out, Just drop, Drop into this moment, Relax your whole body, Make a commitment now to listen to you, To reconnect to this mind, Body and being, To trust you, To activate your free will and choose the highest best for you. In doing that, You're changing the story for everyone who is connected to you. The ripple effect of you being here becomes highly significant. So much love here, My treasures.
