Releasing the trauma signal of frustration begins with deep energy awareness, recognizing how we fixate on pain. As we hold higher consciousness, we create a bypass—shifting from reaction to presence, dissolving old patterns. In this space of expansion, frustration transforms into clarity, opening the path to flow and freedom.

So what are we gonna talk about?

Today as we unwrap another one of these trauma signals,

You know we're on a mission,

Aren't we?

We're unwrapping these one by one,

One every week.

So just know that it will take almost a year for us to get through every single one.

I do record them and I post them as soon as they are edited.

So sweet people,

Here we are talking about frustration.

So who's never had frustration?

I'm sure there's just nobody who would ever put their hand up.

We just know that frequency,

Don't we?

Because it really rattles us.

When frustration comes in,

That's the word we give it,

But how do we feel when we feel this energy coming up that things are not going our way,

That there's some kind of block,

Or something's happened that we're just not feeling very comfortable in that space.

It's when the discomfort comes in to our mind,

Body,

And the being,

That the whole being goes into some kind of reactive state.

So we could put up with all kinds of things,

This and that,

If only this darling mind body didn't immediately drop itself into defensive,

Protective mode,

And into the default mode of survival and suffering,

Because in that,

We start creating other energies.

We start to defend,

To deflect,

Deny,

Distract,

Detach,

And destroy.

All those DDD words.

They are energies of us pushing against what is.

Stuff comes in,

We know that.

We've lived long enough,

All of us,

To know that stuff is gonna happen.

We're never gonna be totally happy with everything in the world.

Things are going to annoy us to bits,

And frustrate the life out of us sometimes,

Because things aren't going the way we would like them to go,

Or it's rattling something inside of us.

The expression of our irritation or frustration,

Or whatever the thing is,

The note or the tone in it,

That's not the problem.

It's the reactiveness that happens in our body that is the problem,

Because the moment we go into that reactive sense,

This beautiful being starts throwing out all those protective elements,

The cortisol,

The norepinephrine,

Epinephrine,

The stress hormones,

The tummy gets tight,

The face gets scrunched up.

We wanna smash someone,

We'll do something delightful like that.

We can just feel this rage up swelling in our being,

Because things are not going well.

It's the protection of this being,

The reactive protection that we are bringing in that is the problem.

That's the part that is making a problem in our systems.

Because my lovelies,

We are so immersed in things that are irritating and seemingly beyond our control.

So the frustration just goes on and on.

Then we drop down another rabbit hole,

Don't we?

When things are not going well,

When we're not in control,

Or we feel like this little ship or this little boat is running away with us,

Something's going on that we have got no control over,

This being becomes quite terrified.

We're either going to lie down and just play dead and just hope for the best,

Or we're gonna fight back,

Or we're just gonna run away.

We're going to defend ourself in any of those three very old,

Very static,

Uncreative limbic system reactions.

Those are going to cause problems in our system,

Always.

They're just gonna cause more and more problems.

The more we have this story,

The more problems come in,

Because we start to store it and we don't know how to release it.

Oh,

It's just a big circle of mess,

Isn't it?

So when we drop into these spaces,

Don't be thinking that you're ridiculous.

Don't go like,

Oh,

There I am,

Just being frustrated or irritable or edgy.

There's a reason,

My lovely.

There's something that's tap-tapping upon the door of your consciousness.

Don't you go blaming and shaming yourself.

I'm gonna wag my finger at you.

Don't be doing that.

Don't be dismissing you or ignoring you or telling you that you're not good enough or something's wrong with you and that's why you're reactive.

No,

No,

No.

You are reactive because there's something creating a reaction inside of your being.

It's always gonna be to save yourself.

It's always gonna be based on the very base of the survival instinct,

Always.

So now what do we do?

Here's the world,

Lots of people,

Lots of stuff,

Lots of ways of doing things,

Not gonna suit us most of the time.

So are we just gonna walk around grumpy pants,

Kicking,

Screaming and raging or are we going to find a way to be here that is a little bit more considerate towards ourself?

Kind to this being,

Lovely.

Let's try,

Find that little pathway,

That midway where we can do this with more ease and grace.

Let's take a breath into this being,

Bringing this beautiful energy,

Calling our guides,

Angels,

Divine presence,

Come on in.

We want to have really good help to release and let go of these very irritating frequencies that are distorting us.

Take a deep breath in,

My lovelies.

Long,

Slow out-breath.

Oh,

The beautiful you.

As you do this,

Plant yourself where you are.

Feel like you can drop your awareness right down,

Down,

Down,

Feet into the earth,

Onto the ground that's supporting you.

Just for a little while,

If you can,

Close your eyes and block out all the stuff around you.

Feel how you are feeling right now.

If you could do a quick scan through your field,

I love having the idea of a beautiful light donut,

Like a halo almost,

But it's really big.

You slowly drop it down over your body so that your body's coming into the center and this light,

This donut-shaped light is all the way around you,

Donut-shaped is scanning you.

So just imagine that you're in a donut-shaped donut,

Imagine you're doing that now,

Bringing it down,

You're scanning all the parts of your being at the same time.

Don't try and think of what you might be thinking.

Just allow your awareness to know that you are scanning,

Connecting to this beautiful being.

Just keep dropping it down,

Down,

Down,

Right through your whole being,

All the way down to your feet.

Once you get there,

Just imagine it dissolving and moving into the earth,

Like raindrops going into a hungry earth.

Then take another breath and bring it back up to the top of the crown,

Bring another beautiful light and place yourself right in the center and bring it down over you.

Relax your whole body with this sweep.

Everything that is passing,

Just relax that part of your body.

Soften your tummy,

Be here,

Be present.

Go all the way down,

Touch the earth,

The ground,

Dissolve.

Replenish,

Release.

You can do as many of these sweeps as you feel.

When you first start doing this,

You might notice that you go part of the way and then you get a little distracted and your mind wanders.

Seem crazy that mind can wander in a millisecond like that,

But really can,

Multifaceted being of love and light that we are.

But if that part of you,

Where would you hesitate or wait a little while,

You become aware of where that is.

Maybe it's around here,

The shoulders,

The neck,

The throat,

Maybe it's somewhere around there.

And just note that,

Then allow it to continue to move down and through you.

In that,

See light from every direction of this incredible structure of healing light,

Moving into you at the exact same time.

All of you being held,

Light being beamed within you.

Imagine even if there was a sound or vibration and color,

All those frequency things that we can click into.

Imagine all of these things are going on,

Wouldn't that be something?

And so we are healing ourselves.

This mindful connection to this being that knows so much ruffling and distortion,

Aggravation,

Irritation,

Frustration.

This being that is feeling everything that is happening,

Whether you are consciously aware of it,

Or whether it's just coming in and it's suddenly hitting you and you don't notice it right away.

But after a little while,

You just start feeling really irritable,

Or you've noticed yourself becoming very tired.

You will notice when your body starts to say,

I can't,

I'm getting a little overwhelmed,

Too much coming in.

That is the truth.

There is just too much coming in,

My treasures.

In way gone by gone times,

People didn't have the level of input,

The constant bombardment of their systems,

The noise that never stops the building,

The planes,

The lawnmowers,

The weed eaters,

And the leaf blowers,

And the people,

The cars,

The planes.

We don't even hear them anymore because we don't even know when it's happened.

I always remember this wonderful story with the people who lived in England,

I think it was,

And they were quite near to a railway.

My dad told me this story,

Or it might have been my grandfather even who told me this story,

Gosh.

And they would be sitting at the table and where they were having tea,

If the train went by,

It was that close to the place where the train went past,

The teacups would rattle a little bit.

But they got so used to it that they didn't even notice.

One of the people at the table said,

Oh,

I wonder if the three o'clock train has gone by yet.

Everyone else was like laughing because the teacups had been rattling and everything got disturbed a little bit with the noise and the vibration,

The aggravation of that input.

This dear soul had completely tuned it a while after their being.

Didn't even notice it and asked,

Has the three o'clock train even come through yet?

Isn't it incredible how we can do that?

As part of this being knows how to switch off and not pay attention to everything,

Which is a wonderful mechanism,

Isn't it?

Imagine if we were coded in and wired into every single thing with no respite.

Oh,

I think we would go completely do lollipop.

It would just be way too much.

For those of you who are very sensitive and empathic,

That's what it feels like.

Way too much coming in all at the same time.

No ability to screen it off or shut it down.

So when this all hits the body like this and hits the senses,

Too much to process and assimilate.

So what happens is so much of it just shuts down.

But that doesn't mean the sound and the impact,

The waves,

The vibration haven't touched you in some way.

They have impacted on the body.

They have made the teacups rattle.

It has been present in your space.

You haven't paid attention to it because your being has assimilated it as something that is normal and doesn't react to it in an alarming way.

As a guest might go,

Oh my gosh,

What's happening here?

But everyone else has assimilated and become accustomed to it,

And so that becomes the norm.

I wonder how many of these stories we have put into our system where we don't notice anymore,

But they're poking into our awareness.

They're scratching at our attention.

And we just take it as that's the norm.

That's the way it is.

That's the way it should be.

But your being,

This beautiful,

Sensitive,

Perceptive,

Glorious being,

So tired of the bombardment,

So exhausted,

Overstimulated.

This dear being is being bombarded in a way that has never been in all of history.

They talk about when people come back from wars that they're so reactive to noises and to a teacup dropping,

Or something heavy falling,

Or a firecracker going off,

And it's like this terrified alert.

The whole system goes into a terror and reactive mode,

Protective mode.

Sure,

I know,

And that makes my heart a little bit sore because our darling boys,

And my husband is one of them,

They were conscripted,

And they all had to go to the army here in South Africa and fight in a bush war that they didn't believe in.

It was hideous,

And saw disgusting things,

And had impacts upon their body.

Still to this day,

That generation of dear ones,

And they barely speak about it because it's not macho and manly to speak about it,

But if it becomes,

If what the one person who's in my family,

If there's a full moon,

The whole body starts just shaking and becoming very reactive because full moons was when the worst action happened because there was more light in the evenings for that to happen.

That alert,

That association with stuff,

With sound,

With noise,

With light,

With the atmosphere,

Thunder,

Firecrackers,

All those things become signals within this being that say,

Find a way to just protect yourself,

Whatever you can do.

The more we have these unconsciously,

Not consciously aware of them,

They're just coming into us,

The more we have of these,

The more hyper alert the system has to be.

At the same time as being able to assimilate it all,

It also has to be able to shut them down very quickly so that you can continue to walk down the street when a car backfires and it sounds like a gunshot's gone off.

You can still continue to walk down the street without falling apart.

The system is always trying to protect itself.

In the protecting of itself,

It's gonna shut down so much of your capacity.

Therein lies the problem.

That's where the frustration starts to come in because you,

Your delightful being,

Knows that you are not operating at your full potential.

How could you when so much of your being feels like it must shut down so that it can protect you?

Fine tune,

Can you hear that there's just one little key that we have to turn here to unlock that story?

It's the story of survival,

Protection,

Defending.

If we could fine tune that story out of the human system,

We would be beings that could be completely magnificent.

No more reactiveness,

No more frustrations,

No more wasting of our energy,

Dumbing down of our species.

The more we dumb it down,

The more we will be manipulated,

Coerced,

Bullied and pushed.

Be very mindful of your reactiveness and notice your frustration because it's one of the entry level awarenesses to what is going on.

Never again are you to shame and blame and disregard yourself and say,

Oh,

I'm just edgy.

No,

You're not just edgy.

You're a fabulous,

Attuned,

Incredible being that knows so much.

It's that your being is just too hyper aroused,

Hyper alert at this point because there's an underlying story inside of this,

An undertone that is making it react,

Throwing all these stress hormones into your system,

Stressing out your adrenal systems.

It's very,

Very depleting,

Isn't it?

So let's bring a peace and a closure to this energy frequency.

The more you do this,

The more you are able to stay conscious of you and the space that you're in and be able to help and support your being from your higher self.

Your darling human self is here to feel the impact and the story of life.

That's why we have a body and a form with all these senses and perceptions that we can feel and connect.

That's us.

Wonderful.

But there's another part of us,

The magnificent part of us that is pure light,

Pure energy and wisdom that's connected to all that is always within this being.

That part of us is like the nurturer,

The guiding,

The inner compass,

The sweet one within us.

Let's connect there now,

My treasures.

Can you do that with me?

Let's take a deep breath in,

My lovelies.

Long,

Slow out-breath.

Let's release,

Drop your shoulders,

Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.

Drop,

Drop,

Drop,

Drop the idea right now of having to survive.

Watch if your body goes,

Oh,

What's that?

The idea of having to survive.

Just drop it.

Open up the idea of sweet surrender,

Softening,

Sweet surrender.

And now open the idea of thriving,

Being,

Connecting into your highest potential.

There are so many ways that we can love,

Support and hold this being.

Think of just those three little steps.

Challenge yourself in the idea of what is survival for me?

What does survival look like?

How do I find myself protecting my being so that I can survive?

Is it okay for me to say to myself,

I don't want to survive,

I want to thrive?

Just say that to your being.

Feel your little alarm bell come on when you say,

I don't want to survive.

The whole being goes,

Oh,

No,

But you must.

Yes,

But not in a reactive,

Terrified way that is so easily manipulated.

We want to thrive.

We want to step into who we truly are.

That all our capacities,

Our multifaceted awareness brings awareness to us in a way that we can respond and connect to it,

That we can understand it and integrate it,

And that we can filter it so easily and smoothly because we've become clear and conscious about what it is.

Stay conscious,

Stay clear.

Step out of blaming and shaming yourself because then you'll be in denial,

Defending,

Deflecting,

Distracting.

Don't be doing any of that.

Stay real,

Authentic,

Connected.

You're not broken,

You're not ridiculous.

You're just starting to open and become so much more in the mindful reconnection of your mind,

Body,

And being.

Can we do this,

My lovelies?

Can we find this thin pathway that's right in the middle of all this clutter?

See if you can do that this week.

It'll be a wonderful mind readjustment that you could bring in for yourself.
