
Release Trauma Signals - Disgust

In this session, we gently explore and release the trauma signal of Disgust. Together, we acknowledge the hidden layers of shame and aversion that weigh upon the heart. Within this sacred space, we awaken to our true essence as Light Workers—beings of love, compassion, and healing. As we clear this heavy imprint, we return to clarity, self-honouring, and inner strength. Come and align with the frequency of freedom and purpose.

All right my darling ones,
Are we ready to release these signals,
These points of pain and trauma that get locked up in our energy systems?
The quicker we release these,
The quicker we're going to find wellness as a collective,
A human collective.
So every time we prepare to release a little bit of pain or trauma in our own energy signal,
We actually start to signal a different story into the collective field.
So really taking ownership and responsibility for caring for ourselves is a really good idea.
Very kind not just to you but to all those with whom you mix and connect and love and collide to all life.
Beautiful.
So today as we connect we're talking about releasing that energy signal of disgust.
Oh it's a hard one isn't it?
To feel disgusted about something or to feel disgusting in something or to have the sense of disdain or disgust for someone or some action.
It really sours our perception.
Often when we're experiencing that,
We don't know what to do to make it feel better,
To make ourselves feel a olfactory senses because it's kind of comes in smack bang into the face and then hits the heart and then hits the gut.
It's like boom boom and boom.
Three big punches into our being.
So let's talk about how we can release this signal,
How we can hold the space as we call in our guides and divine presence to be here with us and help us and hold us.
So if you can now just come into the space where you are,
Wriggle a little bit,
Get comfortable and then for those who can close their eyes just do that for a little while and connect directly into your energy field so that you're holding yourself in a very sacred space right now.
Let's do this together.
Take a deep breath in my lovelies,
Long slow out breath.
Drop drop drop into this moment.
Whenever you are willing to create a moment with your higher self,
A connection back to your divine,
If whenever we can come home to the place,
The sacred place,
The divine heart,
Just allowing ourselves to stop for a moment and to hold the space we're in is so important.
If we can find a signal,
Something that we can connect into at any time in the day,
Doesn't have to be a great oh I'm going to meditate now performance.
It can just be a moment of reconnection that will help you to very quickly come back in that moment,
Realign and reconnect.
There is something incredible about us being able to connect in the moment,
Not let the lingering feeling hang on us and travel with us until we think okay now I'm ready to release it because what happens the moment we get a sense of something our being is signaling to us I don't like this,
This is not lovely,
I'm not happy here,
This is not a great space for me to be in.
The moment we get that signal we are to acknowledge it even if it is not the appropriate place for us to unpeel it or unwrap it or sit with it or do whatever we need to do with it.
Just acknowledge what you're feeling in the moment that that moment arrives.
I cannot tell you how important this is my lovelies.
The reason why it is so very very important is because if we sense something it's because our sensory being our system is sending us a signal.
When we really pick them up and we say oh I don't like that,
Our inclination is to push it aside,
Disregard it or distract ourselves away from it.
When we do that,
That lingering little feeling doesn't just magically go away,
It sits deeper down in your awareness.
If we move on in the day and we do this and then we do that and we mix with that one and then we do something else we just seem to have this little thorn in us as we're moving through our day.
We're just not quite as lovely or light-filled because there's this constant underlying nudge that's going on inside of us that says I'm not happy,
There was something that made me feel sad or lost or locked down or disgusted or unhappy.
There's something that happened.
When we push it away it goes into another space in our awareness.
It goes deep down.
If we leave enough of this debris deep down in our energy field and in our psyche it starts to create little tangles and mess ups inside of us.
I wonder if you've ever noticed if you've gone into a place and you've just felt oh now the energy is off here but as you go in and you get that sense the first thing that most of us do is admonish ourselves and we say oh no must be me,
Must be me that no one wants to have here.
We blame and shame,
Disregard ourselves.
Such a pity isn't it?
I wonder why we do that.
It would be wonderful if we could start to reconnect to these impulses,
These signals that are coming in.
Place them in a different awareness within this being.
So imagine that you walk into a place and you pick up a little bit of a signal and there's something that is resonating.
It's not quite okay,
There's something off here.
If we could just say to our being those magic words,
Remember I always tell you the magic words are I wonder.
I wonder what that's about.
I wonder what's going on.
I wonder what has made me feel at ease or dis-ease or not at ease.
I wonder what that feeling is.
We don't have to play this game only with the things that would draw our energy downward.
We can also play this game with the things that amplify energy because the moment we recognize it,
The moment we acknowledge it,
We are acknowledging ourselves.
Please hear that.
The moment we acknowledge what we are feeling or sensing,
Perceiving,
What we might be experiencing,
That moment you have come back into agreement with you.
You are acknowledging you.
If you had to think about the things that we truly want to create,
The spaces we want to create and how we want to feel in them,
We would have to say to ourselves that we would rather feel at ease,
Accepted,
Loved,
Honored,
Held,
Noticed in those spaces.
We would much rather feel as if we have been seen,
Honored,
Known,
Welcomed.
It is such a great uplifting feeling and yet to our own being when some impulse or signal comes in that is not what we really want to feel at that moment,
We might disregard ourselves and tell ourselves that we're just ridiculous.
It's not so bad or everyone looks happy here.
It must be me.
We so seldom acknowledge ourselves.
The very thing that we wish others to bring towards us and to see us and value us,
Respect us and yet we don't do it to ourselves.
So these deep connections of pain sit a little deeper within us.
After a little while we feel inadequacy inside of our being,
Awkwardness and we just don't know how to overcome that.
Really what it takes is for us to come back into agreement with ourself.
So make this vow to you now,
The very next time you start to feel something,
Whatever it is,
Whether it feels like a high vibration or a low vibration,
No matter what it is,
Don't put a label on it.
Just say to yourself,
I wonder what that's about.
I wonder what I'm feeling about this.
But just wonder about something.
This being seeks resolution and completion all the time.
Almost everything on this earth comes into completion,
Cycle to cycle,
Season to season,
Beginning,
Middle and end,
Born,
Live and pass away.
Everything is a cycle bringing ourselves into a place of completion.
So there is a sense of assuredness within that even though we might be terrified of all the places and spaces in between the beginning and the end,
That middle part is a little bit unknown,
Isn't it?
So we might have a little trepidation in the side of that.
But it's okay for us to hold the space no matter how we're feeling.
Even if we know that there is an ending,
We at least know that there's a resolution and a completion.
And we seek as a human being resolution.
So when we say,
I wonder what that's about,
It's not final and it doesn't cap it or close it up that circle.
It leaves it as an endless perception,
Thought or awareness.
An endless openness,
A wondering in that potential lies.
When we say,
I don't like that or I don't like this person,
I'm never coming here again,
We've closed the door and we've shut it down.
Sometimes we must do that.
But if it's not something that needs to be shut down right away,
Don't shut you down by telling yourself that you're ridiculous.
Stay open,
Stay able to connect to more information,
More data,
I wonder.
So the wondering part of you,
Wonders often tries to fulfill that wondering for you.
Part of you stays attentive to that which has connected into your awareness.
And that is how we become more conscious,
When we stay connected to the signals that are coming in.
So let's think about the energy now of disgust.
When we sense or perceive that,
Where do you feel that right away my lovelies?
When you see something that upsets you and feels like it's a very big smack on your senses,
And you know that this is disgusting,
It's heartbreaking,
It's despairing,
But there is a sense of disgust,
It tastes nasty,
It's bitter,
It's awful,
It's not appropriate and it's not okay.
It is such a firm connection to our awareness of no,
No,
No inside of us.
It's not just like I don't think I like it.
When we get a signal that says disgust,
It is so definite.
Have you noticed that?
Can you hear that?
We can even say oh it smells bad or that's a rotten event or we give it a sound or a word or phrase that comes with a sense of smell or taste or sight,
Something we've seen.
Every situation is so different isn't it?
There's no way anyone can give you any advice on that kind of thing,
But truly follow your gut,
Follow your instinct and follow your truth.
And always,
Always start with you and kind to you.
Just be kind,
Come into the kindness in you.
Just do that.
Then you will find you will be able to manage what you're in,
In a different frame of reference.
When we go into anger or hatred or bitterness,
Then we seem to throw more spikes and more barbs into that energy field.
Kind to you first because a signal is a signal and all these energies that we've been talking about,
These energies of hardship and pain and suffering,
All of them my lovelies are signals and they're signals that our ancient ones felt in an enormous way because they were struggling as we are,
All of us to this point,
Just to hang on for dear life,
Just to survive,
To get through the day.
So those energies of survival give us codes that say do this to survive and those codes are run away,
Protect yourself,
Fight like crazy,
Lie down,
Play dead.
So we have this reactive connection to almost every signal that comes in.
If you don't have a reaction then your mind,
Body and this vehicle cannot register it.
So those reactions that come in and we go and it takes our breath away,
It knocks us in the stomach,
We feel quite sick to our stomach with it,
That is for you to acknowledge and register because that is what it is.
It's a signal that says please listen,
Please hear,
There's something here you need to pay attention to and for us to pay attention to it is the gift.
We can unwrap it and we can release it and we can let it go but that's probably not the first thing we want to do.
We probably want to punch the other person in the face or we probably want to hide under the bed or never go back into that space ever again.
We always are going to revert back to those three very primitive limbic reactive states where we're just going to run away,
Fight back like crazy or lie down and play dead.
Surely we could have come up with something a bit more imaginative than just three reactive states.
So the first thing you do,
You want to start connecting into that responsive awareness of you where you're not just this runaway train of all the adrenaline,
The cortisol,
Epinephrine,
Norepinephrine,
Those stress hormones that just hijack our systems.
We want to come into the place where we acknowledge us there and us being able to receive these signals.
Then we want to acknowledge what the signal is and then we want to place it into the bigger space.
I wonder what that's about because the moment you're wondering about something it's not stuck in you.
Please hear that.
Find a formula and you stick to it as well as you can.
If you do it most of the time or even just part of the time it's already an improvement on the way humanity has been playing the game of survival.
We've got to get out of the game of survival,
That reactive state.
The next space we're shifting into as humanity is a wonderful space of thriving and potential.
We must awaken to it and we must acknowledge that we are awakening to it and that's why we're seeing so much around us that is disgusting to us,
Not appropriate,
Cannot happen.
In that my lovelies,
Hear the signal,
Hear the note or the messages coming in loud and clear to you.
It's not for you to get sick within it and to throw it in your body or ignore it or trap it in you.
It's for us to make a choice to activate our free will and I point here to the throat because this is the activation point of our free will to choose something else that we can shift out of the story of survival and we can shift into the next trajectory and that is to thrive.
That is what we want to do but the only way we're ever going to be able to do that is if we choose something else.
What is pushing us to choose my lovelies?
It's the story of the calamities and pain and the horrors,
The dreadfulness,
The disgusting attitudes and belief systems and mannerisms that are coming in.
We can't ignore them,
They are so ghastly,
They're so ridiculous.
It's like we're all going,
What?
How can you think,
Possibly even imagine that that's okay?
It's not okay.
It's disgusting but instead of us being angry and adding anger into this great swelling heap of miserable signals,
Acknowledge no it's not okay.
Then you stand here,
You see you,
You honor you because you my love know something else and you're the holder of the something else.
You're the one that can shift us into the something else if you know what it is.
That's why you must at this point in your journey come back to you,
Honor you for whatever it is that you're feeling and have felt.
Whatever you are willing to express and feel and sense,
Acknowledge you that this is you stepping into a much higher awareness where things that seemed okay are not okay anymore.
We cannot ever go back into that misery heap of hate and anger and destruction.
We can never go there again.
We will kill each other,
We will kill our earth.
We must step into this next space now.
So here we are,
This beautiful community,
Heightened aware conscious beings that are ready to do something else.
We've got a little bit lost because we have been reacting in the same patterns that have kept us in survival.
We stop those patterns,
We recognize them with a deep sense of love and compassion for our human story,
The ingrained embedded patterns that have kept us locked into a certain mindset and now we stand and we start to discern and choose and activate our free will and we begin the next step.
We are here to do that.
Here that the signal even this one I've discussed which is so heavy and so awful is only there so that we can see.
When we see,
We don't need the signal.
Think about that.
When we really start to see,
We will not need a signal to help us to make that shift.
We must get there very quickly now because we want to let go of all these things that are contrasts,
That are heavy,
That are awful and disgusting so that we can create something different.
I wonder what that's about.
I wonder what I would choose if I knew something else.
I wonder what I would choose for life that is to come,
For all the little children that are still to be born and all the treasures who are here now and all the animals and plants and the earth.
What would I choose with all my heart and all my soul if I knew that it would make all the difference to this human story.
We've worked very,
Very hard to get here.
Now is the time to really step up and see who we are,
Divine beings of light and love.
We are guided and we are here.
We are sensing,
We are aware,
We are conscious and we can choose something else.
Let's do it.
Can we do that?
Let's take a deep breath in my lovelies to that thought and that feeling.
Then as you breathe out just drop your awareness right into the space.
Acknowledge you,
Honor you,
Trust you,
Trust your feelings,
Your senses,
Your perceiving.
Never ever again will you disregard yourself in any feeling,
Any signal that you're getting.
Never again.
Can you do that?
