Release Trauma Signals - Despair

Let's come into the space together and let's unwrap some more of these trauma signals. We're doing so well. We're going to finish up with the entire year of dedicating our heart and our soul to unwrapping these huge trauma signals that are causing impact upon our energy system. All these old patterns and stories that get passed on in an ancestral fashion along our line, And they really are so very, Very hard for us to deal with in our life. There's enough difficulty in our life for us to have a connection to the pain and the hardship that we're seeing in this life. But when we hold an ancestral connection, It amplifies it. We don't just feel a sense of despair. We feel a deep and doomful boding inside of it as well as the despair. It's that extra level of pain and hardship that has been embedded because our ancestors truly suffered to survive to bring us to this point. We must recode the system, The story, And we've got to come back to a different space within us, Clean up all the patterns, The signals that were old, Belonging to the past, And so we can be with what it is that we have to deal with without that calamitous dread, Foreboding energy inside of it as well. If we can, Let's use this time beautifully. Let's hold each other. We're gonna open the field, And we're gonna create a powerful collective energy so that we can support, Love, And guide each other. Let's do it together. Wriggle where you are. Take a deep breath into your being. Close your eyes if it's safe for you to do that. Drop right down, Right here where you are. Drop your shoulders, Smooth the skin on your beautiful face. Soften your tummy. Feel the stability of you where you are through the base of your body or the soles of your feet. If you're lying down, Feel that stability all the way through your spine. Just hold yourself right here, Right now. In this space, We're asking that we can stand just for a little while in the space where we can hold the consciousness of all the pain, The stories, The signals, The traumas of what it is that our ancestors endured and suffered through. It seems almost unbearable that we would be able to do that, But we can hold the space with immense love and kindness, Compassion for ourself and those who were, When we start to realize that that was a gift that they sent forward for us. And that gift said, Find a way, Your life is important, Find a way through it. There is so much more to come. It is also a gentle warning signal that said, Oh my gosh, If this happens, Hide away, Protect yourself, Defend, Deny, Distract, Detach, Destroy, Or do something, But make sure that you survive. In that story, There has only been one outcome and one deep desire, And that was to survive as a species. And my treasure is that we must admire. We must be so grateful to those who went before for what it is that they did endure, All their struggles and all their hardship, Because they found a way in the most difficult and dreadful times when there really was no way. They made choices that choices were just not the very best from our reflection, But was probably the best that they could do at that time. If we can stand here now and imagine our entire timeline and hold the space just where we are right now, Know that right now you're being held, You are safe. Thank you, God. You're breathing, Oh, So grateful for that. Right now you're okay, Okay enough to think about something other than just your mere presence and survival. For so many of us, This is a great luxury. And those of us who can find ourselves in these moments, Where we're still here, Even though our heart is breaking, Even though we're very sad about what is happening in this world, We at least right now in this moment are being held and we're safe. Anchor your energy into that. Because we are the lucky ones and we're able to stand in the space, We ask that we can use our energy, Our consciousness, Our heart and our soul to reconnect some sense, Some loving light energy into the stories, The patterns of the human struggle to just survive. First give this gift to you, The realization that you're here and you're being held. Feel that my lovelies, You got it? I'm so glad that you can hold that, Just feel it, I'm connected, I'm here, I'm holding the space. Breathe into it and relax your whole being. Affirm to every cell in your being, I'm being held right now. I'm feeling whatever I'm feeling, I'm experiencing whatever I am experiencing and I allow myself to simply be right here in the presence of that. No struggle, No pushing away, No denying, Deflecting, Just be in what is right now. Then find the constant. The constants are those things that you can quickly pull yourself back to your center. This earth is holding you and supporting you. Feel that, Anchor yourself into it. Stabilize your mind, Body and your soul in the idea, A picture or whatever you wish to receive it, But find a way to anchor yourself in this very moment with a sense of gratitude, That you're still here and that there is something that you are to hold and awaken because you're here, Because you care. Every one of us here on Insight Dharma is seeking something. We're longing for the connectivity, The authenticity, The love, The kindness. We're searching for it, We're longing for it. Isn't that so beautiful? There are so many people. Every time you switch on Insight Dharma, There is about half a million people switching on at that exact moment. That truly is remarkable. We are a gathering of light beings. In order to hold the light, We need to steady our energy and hold the space we're in, Consider ourselves as the light beings who are here holding the space and holding a time, A space. When we can find that stability within us, Anchor it into the earth through the soles of our feet, Relax our body into the knowing that we are being held and breathed and our heart is beating. Right now, You're safe. Soften your whole being into that so that we can start to awaken a different signal in this being. Now recognize that energy of despair that is so very, Very depleting. It feels like someone's pulled the plug out and all the energy is just running out. It's a deep sense of foreboding and dread and desperation. See if you can place the awareness of that energy just outside of you in the space that you're in now, As if you're holding it and reading about it in a book and feeling it as if you are able to relate to this book, These characters in this life with so much heart and compassion and kindness. And as you gaze upon this energy of despair and you notice what it feels like in your life, What is filling you with that sense of, Oh my gosh, This is desperate, This is so awful. At the same time, Notice that those who went before were in great hardship, Struggling for their lives, And the despair that they knew was enormous. Know that you hold that signal in you. We don't need any evidence. We don't need to do any tests to say, Oh, That's what it is. Your best test to know that you are holding an ancestral signal is when what you are feeling feels so all-encompassing, Overwhelming, To the point that you almost don't know what to do with yourself. Then another reminder that it is an ancestral signal is when those around you will say, It's not so bad. Don't have to worry. It's not gonna be so bad. It's gonna be okay. We can do this. We've got each other. They might even say it a little unkindly. That's not like you. Stop making such a fuss. Don't be so dramatic. But when you are hearing that from someone, Please understand that they are trying to tell you that this is more than just your story. You have got an energy imprint, A trauma signal that is attached to your line. So here you are with this attachment of all this misery behind you, This awareness, But we cannot put our finger on it because we probably can't go back all the way where those imprints were created. We probably don't know those stories and we probably don't want to know those stories. But we can stand here and at least acknowledge that there has been a line of sadness and pain. If you can do that, Then you are really outside of it. You are in witness to the story and the pain of life, The hardships and the suffering. And you have a connection to it from this life. This life is giving you some kind of feedback, Some kind of story, And it's giving you the feedback for that. So now you know doubly from whatever it is that you're in and you know it as an awareness, A lingering feeling in the awareness that you are connected to your whole line. You've got two points of awareness. The one of witness is your strength and the one of the memory is the depletion. One is a vortex that runs out and spirals down like letting the plug out, Pulling it out and out goes the water. The other, You, In the awareness of this pain, Is an upward spiral because you are aware of you. The moment you are aware of you and you stand in a place where your awareness knows you're not happy, That things are not okay, That you're feeling an immense amount of pain or suffering, Hardship, When you realize that for you, Then immediately you also know that this is not you. This is not what you want. This is not something that you would embrace and welcome into your life. How do you know that? If you are witness to your life and your feelings, Your emotions, How do you know what you wish and want and love, What you will accept and welcome and what it is you just will never want to play with ever again? How do you know that? How could you possibly know that other thing unless you already are the other awareness, The awareness of truth and kindness, Love, Compassion, Clarity, Ease, Grace? If you know two things, You know two things. If you are aware of two different setups, Then you, My love, You are a setup with two different consciousness, Two different levels of awareness. You are knowing your life and seeing and witnessing this life from the perspective of your higher self. And you are feeling it as your human self. You are connecting, Colliding, And encountering it as your human self. You have two levels of perspective. When you know that, You become so powerful because there's something that you're here to bring in, The misery of knowing that we're never gonna have happiness and peace of mind. Doesn't that seem so incredibly mean and spiteful, Impossible for it to be of divine? For those of us who know that we are the very breath of the divine, That we are here on purpose and on time, And there is a mission within us, Then we can stand here and say, Okay, There's a little picture going on here, And thank my beautiful being for being able to feel it, To feel it deeply and sincerely. The authenticity of that connection makes it a powerful connection. It makes it doubly powerful when I understand that that connection is connected to all those in my line, The line that I stepped into to heal. And I can love all those beings with so much unconditional love and regard. Thank you for what it is that you went through, And I'm so sorry. Please forgive me. I love you. When we say, Please forgive me, What I hear right away is we must ask for forgiveness for waiting so long to get this picture. We should have been releasing these trauma signals long ago, Releasing the calming debt and pain of those who went before, To clear the pathways. That's why we're here. It's one of our major roles of being here. Clear the pathways, Release the pain, Release the triggers and the signals. But we all stay in the mindset of woundedness. Step out. You need to know the pain, To feel the pain, To heal the pain. That's what our life is all about. All the stuff that comes in, All the awareness, We are offering each other reflections of what it is that we are to heal and release. Can you hear how that works, My treasures? And could you bring it into your awareness? Even though you're in pain, Even though you're suffering, Even though you're feeling a little desperate. Your desperation is an activation. If we raise it and elevate it into a higher frequency, Remember who we are, That we are divine beings of light and love. We hold the God code, We remember it. And that's why we're not happy. Thank goodness we're not happy with the status quo. Thank goodness we're upset because now we know what to do with the story that is upsetting. Beautiful. Let's just take a breath into that. Take a deep breath in, My lovies. And then a long, Slow out-breath. Realize that there's something that you know, That the despair that you are echoing in your soul is a calling for you to stand in your higher self, To hold the space as a being of light, To turn that light on in the darkest spaces. Can you feel the energy of that? Oof, My whole body's tingling. Find your place and space now, Even though, Even though, Even though. That we need no evidence that life is just beautiful and everything's perfect. Because we're here on a mission in a vibrational frequency that is etched with pain, Suffering, And hardship, The trauma of the human journey. We're here as light beings. We don't need, Depend upon, The light to remember who we are. Your desperation, Your despair, Your aching heart is constantly reminding you who you are. Beings of light. See if you can just stand in that now and just visualize what you would look like as this being of light, Standing right there where you are in your life, In your space. Pull this energy all the way around you and through you. I love the picture of seeing this forest with these trees that have opened in the dark tangliness of it all. We see this opening with the tree and the light and these huge, Huge trees, And the beam of sunlight that's just found its way through the branches, And it's lighting up, Illuminating one little space. We stand in it. We go right into that beautiful space of light. How would you look there in that space of light? Reconnecting to your essence, Your truth. When we do this, We awaken our code, The signal of light and love that we hold within us. Every dear soul holds that. You awaken that, And then you, My lovely, Start to move through this world, Through your life, No matter what it looks like. With the antidote to the pain, You hold the signal that will change everything, The deepest memory of who we are, Divine beings of light and love, And we hold open the space so that we can find our way back home. Don't pull any more clutter into your story by attaching and identifying and thinking it's yours. You are feeling it, Yes, But you're only feeling it so that you can heal it. Hear that with all your heart and all your soul, My treasures. And so we ask now that we can release and let go of this immense energy of despair that so many of us are feeling. We ask for the peace and the love and the kindness, The deep, Deep, Profound healing to move into every dear soul who's bringing that towards us, Who's showing us what pain looks like and hardship that reveals to us this code, This signal that is to be healed. We ask now that we can stand here with all our light, Our love and grace, Bring divine and perfect healing, Clearing and soothing into the field around us. We create this energy field in our space that all those who step into it, And for all those we think about and are willing to transmit this energy as a signal can receive it now as a warm embrace. It's gonna be okay. Ultimately, We're all going home. But in the meantime, There is some work for us to do. And the greatest work you will ever do is to recognize these points of pain and bring deep, Profound healing to them. Let's take a breath. Come on back into the space. Thank you for you. Thank you for your light and your energy and what you hold, What you're willing to hold and feel.
