
Release Trauma Signals - Crying

This energy trauma signal can be so debilitating until we learn how to recode it. As we hold sacred space to release the trauma signal of Crying. Together, we gently explore the deeper emotional imprints behind the tears, allowing what no longer serves us to dissolve. This is a time to reclaim your inner peace and remember the healing wisdom within your soul.

We are going to play in the space.
We're gonna hold this energy together.
It's a wonderful time for us to become very clear about releasing these very heavy imprinted trauma signals.
I just want you to know that this one,
Especially about crying,
Fits right in that space where all the griefs and the hardship,
The sorrow,
The sadness,
Messages,
Energy signals sit.
And it sits in the lung and the colon energy systems,
Not the organs,
But the meridians.
Just think about this time breathing and think about sending immense love to your lungs.
As we do this time together,
Constantly come back to that and constantly hold yourself gently.
A beautiful way to meditate,
Especially if you're lying down,
Is to put your hands on your ribs,
Round about where your lungs might be.
Elbows sticking out to the sides like wings.
Prop your arms up if you need to with cushions so that it's comfortable and that both hands are resting on your lungs.
There is a magical energy that can happen between your fingertips.
When your energy is being transferred through your system and it finds the connecting partner.
So here you've got your left hand and you've got your right hand.
And if your fingers are pointing to each other,
Then you are connecting an energy line from forefinger to forefinger,
From middle finger to middle finger,
And so on.
Like an energy hug.
So think about doing this,
Holding that space and feeding some beautiful energy into your system this way.
Be very gentle and very kind to you as we unwrap this energy code,
This trauma signal.
And know too that my lovelies,
These signals,
These imprints,
Are so much part of the legacy of our humanity.
We know through history there's been immense sadness and trauma,
Horrific episodes.
We don't want to go there and think about the stuff,
But we do know that the energy,
The feelings,
The despair,
The longing,
The pain,
The heartache,
All of that energy is a very real connection that we have known in our lives.
Our families pass on signals and imprints that tell us to protect ourselves,
To defend our energy,
And to find a way to survive.
Those are energetic imprints.
And those energetic imprints that have taught us how to hang on for dear life,
To survive,
To block out,
Defend,
Deflect,
Deny,
Distract or detach,
Destroy even,
Those energies push away our protective energies that are helping us to manage our trauma and to come into a much safer place within us that is not so bombarded.
Those messages are passed on just like a genetic imprint is passed on.
These are energetic imprints.
If you are holding one of these trauma signals,
Especially this one,
You might find that you are quick to come to tears,
That you lose your breath,
That it's hard to speak,
There's a breathlessness in your being,
Especially when a trauma arises in your life or some despair opens up in your awareness.
If people say,
Oh,
This person's just a crybaby,
Or we might say that about ourselves,
I could cry at the drop of a hat,
It probably means that you've got an imprint way,
Way back in your family line where there was immense sadness,
Hardship,
And pain.
So let's honor that.
Let's say that we are here at this time because of our family's great suffering,
Because they found a way to survive.
So let's hold the space in honor and tribute to them and start to release this imprint so that we can feel the relevance of this life passionately and deeply,
But not in a way that it depletes our energy.
And that's the balance we've gotta come to.
Let's do this together.
We're gonna take a deep breath in.
We're gonna hold this energy with so much love.
Are we ready?
Let's take a deep breath.
Long,
Slow out-breaths.
Just release,
Release,
Drop,
Drop,
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Feel relaxed,
Connected here.
Smooth the skin on your beautiful face.
Smooth your brow,
Relax your jaw,
Drop your shoulders,
And soften your tummy.
When we feel the balance of our body in the left and the right,
We feel the deep assurance of being held in the arms of gravity.
Let this reassurance and this comfort that we can find in a very present moment of any moment.
Let this become your go-to stabilizer to ground you and hold you,
Connect you,
And to give you a sense of something in your life that's solid and connected,
Something you can rely upon.
In that,
There is a confidence that we can hold in the space that we're in,
No matter what it looks like,
Feels like,
Or sounds like.
No matter what's going on around us,
If we can just drop and stabilize into the moment and feel held,
You're being held right now.
The earth hasn't shifted and dropped you off,
You're still here with a bit of luck.
And you are being breathed,
And your heart is beating.
So really,
There's nothing you have to do in your human form right now to take care of you.
Ask your being to receive that as a deep comfort,
A kindness.
You can imagine that you could wrap yourself in a cocoon of this reassurance,
This love and kindness.
Whenever you feel a little wobbly,
Don't go pushing your feelings away.
Don't be playing in that space of distraction and detachment.
Don't be pushing anything away in a defensive way or protective way.
Because if you're doing that,
You are creating an energy that is a downward spiral,
That's a much lower vibration.
It also takes immense energy on our behalf to be able to not feel what we're feeling.
Not be in the real space,
Just to push anything that seems too real,
Too emotional.
We just push it away,
Especially push it away sometimes when the people around us are telling us that we're too dramatic,
We're too sensitive,
And don't make such a big thing of it,
Stop fussing.
But for those of us who know how to feel,
Thank you God that we still do.
It's been a long,
Long,
Long,
Hard journey for this human species.
And for us to get to this point where we still care,
I think that is pretty remarkable.
I wonder why by now,
We haven't just switched off all our caring buttons and have just dropped into that low vibration of managing and hoping and coping,
Pushing and struggling just to survive.
Even though that is evidential in what we're seeing around us,
Somehow we still have this tenderness,
The sweetness within us.
How do you hold that still,
My lovelies?
How do you still know how to touch the part of your heart and your soul that aches and yearns and longs and cries out for something else to show up?
I believe with all my heart and soul that we are the holders of a God code,
A blueprint.
Like many little puzzles,
You hold a key and I hold a key.
You hold something that I could never hold,
I could never understand.
If enough of us got together and we put all these little pieces together,
It would look like we were creating this beautiful puzzle that we could stand back and say,
Oh,
I can see the picture now.
I believe we hold the blueprint,
The God code to bring us into the next awareness of this human species.
Part of that is the deep longing and aching that we feel in our heart and our soul.
The crying that we come into,
The expression of this is just that.
It's an expression,
A releasing and a letting go,
The longing coming into this time space.
If we could do this expression,
This activating of an energy in a way that was not being condemned by the others and being told that we are just too dramatic,
Calm down.
If we could acknowledge that the expression of our feelings,
If we could do it in a way that uplifts,
Activates into a higher vibration,
That it would be worthwhile.
Then I think I would be thrilled to spill many,
Many,
Many tears to lie on my bed face down like a young child and sob my little face off if I knew that I could cry and cry from my heart and soul and that would change a story of humanity.
Perhaps there is a way that we can do this in all the expressing of the feelings we have.
If you were to look at all of them and say,
But what are these expressions?
What is this about?
We could show up in all the ways we can be deeply sad and crying and grieving,
Longing and yearning,
Or we could be angry and resentful.
We could be hateful.
We could do it that way.
We could do it in the ways that pull us down into a pit of despair,
Where we feel hopeless,
Helpless and desperate,
Where we are overcome by the devastations.
We could do that because that too is real.
But if we could somehow now start to adjust,
Imagine this like a little knob on one of those old radios where we turn and we turn,
Listen for another signal and listen for another radio station.
We turn this dial,
We fine tune it and we start to listen to something else.
We know the crying,
We know the despair and we know there is a lot to cry about.
The deep sadness and the awfulness,
The treachery that has happened in this world.
Of course,
There is that.
We cannot change the world and the way others are gonna behave.
It would render us even more hopeless and futile,
Desperate and dependent.
So if we cannot make anyone else behave in a different way so that we cannot be so overcome with pain and grief,
What else could we possibly do?
This is what we can do.
We can settle down,
Acknowledge who we are in the moment that we're in it,
Deepen our awareness of the feeling we have,
Sit deep within that,
Know it,
Acknowledge it,
Love it and be with it fully,
Clearly with all the love and kindness we could possibly hold.
We drop down into that feeling and then while we are there,
Instead of punishing ourselves and listening to the stories of judgment and criticism around us,
Instead of that,
Perhaps we could hold ourselves in this deep,
Sad place and acknowledge that we are amazing beings that can feel.
Thank you,
God,
That we can still feel.
Thank you that we can still be real.
And because we can feel in the reality of what we are in and because we can express it,
We can do one more thing,
We can upgrade that expression.
Please hear that,
My lovelies.
We can upgrade the expression of what it is that we are feeling.
Imagine this,
The deep longing,
The deep crying,
The deep sadness and we simply be,
Oh,
This is me in it,
Real,
Truthful,
Authentic,
Feeling and feeling so deeply that my heart feels like it's going to break,
It's gonna burst with the sadness.
And then we feel that and we say to ourselves,
I'm not broken,
I'm just shattering this wall of defensiveness that I've placed around me,
That my ancestors had a build to protect themselves from being vulnerable.
I'm shattering that wall and opening up into this place of deep pain,
Heartache,
Sadness,
Opening myself up into this vulnerable space that I alone am in.
Don't put anyone else in there with you because then you have to worry about them.
Just be in the space with you,
Feel the heart aching,
Feel the pain of it,
The deep,
Deep sadness,
Feel it.
Cry your little face off and at the same time,
Open your heart into the realization that it is this heart that can feel that is shattering all these barriers,
These walls,
These deceptions,
All the lies,
All the stories,
The defense mechanisms.
We are shattering them as our hearts are breaking.
Imagine that is what you're doing.
Because you're breaking down old stories of pain and awfulness,
Tragedy,
At the exact same time,
You have another option to drop into despair or to fine tune and find something else.
Could we be crying,
Longing and calling out for something else that we could become,
That we could find ourselves in the highest expression of ourselves that we could hold at this time?
We always want to say at this time,
My lovelies,
Because we are recalibrating all the time,
Just like the dawning of a day.
Could I possibly find a higher note within this deep sadness and longing that will amplify the energy to open the space into a much higher vibration and to send this vibration like a ripple in a pond into the guided space of all light and love,
Into the collective field and beyond,
Beyond and beyond.
So what might that be for you?
If you had to say through my crying,
Something amazing could result,
What could that be?
Just hold that for you and ask your own being,
What could that be?
What could I hold in my heart that would amplify the energy even while my heart is breaking?
Because my heart is breaking and because I'm sobbing and sobbing and sobbing,
What could I say to myself that will remind me that I can feel and because I can feel,
I can heal?
Because I can feel the pain,
I can heal the pain.
The two sit right next to each other,
They're like a synaptic cord.
They find each other in the agreement of the same frequency and at the point of connection is the spark of life.
The two fingers that just look at each other,
At that spark right there,
That is an activation.
I'm crying and I'm yearning for something.
What could it be?
What are you crying and yearning for,
My loves?
Find that for you.
It might be different in all the different situations that we are in,
But find it in the highest note that you can possibly hold or imagine.
Even if it feels completely unrealistic,
You hold it as a possibility because right now,
That's all we've got.
We've got this little window of possibility,
This little window of potential to change the human trajectory.
The only way we're gonna change it is to dream into it,
To start to activate something else,
To fine tune the instrument,
The system that is here,
That is plugged in,
That has the potential to connect with all the other energy systems that are in alignment with each other.
We come into these beautiful places,
We find each other,
We're all over the world,
Yet here we are and we find each other.
Isn't it remarkable that we can do that?
So we're here,
We're holding this space with all our hearts and all our soul.
Hearts are breaking,
Yearning and longing.
Love that in you.
Love that you are still sensitive enough and aware enough,
Conscious enough to yearn for something else,
For your heart to break.
So beautiful you.
Let's take a deep breath into that,
My lovelies.
Long,
Slow out-breath.
Well,
I could just feel that automatic double breath coming in.
It's the most wonderful way to soothe yourself.
You know when you hear little babies sobbing and crying and at the end of it,
As they're coming back into this space,
You'll hear them go.
And they do those little sobs,
Sobs,
Sobs,
Sobs all in a row.
That is one of the most wonderful ways to soothe and calm your being.
So you can do that for you too.
When you come into the end of a deep cry and deep pain,
Just go ahead and do a few in-breaths that are sip,
Sip,
Sip,
Sip and in.
You are changing a pattern in your awareness and you're bringing in more life,
More potential.
That is why we're here.
No other reason.
We're here to be part of something magnificent.
Let's remember that.
So proud of you.
