Release Trauma Signals - Shame

Of all the signals of pain and suffering, the code of Shame is a very low frequency. When we hold this in our Being it causes endless suffering. Let us gently release this signal and find healing as we gather as Light Workers.

So wonderful that we can be here now for this little new adventure we're gonna take together. It's quite exciting. We go through these little phases and then we start something brand new, But we're still gathering as lightworkers, Remember that. This is our job to hold the space as lightworkers, The beings that are truly trying to create an energy shift, An openness space that is different so that we can all be in this world in a different way. When I'm looking through energy fields with people, There's very specific ways that I see it. If it's our own story, If it's just a story that has been amplified in this life, But actually is an old imprint, A trauma imprint. Then my treasures, It's easy to release, But the ownership that we take about the story, The pain story is the hard part. We're gonna talk a little bit about this in this entire journey. So mostly the stuff gets passed on to us and we wanna see how we can release it. That's the work we're gonna do here together. We're gonna unwrap this frequency, This very distorting frequency of shame. As we go, I'll show you how to do that and you continue to hold it and to work with it. It's just the most wonderful gift that you can give yourself. Let's take a deep breath in, My treasures. In. Long, Slow out breath. Drop, Drop, Drop. Be in the moment, Be here now. Be very still in this beautiful being. Hold the space that only you can hold. Know that you are the connecting point through your entire ancestral line and the quantum field moves in the no time. So you are connected right now to all those who are still to be, Who will be coming in, To every soul that has been. You hold a pivotal point in the entire timeline of this human story. How incredible is that? We can barely perceive that idea. We hold this moment and we think, Ah, Well, I'm just here. We don't ever think what that signifies. We know that there is a journey and there's something that needs to be done and something that must be unwrapped. But for so long, We just sit in the place that we're in and think the whole story is all about us and all the things that are happening to us and around us are because we're here. It's this fascination that the humankind has to attach to things and identify. We interpret everything in terms of I saw, I feel, I know. We come from this person, This being with the I for the helpfulness of that is that we are then using this thing that we say is I, This vehicle, So that we can interpret the journey and the space and the people and all the energies. We can interpret that because this is a vehicle that is fabulous at interpreting. But because we are the ones feeling and sensing it, We think we are the ones who are involved in it and attached to it, Perhaps blamed and shamed because we are connecting into it. It would be so delicious if right now, We could all say, Right, Here we are, This lovely human vehicle, Willing to go into all the dark and heavy, Sad places and feel all the content of the human story. That's wonderful, But we're doing it for a different reason, Not just to try and interpret who we are, But we're here on purpose for something else. This truly is the shift that we're waiting for, My lovelies. Being in the process of releasing these trauma signals helps us to get that. So be here with all your heart and all your soul and hold this moment with me as we go into this very first one that is all about the shame, The shame that we hold in our being, So ashamed of the way we show up, So ashamed of the people with whom we live, So shameful about our humanity, The decisions and the choices that we continually make, So that vibration, Which is the lowest vibration of every single one of them, Is incredibly depleting on our systems. The lower our energy goes in the shame story, The greater the pain becomes in our being because the depth that we go into then almost engulfs us. It feels like a deep, Dark, Black hole, A pit of misery for those who really jump right down, Down into it. So let's see if we can look at what this is, The energy of shame. Know that this energy of shame has been calibrated by David Hawkins, Power Versus Force. He calibrates shame at about 20 and love is at about 500. So can you imagine 20 being the very lowest that you could possibly hold, 500 being so beautifully high, It's the Christ consciousness, It's the Buddha, The Krishna, The higher light beings have been able to hold this frequency, Even though it was difficult, Even though it was terribly challenging, They were still able to maintain it. The gap from there to there is huge and pitfalls all the way if we tumble down back into the story. That's what humanity has been doing, Falling back down into the pit full of pain. Shame as the expression so many of you who are South African, If you come and visit us in South Africa, You'll hear people say, Oh shame, Everything someone says, A baby's born, Oh shame. It's a little exclamation of endearment or sorrow or pity or remorse or just to fill the space with a little sound, Engaging way of connecting with another. But can you imagine we've got an entire nation that is in the energy of shame constantly because that's what we say to each other and to ourselves, Child tumbles and falls, Oh shame. I wonder if other countries do that too. Notice the words, But more than that, Notice the vibration, What happens in your body when a vibration, A trauma signal awakens in you or something happens in your life and it instigates in your energy. Notice your level of energy. This is going to be so helpful for you to be able to shift and discern and just to notice, Just noticing these things. It's fabulous. So as we are in the space here now, Just anchoring your feet, Connecting in to the place and the space that you're in. Understand shame and the shameful behavior that has come along with us through all eons of time has also been connected to the great endeavor to just survive. And life has become very challenging now, But you must know that it was incredibly challenging in eons past. So, So difficult, So traumatizing. Choices that people had to make at those times were barely choices at all. So, So many were dropped into places and spaces where they had to make decisions, Where acts happened, Where their minds and their bodies and their beings were abused and used in the most awful ways. The struggle of humanity. So all of those shameful moments are part of a code then that comes into our knowing ourselves as a species. They get passed on, My lovelies. We can hardly imagine that, But we do know that if we stood here and we lined up all our treasures, If we stood here and we lined up all our treasures, Whoever were, We would say, Oh yes, There's my nose. Oh yes, There's the way I talk. And there's the way I walk. And we'd see signals in our DNA in the way we look and walk and talk. We would see all the signals that say we belong to this group. So if we can carry through time a signal as a genetic imprint, Believe me, We carry a signal that is also an energetic imprint. That imprint, My lovelies, Is the one that we don't see particularly, But we feel. When we feel something, We feel silly and ridiculous and ashamed and blamed because mostly what we want to do is just fit in, Not be seen, Not stand out as different because in the survival code, Any of those things would certainly mean that we were placing ourselves in a very precarious position. So much better that we just blend into everything else so we don't stand out. So we hold ourselves with all this pain and we don't notice it or agree to see it. We deny, We deflect, We distract, We detach, We destroy. We'll do anything not to see the lowest form of our behavior, The lowest behaviors that come into our being. Much rather, Let's play that pushing away energy game. That is also a signal of survival. So here we are, This being that is in the space and we have survived and we've brought ourselves all to this point of our reality. Now if we continue to play this game, We're probably not gonna survive. But this desire to survive is so strong. The codings that were passed on, The signals that said when you feel this, When you hear this, When this happens, Head for the hills, Hide under your bed, Fight back with all your might. Three ridiculous limbic reactions that might help us in that moment but moving forward into our higher selves, They're not helpful at all because they're impacting on our systems. Now we are here with all these signals that we don't know what to do with them. For heaven's sakes, Anybody and anything and everything can ignite that signal. Someone just looks at you in a certain way. It's like, Oh, Oh, Oh, They don't like me. And oh, Oh, Oh, I feel like this is a threat now. Immediately, You're gonna drop into that signal. Whether you like it or not, Whether you're sensible or not, Your body's gonna go to some form of reactiveness. Ah, Thank this beautiful being for doing that for you because that has brought us all the way to this point. But now at this point, We need to stop and start to look and reflect and understand and process this being in a different way. Recognize that trauma signals are part of our story. They came along as helpful guides, But they're not helpful anymore because we are not here to survive. We're here to thrive, To grow and to glow into our pure potential. That is the difference right now for what we've come through and what we're going to move towards. It's the switch of energy, The transformation of the species. How is it gonna happen? Not by some magical thing, But by the ones who are here choosing it. The ones who are standing here upon this earth must choose it because there's this little thing called the free will activation of your heart. What would I choose with all my heart and all my soul? What would I choose now? If we don't choose it, It will not be chosen. So here we are, Standing in a moment in time right between two timelines, Two spaces, A space between. We've got all this coding and all this pressure upon our being, These points of pain. What are we gonna do with it? Well, Best thing we can do is recognize that we hold them, That they've come along as a helpful guide, But they're not helpful anymore. So we must release them with the consciousness and the awareness, The maturity that we hold now. So let's do it together. We are going to release the signal of shame today. If you can do this with me, It'll be just wonderful and continue to work this way and opening up that wound in whatever way you see it playing out in your life. If you see it coming in, Then you've already gone halfway towards healing it. Notice it. Don't be ashamed to be in the point of shame. Don't be shaming and blaming and condemning and shutting down yourself. Say to your being, I'm this amazing being that can receive and understand. That's how I'm gonna hold me. I'm going to be perceptive and aware. I'm gonna use the vehicle that I am, The feelings that I can connect into to bring healing to a point of pain that has been so enmeshed in our systems. So this is my little saying that I love to say. If you can feel it, My lovely, You can heal it. That is exactly the truth. If you do not know this frequency of shame in any way at all and it's never ever come up in your life, You're not gonna be very great at releasing it. So my lovelies, If you have had something that feels shameful in your life, Thank your being for knowing it. If we could stretch that a little bit and you'll find this will be easier as we go on. You can stretch it into also thanking the one who delivered it, The messenger. Because without them, We wouldn't get the message. Without the message, You can't be the healer. That's a bit of a tough one, Isn't it? Just breathe into it. Allow yourself to come into this moment. You are not the story. The story is not you. You are the holder of an awareness and you are the healer that is here, Holding an energy that will help expand us into the next space. We notice and we agree that there have been moments in our life that we have known shame. Just for a moment now, I would like you to be right in that space. Try and choose the least shameful, Least activating moment. When you just felt a little bit of shame, Perhaps you gave out a little swear word at a time when you really shouldn't have or something that's a little bit not such a big deal. Try and get in a smallish moment when you felt, Oh gosh, I shouldn't have done that. A little shameful. That's enough. You just have to feel it and we can create an energy synaptic cord from that to the point of healing. It is a connection that we want to make. Willingness to feel it is our ability to heal it. So if you can, Just where you are, Put your feet on the ground, Feel the connection, Feel the strength of your body right there. Thank your being. It's okay. I've known this whatever way. Just try and remember what it felt like. Briefly. Don't go into big drama because then you're going to really, Really rip it yourself. Don't be doing that. Just briefly connect to that feeling so that it is authentic. It is then a fiber optic tube, A signal that is able to reach all the other signals. They're all connected. So here we are connecting to that feeling. And we take a deep breath in. Long, Slow out-breath. Our willingness to be here and thank this being. So grateful that I know this feeling. I know the despair that there is within it. I also know our reactiveness to it. How we will push it away, Defend and deflect, Deny and distract, And do all those games. I also recognize that I'm being the one that has caused a shameful feeling. I'm the one who has received it. Hold that awareness. In both of those scenarios, At one time you were just delivering a message to someone else so that they would know and have an opportunity to know. You had an opportunity to heal it. Someone brought it to you so that you could understand this, So that you could heal it. Either way, You can heal it because you can feel it. Now, If you will, Bring your hands together and just start to rub them. As you feel the connection to the earth, Then press your hands together as tightly as you can. Really press, Press, Press. Feel the activation in them. Imagine that you're pressing against the story of shame, Activating it as powerfully as you can, Squishing it like a bug. Then so gently start to pull your hands apart. Imagine that the connection that you pressed together is still holding and you are pulling your hands apart like you've got some gum, Some sticky stuff, Still connected one hand to the other. You pull outward a little bit into the space. When you get to the size of, Say, A football, Then imagine yourself gently bouncing on the edges of it. And right now, You're connected with an energy field. With your heart, Fill that ball that you've got going between your hands with all the light and the love, Compassion and kindness that you possibly can. Everything that you wished for yourself to feel, Mercy, Kindness, Gentleness, Love, Grace. See this light now as powerful. If you could see your energy, You would see that it is so strong that it's also radiating off the tips of your fingers as light. Now gently turn your hands so that your fingers are pointing to your throat. See if you can have a feeling here of those long lines of light energy touching your throat. And as you create this beautiful pulling up feeling all the way past your chin, Your nose, Your eyes, Your forehead, Gently over the top of your head, Over the back without touching, Down as far as you can that's comfortable for you over your neck, Shoulders. Then pull it off your shoulders as if you're pulling it off your shoulders and flick your fingers as you stretch your arms out. We're going to do these and as we do them, I'm gonna bring in some healing light energy to you. Hold it, Your soul. You continue to do this. So just bring your fingers now to continue to do the sweeps in your own time. Breathe in through all time, Through all feels, Through all dimensions with all my heart and all my soul. I ask now that I can bring complete release of this very painful imprint of shame. Release it from the energy field. Keep coming back, Point to your throat, Radiating light energy now starting to soothe and clear. Calm it down. Every impression that we've ever felt through all time, Every impression that was held by our ancient ones, Their great quest to just survive, I ask now that they be healing through all time. I ask now that we can revoke all claims, All oaths, Vows, Curses, Agreements, Memberships and associations. Release these and let them go in any way that we bound ourselves to another, A group, A person, An institute, A system, In any way where we created doctrine and dogma, In any way that we created any kind of link to any other that then determined how we were to be so that we could survive. I release all of these ties, All these tethers, All these stories. I clear and smooth them away, Especially from my throat, Clearing and opening up the activation area here of our free will. Now do a few strokes around here. Imagine this beautiful butterfly that is your thyroid starting to clear and open. Now release and let this go off your shoulders. Flick, Flick, Flick. Now bring your hands back together at your heart. Hold this connection here. Be very still. Ask that this connection to a point of pain now be filled with light through all time. That healing becomes the gift that is to be received by all those who went before those who are to come that I receive this gift now. And I free myself of all the tethers, The ties, All the stories, The drama and the karma that we placed within these activations. I release them now. Make that commitment to you because you are the only one who can clear this for you. You know where the pain is. You know how deep it is. You are the one that can do this, My lovely. As you rest yourself in this moment, Feel the connection to the earth. Hold the space. Now we bring in to this divine heart all the love and compassion and kindness that we could possibly pour in. Breathe it in. We imagine the kindness that we've yearned for, The absolute unconditional love and regard. When a parent so absolutely forgives a child, The child can trust that. You'll be the child that receives from your parent, Your higher self, This complete cleansing and releasing, Knowing that you were part of a journey, That you were part of an awareness, That you had to do something about. Now you know. Now you know how. For as many times as you need to continue to do this for you, In all the moments that ignite this in your being, We all have different depths of the story and the pain. If this comes up for you, My lovely, Just drop in, Feel it, Witness it, Honor it, Honor you. Bring this healing in. It's the most wonderful gift that you will ever do for yourself to clear the very base point of shame, The hardest energy of them all. Take a deep breath in. A long, Slow out-breath. Now be gentle with you. For the next few days, If a lot comes up, Just let it come up. If you feel very tearful, Be tearful. Seems to be three days is the amount of time that it takes for us to release something. Be mindful, Be conscious, Be kind to yourself. No more dropping into the story of shame. Never again catch yourself in the act. If you become very angry, Just let that be. Find ways to express it without hurting anybody else or activating their stories. Whatever's coming up, If you're very tired, Honor that. Everything is releasing and our bodies will do everything to hold on to it. Hold on to your heart. Hold on to your life. You're here on a purpose at a very, Very important time for our human story. So much love to you, My treasures. Next week we'll meet once again. We'll unwrap another code.
