Come ready to drop in.
We're gonna hold a deep connection here to help us and to realign,
Reconnect to what it is that is our absolute truth.
For all the connections,
My treasures,
I want you to think about what it is that could be your most excellent way of showing up in this world.
So often we just have this mindset that we need to just bumble on and get on with life and put our head down and stop making a big thing of it.
Just manage and just hope and cope.
You know those my least favorite words,
We throw them in the trash can.
We want to do more than just managing and coping.
We want to thrive.
The more of us who start to celebrate that concept,
Even if it is only in thought,
Not indeed perhaps maybe we're not feeling like we're in a situation where we can thrive.
But if we can celebrate the idea,
Ideas hold an energy frequency that is beyond what anyone could shut down.
They move into the energy waves,
Into the field and they start to activate in the most incredible way.
We can always play and hold that energy while we do all the other connections because that's how we make a shift.
It's not so much our doing that we have to do as a human,
We can,
But it is the holding,
The awareness,
The consciousness,
The heart and the soul,
The awakening,
The agreement with yourself.
All of those energies are non-tangible and that is what works more powerfully than anything else.
Isn't that wonderful?
We can all do it.
We can all dream and daydream.
Let's do it in a way that helps to bring healing to our being,
Quickly releases trauma signals and then opens up a whole new space for us to show up and be.
As we say that,
Let's come into the space together.
We're going to talk about today the energy of anxiety.
These sit really hard in our energy centers.
They cause a lot of pain for us when we hold this energy of anxiety,
This nervousness,
Trepidation and anxiety is like a hovering energy.
So we're going to talk all about that in a moment,
But first let's bring our energy into the space,
Align our connection,
Our hearts and souls.
We call in all our guides and angels,
The whole lot.
Bring everybody in.
Come on in and we open the space with us all here.
Let's take a deep breath in.
Then a long slow out-breath.
Release,
Release,
Drop,
Drop into this moment as you breathe out.
Let your whole body settle down,
Sink down.
As you do this,
Feel like you're falling back into the wings of angels.
Know that gravity is holding you,
My lovely,
So perfectly.
You're being held,
You're being loved and you are here.
No doubt about that.
Because you are here,
There's something that is awakening through you.
Something that is nudging your awareness to show up.
There is a contract and a divine and sacred agreement.
Realize that and the sooner you do,
The quicker we can find ourselves in agreement with our own life.
Even if it's showing up in a very unhappy or distracting,
Discombobulating way.
Even though,
Even though,
Even though,
Even when all the stuff shows up,
We are in the space to bring healing,
Light,
Love,
Kindness,
Compassion to it.
The reason I know that for absolute certain,
It's because we hold an awareness of something that we yearn for that is not the pain.
For every one of us who has that longing,
Know that that is like a magnetic field.
Your heart is longing for something and when your heart longs for something,
You can pull it towards you.
You can feel it in your heart and you can pull this towards you.
We have got to learn how to start using our energy in a very magical and masterful way.
And that is one of the ways we just start with it.
We start realizing that there are so many feelings that we have within us.
So many deep desires.
When you stop and you think,
Well what am I really looking for?
What am I longing for?
We might start our list with,
Oh I want to have a new this and a little bit of shiny that.
But in no time you'll find your list becomes incredibly refined.
You start asking for things like peace and harmony in this world,
Healthy food,
Beautiful clean water,
Compassion and kindness,
Quality of living,
Living standards for all beings.
So much more that we can dream into,
That we desire and long for.
It's because you hold that awareness that we so often feel notes that feel a little heavy within us.
It's that gap.
This is not showing up and yet I'm longing for it.
That gap between the longing and the actual showing up manifesting is where the energy drops.
It becomes a pit of pain.
If we stay in there and we go into the deep remorse,
Sadness,
Depression,
The anxieties,
The nervousness,
The panic,
We go into that.
Why isn't that showing up?
Then we're dropping the energy in our demanding of it.
But if we went into that energy space,
The gap,
With a sense of this is what I'm longing for and then you find something from your life and we can all find something,
Even if it is the tiniest little thing,
That was a lifting of our energy,
That lifted our heart or soul,
A beautiful sunrise,
A little bird on a flower sipping the nectar.
Just the simplest,
Simplest gifts that are coming in as reminders to us that life is beautiful and there's so much more to it.
As soon as we can connect our awareness to something that we've remembered and felt,
That feeling is actually an activation that lifts your heart,
Lifts your soul and then you send that energy into that space right here between where the void seems to be.
We can either drop it into a downward vortex of pure misery,
Nothing great comes of that,
That's for sure,
Or we can notice that point of pain,
That pit of despair,
We can notice it and then we can flip it,
That's our job.
Right now every single one of us have got to take the coin and turn it around,
We've got to flip it upside down and into a whole new space,
Reveal a new face,
Something different,
Our job is to flip it around.
So how do we do that my lovelies?
So as we come into the space now together,
Feel held,
Feel connected where you are,
You are anchored,
You are held right there,
This earth is supporting you,
Your body is breathing for you and with a bit of luck you are safe.
In whatever way that you can help your being to feel safe,
Loved,
Heard and honored,
That is non-dependent on anything around you to get that feedback.
You sit right in that place and you give the feedback to yourself.
I'm breathing,
This life is holding me,
My systems are functioning,
My heart is beating.
We start to feel the gratitude in the simplest absolutes and those are always going to be your absolutes.
When you can hold yourself in that,
Then you are anchoring your energy,
You are firming your space and place here right now,
You're coming back into alignment with your divine and sacred agreement,
Your reason for being here.
You're not here by some idle random mistake,
You're here absolutely on purpose and what you are feeling,
Perceiving and encountering is part of the awareness that is to come into you.
So if around you everything is just such turmoil,
Upside down,
Always round and you are not happy,
Then my lovely you don't fit in.
If you don't fit into that tiggledy-piggledy space,
Into that devastation or disaster,
If you don't fit into it,
Don't agree with it,
Then you hold a different agreement in you.
That's the gift.
You are holding something different because you are different.
The only way we're going to make a difference is if we expand and open that feeling that we are different.
For every one of us,
We can probably all put up our hands for this,
Who have felt like we were on the outside of most of experiences,
Who felt like we were the ones that were a little bit different in our family,
Told that we were too dramatic to this or to that.
In all those times and all those spaces,
You were getting a message that you were just different.
What we do with that message though?
Mostly we just go,
Oh I'm different.
We get very miserable.
We try and be like everybody else.
We do our very best to behave like those around us who are getting all the little accolades and oh such a sweet little tempered sweetheart.
If those of you have got children or grandchildren or special young people in your life,
Please allow them to stay their bubbly expressive beings.
Help them to see that being different is wonderful.
It's the ultimate gift.
If they can hold on to that,
They can really make a difference because they're showing up in a different way.
When we demand that everybody else shows up in the exact same way,
It's only because we're terrified.
And that terror resonates in all the different ways,
Particularly as anxiety.
As a low-level sense,
Oh my gosh,
Oh my gosh,
Something's going to happen.
Oh I don't know if I can trust this.
I don't know if I can trust me.
Is it going to be alright?
Can I do this now?
Should I do it?
Shouldn't I do it?
Then back and forth we drive ourselves absolutely dilly,
Don't we?
In anxiety,
A whole being becomes alert in the anxiousness of itself.
Right there is a little gift.
Your whole being is being activated and your whole being can now start to be used in a way to amplify that energy.
Instead of dropping ourselves into some story that we're just not fitting in,
We're not good enough or we're too much or whatever the story is,
We can actually use all of that stuff,
All of that activation,
That crazy lovely spontaneousness of us and we can start to use it to amplify the energy.
When you think of amplifying energy,
Think of it like little sparks that are dazzling off in all the directions.
Just shining those lights and they're busy shining and reflecting,
Transmitting in all the spaces that you find yourself.
We can flip it.
We can either say I'm anxious,
I'm depressed,
I'm miserable,
I don't fit in,
There's not a kind place for me,
I don't like being here.
We can play that but we are here and we are here on assignment.
Not one of us is here just to be an air grabber.
Every single one of us is on assignment.
If that assignment is just to hold the space you're in with as much clarity and love that you possibly can,
In the moments that you can,
That's enough.
Even if you just give one smile to one person in your entire life,
That's a wonderful gift.
Imagine how many smiles you could give to somebody.
Imagine how much kindness you could bring in.
To the very collapsing vortex,
We are going to save ourselves immense hours of grief and misery.
So catch yourself in the act.
Just do that.
I love to think of it this way and I have said this so often so I want to say it again.
I'm always making tea,
Always making tea because we love tea in this family.
If an idea comes in and I think to myself,
Oh I should just go and,
And I think about that thing that I should just go and do,
Then I stop the activity that I'm doing and I wander off in the direction of I'm just going to do this.
I go and I walk halfway there and I go,
Hmm,
Forgotten what I was going to do.
Does this happen to you?
So I wander back because that activity is what I was doing and I remember that thankfully.
I continue to make the tea and as I step back where the thought came in,
I get the thought again.
Oh yeah,
I must go and switch off the bathroom light.
Then I toodle off and I switch off the bathroom light.
Then I toodle back and that idea is not there anymore because I've completed the circuit.
That is how energy works.
When something is nudging your awareness,
It's going to come in in a subtle way.
If we respond to that and we say,
I wonder what that's about or you can actually get a sense or a feeling,
I must go and do this now and you go to do it and you complete it in the resolution and in the completion.
It's a circle that completes it.
When that happens,
It doesn't keep activating but when it's an open space,
It just keeps activating because it seeks resolution.
Everything in this world and our lives seeks resolution,
Completion.
We can't bear it if someone breaks up with us and we didn't know why,
We didn't understand why,
What we do wrong,
We leave it open,
It's messy and keep agitating in it and playing with it and suffering in it and it stays as a hovering feeling of inadequacy and pain,
Anxiety,
Misery and we just keep playing in it.
But if there was a completion and a clean way of doing it,
Hopefully we can do that when we're a bit older.
We can speak to the dear ones and say our journey has ended,
It's been wonderful,
I wish you well for the rest of yours.
Wouldn't that be lovely if we could be so mature and fabulous?
Then we could all go on and we can continue our journey.
Thank them for walking along this path for so long with us.
Now we're done.
Wouldn't that be lovely?
But no,
No,
No,
We don't.
We catch on,
We fiddle with it,
We hold it,
We grab it and we play in all the remorse games and self-persecution and deprecation and all these stories and we just keep pushing the energy down because we haven't got resolution.
Next time anxiety creeps into your being,
Notice it the moment it comes in,
The moment it comes in.
Start training yourself to be like a little bloodhound with a sniffing nose for this word or the sense,
The signal that is causing you misery.
The moment it comes in,
Just stop in your tracks and take one or two steps back and say,
Huh,
I wonder what brought that little moment into me.
I wonder what I was thinking or what I saw or what I heard.
Just one or two steps back.
The moment you can click onto it,
This thing doesn't click into you.
You become aware of it and it doesn't stay as a sticky little thorn that is grabbing your attention like those little velcro thorns that pop into your socks when you're taking a hike.
They just sit there and scratch at your skin and drive you crazy until you're completely grumpy and then you stop and then you pull the thing out and then you feel much better.
It's exactly like that.
Mindful,
Aware,
Conscious,
Clear,
Loving,
Kind,
Compassionate to yourself.
Start there.
Then when we've got that well and truly under control,
Then we can start to do it and ripple that lovely energy of kindness,
Compassion out into the world.
But just start with you because my lovelies,
You are holding a signal.
You're a being.
You're a machine,
A vehicle.
I don't know how you want to talk about yourself,
But whatever you want to say it,
Just know that you've got a heart that can amplify energy,
A mind that can be so creative,
Imaginative.
You've got this soul that yearns for us to step into a much higher vibration,
To start to show up as the divine beings of light and love that we truly are.
There is a journey for us to take.
Time now to step fully,
Completely,
Lovingly into it and notice ourselves upon it and those around us and feel kindness to ourself.
Humankind,
Let's do that.
Wouldn't that be beautiful?
Take a deep breath in,
My lovelies.
And as you breathe out,
Just settle down into your body.
Make an agreement with your mind,
Body,
Being.
I agree right now from this moment forward to be kind to me.
All the signals of anxiety that come into this being,
That I will notice them in the moment they capture my attention.
I won't tuck them down into any part of my body to become a pit of pain or despair,
That I will notice them,
Recognize them and acknowledge them with so much love and awareness,
Consciousness,
And then release them in the resolution and the completion it will release.
Allow yourself to finish off the stories now.
Come your full circle.
Come into that.
Come into your awareness and recreate this beautiful being.
Let's step into who we're supposed to be,
Divine beings of light and love.
That's us.
