When we clear our own energy field it makes such a difference to the field so we really want to be paying attention especially right now.
This is the most important time that we could ever do this work is to clear the story around us so that there is no story around us.
When that happens you'll start to notice that things just seem to be a lot better,
It's easier to be with people,
There's not so much reactive energy,
Sticky static reactive energy in the field around us.
It's such a breath of fresh air.
Then you can get on with doing what you're really here to do and that's to shine your light.
There are also three courses that I've posted on inside timer about being a light worker.
I really urge you to do that because the most important thing I can ever do to help you and support you and hold you is to remind you who you are.
You've got to remember who you are my lovelies.
If this can help you nudge you in that direction to remember who you are I'd be so grateful.
The awareness of yourself being a light worker this is so important.
If we can plug in and help yourself to remember it's just going to be a wonderful gift to bring to you.
My lovelies we've got no more time for playing the games,
The stories of pain and getting stuck in these stories.
There's just no more time so let's embrace the fact that we have this capacity to connect into something else and truly is a wonderful time for us to start another story.
We're fed up with the story that we're playing in right now.
So that brings us to what we're talking about today.
Today we're talking about anger.
How are we doing with our anger?
It's quite a big thing isn't it?
How to hold that sense of anger,
Frustration,
We can say loathing,
Hatefulness.
There's so many levels to anger but how to hold your anger without shaming,
Blaming and judging yourself to the point where you can no longer activate your own energy in a higher conscious stream.
We've got to learn to be allowed to be angry because that anger is giving us a sense that something's not okay.
So you're only angry my lovely when things are not going well,
When you have a different thought about how it should be or there's a frustration that comes in because your needs not met or someone's behaved in a way that's poor,
Nasty,
Malicious.
There is a reaction as anger is all about reaction.
That reaction is pushing us into a place of awareness but if we take that reaction that comes through and then we blame,
Shame,
Disregard and beat ourselves up for being so poorly behaved then we don't use that action,
The reaction,
The action in that.
We don't use it like a catalyst and ignite something different.
We just crush ourselves and the energy drops us even lower.
So now we're not just angry that we're all so resentful and we're sad and we're filled with self-loathing.
Oh my gosh then nothing gets better.
So let's play with that today.
I hope this is going to be a good thing for you to listen to and connect into because it's an activating energy.
So we don't want to depend on anger to make us feel alive,
To make us feel positive,
Powerful and forceful.
We want to not use a mechanism in a way that causes our own body to suffer.
So let's remember what happens when anger ignites in our body.
This whole body is going to feel it.
You're going to have this epinephrine,
Norepinephrine,
Cortisol streaming into you.
All your stress hormones are going to go oh something terrible is about to happen.
I must get strong.
I must stand up.
I must throw all my energy into the front of me holding it here almost like a blind rage.
You know when we've heard that term because it cuts off the other faculties of our awareness.
It just brings us into absolute survival.
How can I still stand here and be alive at the end of it?
What do I need to do?
Do I need to fight like crazy or run like mad or just lie down and play dead?
What's the right way for me to do this?
Anger ignites a reaction and a reaction needs us to throw a whole lot of cortisol stress hormones into our body so that we can react.
That reactive stuff that we're throwing into our body it's a little addictive because it feels very strong and powerful.
But how about we taught ourselves to be strong and powerful,
Courageous,
Brave and fabulous without throwing all these horrendous stress hormones into our body that will help us just to react.
You've noticed I'm sure that after a reaction you feel very tired and that is a reset that needs to come in afterwards.
So let's come into the space together.
We're going to unwrap all of this and hold each other so gently and allow ourselves to just be the darling ridiculous human beings that we are.
Can we do that?
Let's take a deep breath in my treasures.
A long slow out breath.
Drop,
Drop,
Drop into this moment.
Relax into your energy field.
Just where you are feel connected to the earth,
Anchored and send a note to your being that I am standing strong,
Connected to this life,
Connected to this earth.
I'm supported and held in this life.
Feel that strength,
That certainty,
That deep assurance in you.
You got it?
The moment you've got that and you've stabilized your energy I want you to imagine yourself as if you are this incredible tree that is so deeply rooted that knows that where you're standing the place that you're standing upon this earth and the way that you are presenting in it is the perfect way.
We don't have a beautiful oak tree saying oh no no no let me rather just root and wander down to the river.
I'm going to just stay here with all the willows.
We're going to be willows and we're just going to be soft and lovely and wavy in the breeze.
Where you are,
The being that you are and the place that you are,
That is where you are to be.
For some incredible reason sometimes it seems inconceivable that you could be in the place and the space that you're in but we're all placed in spaces where we can maximize our potential.
What maximizes this potential of this being that is so unique is to be able to see and feel and connect to what it is that we truly desire.
The way we do that is to notice what we truly do not desire.
We have been wired in the situation the idea of survival and that means pay attention first to what it is you don't like.
So all of us walk around all day long just notice yourself doing this all day long.
I like that,
Don't like that.
We're forever doing this option,
These choices.
Go shopping,
I like that,
Like that.
We're doing it all the time.
We're discerning like it or not like it.
We're looking at our options and we're trying to decide and this beautiful body wants to decide what is going to keep it safe.
That's its first job,
What is going to keep me safe.
So it's going to look for the things that are dangerous,
That are awful,
That it must run away from or protect itself against.
It's just a wiring my loves.
It's not who we are,
It's how we've grown ourselves into an awareness so that we can be here as a species.
So could you just take a deep breath into that right now.
Drop your awareness right down through the soles of your feet and anchor yourself right here in the space where you are.
No matter what it's like,
No matter how you feel about it.
You're in that space.
Find yourself strong in it now.
When you can imagine yourself in that place and strong and if your eyes are closed,
If that's safe to do,
Then none of the stuff that is around you is making you hold that space in a strong way.
It is you holding yourself in that space,
In the awareness of yourself in that space,
That is creating the strength in you.
If someone very powerful would stand next to us we'd feel,
Oh there's two of us,
Fabulous.
That's why we go around school creating gangs.
Are you part of my group?
Are you my gang?
We all just join up very much stronger when we have these people standing next to us.
That creates that dependent reliant thing which starts a condition and that just drops the energy again.
So now let's let go of all the schoolyard strategies that we created just to survive.
Just let them go and be here right now in this beautiful being.
You are this being at this time in this place.
Earth is holding you and you're being supported.
You feel like you can put your roots all the way down like this beautiful tree.
Allow yourself to be here.
Allow yourself to be strong and powerful and connected to right here,
Right now,
This time.
Beautiful you.
So you're holding yourself,
You're holding your strength and you're connecting in to just you.
You're not reliant,
Dependent on anything around you.
You find the strength in you now.
Just being here is powerful.
It's not a doing,
It's a feeling.
See if you can capture that feeling within you.
Powerful being.
There is so much that you know.
So much more that we know of what it is that we'll never do again because we've been fine-tuning our system to that story.
But equally there is so much that we know that we would love to embrace,
That we would love to bring in.
You are a being that knows itself.
Know thyself right now.
And this being is being held upon this little particle of earth,
This little place for some amazing reason.
Inside,
Encoded in this being are all the skills,
The gifts,
The blueprint for your magnificent.
No one's going to bring you something to make you a better person,
To fix you.
That is just so awful,
Isn't it?
I don't think God makes rubbish and we certainly aren't that.
But we have been tainted,
Pushed,
Bullied and pulled to the point where we just don't know who we are anymore.
Of course we're going to be angry and frustrated.
That anger comes from this I do not want and do not like.
We thank that part of us because the wiring that we needed to get to this point of our human story has helped us to understand what it is that we will not choose again.
And our anger,
Our rage in this helps us to be so much more determined,
Not just to go,
I don't like that.
But anger,
When you harness it with rage,
Courage,
Determination,
Then you're actually doing something to hold or activate or create something different.
It's the energy we need to drive ourselves into some kind of action.
Historically,
The way we would react and save ourselves needed us to drive from a high-stress hormone imprint into our being.
Fast reaction,
Run like crazy,
Heartbeat like mad.
Whole system just goes,
Oh,
Oh,
Reactiveness.
So now we understand why we are angry because we've had to activate the story inside of us so that we can do something,
Get away,
Protect ourselves,
Save our families,
Whatever that was.
But it is just a system,
A wiring,
A setup that has brought us all the way to this point of our human story.
But for us to just stay here feeling angry and resentful,
Hateful,
Stay in that now,
Then we've forgotten the gift of survival.
There is a gift in survival.
It's taught us how to get here.
But that gift that brought us here is not the gift for what is to come.
If we continue to throw all the stress and this misery into our body,
This hatefulness,
This anger,
The greed,
The misery,
If we keep throwing that into this body,
We're going to make the body,
The vehicle very ill.
We're already doing that.
We're so stressed out.
We're so overwhelmed.
We're so frustrated.
Of course we are,
My loves.
Your fantastic system has been helping you to get to this point.
Now we've got to the point.
Can you get that?
Could you just be at the point now where you go,
Okay,
It's brought me here.
I understand it was a fantastic,
Motivating,
Catalyst energy.
Fabulous.
But now I have another way of considering who I am and I have another choice right here in front of me.
I continue what I'm doing,
Stay in the game that I've known forever and continue to play that way or I stop and I start to look at something else.
Listen to my heart and my soul,
What it's pulling me towards.
We yearn for love,
Kindness,
Compassion,
Collaboration,
Cooperation.
We yearn for that.
Why,
My lovely?
Why have we not lost that already?
Surely over thousands of years of all the misery,
We could now be at the place of complete hopelessness and despair and not believe in any other possibility.
Yet we do.
Yet we do.
We hold another possibility in us.
How?
How do we get to do that?
How did we stay these beings that know how to connect and love and uphold and adore each other?
How on earth did we do that?
It's because,
My loves,
You are encoded with a divine design.
You are fully encoded with that.
It's awakening for us to move into because the time is right.
We're shifting from a 3D reality which is all about contrast.
It just couldn't be more apparent if it wanted to.
Here it is smashing us in the face.
This or that?
What do you want?
This or that?
If we choose this,
The thing that is possible,
If we choose that something else,
We're going to have to take responsibility for rewiring our own system.
You are the one that runs your body,
Your mind,
Your being.
You are the guardian of yourself.
You can tap into all your divine resources and guides.
They're all waiting.
Just ask for the help and they will be there helping you.
But my lovelies,
It is you.
No one's coming just to sweep us off the feet and suddenly wave a magic wand and we're all going to be decent.
We've got to choose it.
We've got to activate it and we've got to create it.
That means we must know very clearly what it is that we will have and what we will not have again.
That means that we've got to understand the mechanism that pushes us to choose.
It's that reactive idea that says save yourself,
Run like mad because your life is worth having.
It's worth saving.
We've done that.
We've done survival.
We're here.
Now we must choose something else.
What would you choose with all your heart and all your soul?
How could you use that activation in you in a way that doesn't throw all these stress hormones into your body and stress out your beautiful adrenal system and with creating so much sickness in our societies?
What could you do with that energy that really is lovely?
It's motivating.
It's inspiring.
That's why a lot of us don't get on and do something until it's almost too late and then it's that urgency that gets us to do it.
We have relied upon those stress hormones to get us to the next point but my lovelies,
The point is shifting away already.
So if we don't get the point now before it gets so bad,
Now is the only time that we can get it and still have something that we can create.
Now is the time for us to choose and all it means is choose for you.
Just choose you.
Choose for you what is your truth and don't rely upon your anger to activate you and to make you feel strong and purposeful.
You're here as part of the divine design.
You're fully and divinely uniquely encoded in this being to be here.
You my love have the blueprint for the next step.
You're the holder of it.
All I ever want to say to everybody is remember who you are.
Remember who you are.
The deepest quietness moments when the body claims it's reset.
Have you noticed how tired you're getting?
Exhausted.
Almost can't breathe.
It's just so exhausting being here.
Managing,
Coping,
Hoping.
Exhausting because your being wants you to stop and to reset.
So the idea that when we create all this cortisol,
Epinephrine,
Norepinephrine and all those stress hormones and they surge into our being,
That helps us to get out to save ourselves.
It runs our system.
It just takes over.
In the taking over of that,
What happens with especially with wild animals,
We see it so much in South Africa.
When you look at nature,
It's telling us how this works.
If a pack of lion need to go and take a little buck down or deer as you would say,
We say buck to eat.
Once the activity is complete,
The rest of the herd actually just stop running.
They don't keep running and running for another few kilometers because they've worn out that surge of adrenaline that they needed just to get out.
They have to stop to reset.
When you watch them,
You'll see their tails and their hindquarters jiggle,
Jiggle with the energy.
There's this quivering going on in the hindquarters,
Especially in the back of the legs.
And that my love is a reset.
They'll put their heads down as if they're going to graze.
They're not eating.
They're not hungry.
It's just a reset.
They know what they need to do to get better,
To come back.
But there has to be a reset,
A pause.
Those resets,
We don't have to do them in the great big dramatic ways and say,
Oh,
I've got to go on holiday.
I've got to go to Greece for a month.
It'll be lovely.
Yes,
It would.
But you're going to come back to your life.
Your life is still going to be there.
Let those resets be in every moment of your existence.
Let them be there.
Wouldn't that be fun?
Start programming in these reset points where you can start to activate yourself from the place of pause,
Considering and understand that what you're feeling and what you experience is so that you will see.
Can you get that?
That everything that you are feeling,
Experiencing,
Seeing,
Thinking is so that you can see.
If you start to look through that lens,
When anything happens around you,
Go,
I wonder what it is that I need to see now.
I wonder what it is that I need to understand.
I wonder what my heart and soul would choose now.
You start to wonder,
Then you're not in reactiveness.
You've opened up another capacity in your being,
Your heightened thinking,
And that's the part that just shuts down when we're in survival.
Don't even look at anything else.
Just look ahead,
Run like crazy,
Get out.
Now once we stop,
We pause,
We reset,
We start to open into our full capacity.
Heightened thinking,
Heightened perceptions,
Intuition,
Guidance,
Prayer,
Connection to divine.
So much more is available to us the moment we step into that next step.
And from a reset,
We can reset.
So if your anger brings you to the point where you need to stop and reset,
Please don't blame and shame and loathe yourself.
Just start to fine-tune that instrument because you are the only one who can do it.
Use it well.
Use the energy behind it,
The courage.
I always want to tell people that courage,
And we say in the French way,
Courage,
And C-O-U are the three letters that you'll find in Le Cour for the heart,
And then rage.
Rage,
My love,
But through your heart.
It's so different.
It's such a different feeling.
I wonder if you could try that.
Let's take a deep breath in,
My treasures.
Long,
Slow out-breath,
And drop,
Drop into this moment,
My lovelies.
There is something in this life that is worth fighting for,
But not fighting with anger and hate and loathing,
Murderous intent,
But proclaiming and connecting a whole new way.
May that be for us.
May we take the channel of fight and flight and flee,
The survival codes,
And could we channel it into courage,
Certainty,
Compassion,
Kindness,
Something more,
So much more.
Let that be the base that we stand upon because that has helped us get to this point we're grateful,
But only as a base.
It is not the full story.
There is something else,
And we are something else,
And that's why we're here,
To make a difference because we are different.
How fabulous is that?
