Welcome to this deep work method.

This is a very easy meditation.

You can let go of everything.

You can find a comfortable position.

You can lay on the ground or in your bed.

From here you can let your feet fall aside,

Your toes fall aside.

And the palm of your hands are open to the sky.

And slowly close your eyes and feel for a moment how you lay on the ground or in your bed.

And in this position you will lay for a while.

You can move whenever you want but maybe you want to make some changes before we dive deep into this meditation.

And this meditation is here for you to get more grounding,

Feel more grounded in your body.

And getting connected with your inner purpose,

Your soul feelings.

And in this moment it is the time to release everything you were thinking of.

And really connect with your body.

Letting go of thoughts and just observing the breath,

How it goes in and how it flows out.

Each inhale is just as important as each exhale.

And you can slowly follow in the breath just as a natural form and cycle in your life.

And a little moment of stillness will help you to feel the stillness in your body,

The silence.

The little waves and the little changes in the body on each inhale and on each exhale.

Because on each inhale something is changing in your body.

And on each exhale something is changing also in your body.

It's just a process which makes changes every second in your life.

You are the only person who can make changes from inside,

Solving pain,

Illness and the physical mind.

Your physical body,

Because your mental health and your physical health depends on your mindset.

How do you think,

Which patterns are grounded in your body,

Old patterns,

Traumas.

And in this deep dive,

Deep work,

Meditation you can let go of everything.

And from here you feel the ground beneath you,

Carrying you.

You feel the connection between your ankles and the ground.

Your calves and the back of your knees.

Hamstrings,

The hips,

Buttocks and your lower back.

Your mid spine and the shoulders,

The left side of your body and the right side of your body.

Feeling soft and grounded.

And from the mid spine and the shoulders the relaxation flows into the back of the arms,

The elbows and the forearms.

The back of your hands is in connection with the ground,

The earth beneath you.

Your fingers are soft and the palm of your hand lays open for receiving relaxation.

And from the fingers the relaxation flows back into the shoulders again,

From the shoulders to the neck.

The jaws are relaxed and the cheeks are soft.

Your eyes are heavy from the relaxation.

And the back of your head is connected with the earth,

Carried.

And from here your whole body is relaxed.

You can float in the universe.

You can observe what your body does when you flow into stillness.

You can float on the earth,

Float in the universe.

Like you are like a little butterfly that is flying into the earth,

Doing what is wanted.

And from here you will realize what your inner purpose is,

What your heart is telling you and what each cell is telling you to do.

Your body is a little part of you,

Your mind and the mental part of you is taking over sometimes.

But when you let your body be in this moment,

Just being what you want to be,

The energy will flow from there.

And from there the energy flows into the ways you want to live.

The ways how you want to live your inner purpose.

The feelings.

The images.

And the memories that you want to make in your life.

And what you want to think of later in your life.

And from here you can deep dive into this deep work meditation.

Letting go of everything that you were thinking of.

And observe how the energy flows through your body,

The fluidity.

And in stillness you can enjoy the sounds of the waves of the sea.

And floating into the sea of life,

Your own sea of life.

And after this meditation you will feel more grounded,

Connected to your inner purpose.
