Elemental Guardians of the Planet Meditation

A guided Elemental Guardians of the Planet meditation with silence embedded. Calling in the Cosmic Guardians of Air (East) Fire (South) Water (West) Earth (North) and Aether (Center.) Uses sound effects of harp, flute, gong and drums, rainsticks and ocean drums, whale and dolphin sounds and Fire sounds as each Guardian is summoned. Meditation occurred during the arrival of Hurricane Irma into Florida as a Category 5 in 2017. When the Guardian Beings appeared the storm took a turn away from the area and reduced to a Category 1. This meditation is expanded from the Sufi Purification Breaths.

I really enjoyed this meditation! I felt my third eye open quite a bit and had some images come into it ( positive ones .) for someone who tends to struggle with visualisation, this is very exciting !
