Welcome.

This meditation is brought to you by MindfulScribe,

Owner and operator Joel Gaitis,

Licensed professional counselor,

Trauma certified therapist,

And meditation teacher.

This is a two minute meditation.

Go ahead and close your eyes gently,

Taking this one seat,

Bringing attention to this moment,

Feeling the body,

Paying attention to the mind,

The monkey mind.

In these few minutes,

It'll be very natural for the mind to bounce all over the place.

Just being very gentle with this,

Remembering that these two minutes are helping us to slowly increase our mindful sitting.

So just breathing,

Bringing our attention to our breathing.

This is our time that we don't have to be doing anything else but being here,

Feeling our breath wherever it shows up,

The coolness of the breath as it moves in and out,

Relaxing into it,

Not trying to control it in any way,

And just seeing if you can notice every breath as it begins,

Moves through,

Pauses,

And exits,

And just taking one last breath for today's sitting.

And whenever you're ready,

You can go ahead and open your eyes.

This has been a two minute meditation.

Good luck with your practice.
